The check in process was absolutely horrible. The receptionists are there and had nothing to do, but they still wanted everyone to check in through the machine. They didn't send the reservation number per email which meant I couldn't check in through the kiosk. Then the receptionist checked on her computer to find out my reservation number and then sent me back to the machine instead of just checking me in. Then the machine didn't even work and I had to come back to them to finish the check in. A total train wreck. The room itself is dirty and barer than a hostel. Not even a single glas is available in the bathroom, no complementary water. I might as well have stayed at a hostel for 1/3 of the price and had a better experience

Stayed two nights but the hotel only clean after we leave. The hygiene was a bit concerned which the ground floor was dirty and had many stains. The breakfast option was limited, no food was surprise and recommended. When checking in, it took quite long, at least 10-15 mins wait before completing. Moreover, the most annoying was the WiFi, very poor and the signal was not strong.

Please do yourself a favor and book another hotel. There are other much better options for the same price. The room was dirty and reeked of body odors. Probably from previous guests. I thought I could endure it but it made me ill. The service at the front desk was snidely, unprofessional and rude. They could arrange me another room but I could tell my stay at the hotel would not be a pleasant one so I checked out barely an hour after arriving at the hotel.

The evening receptionists Sabrina and Illham really made my experience so delightful! I was traveling alone for the Eras Tour and they were so friendly and nice and wanted to hear all about my experience and see my outfits. They made me feel so welcomed and provided me with everything I needed. The breakfast was 10/10 amazing as well. I can’t believe they put this together everyday. Just superb! My only complaint is that the location was a bit of a walk from the fun things I like to enjoy, but only about 20 mins so not too bad. Definitely nice if you’re looking for a chill and quiet experience.

Simple but nice. Almost in front of the hotel is the public transport stop for line no.3, which will take you to the main station and to the city. Excellent accommodation for the price. And I really liked the facade of the hotel :-)

Absolutely the worst service ever.
The manager started yelling at us front of our kids because we asked to have a connected room, and she immediately said if we don’t like what they’re giving us, we can find another hotel. Even though based on our membership with Radisson we should upgraded to a better room.
I highly recommend any other hotel in Hamburg, even if it costs more.

Good hotel. Friendly staff. Quite cheap compared to other hotels in the area.
The rooms could use a deep clean (you can see quite a few stains in the carpet) and the tech for check-in wasn't working.

Nice quiet rooms despite being close to the railroad. But - unable to open the windows, it was quite hot during the night.
Location wa fine with 30 minutes Walt to the city centre.
The breakfast buffet was fine with a wide selection as well as juice and coffee.
Parking was free but with poor instructions.

We arrived at the eve of a business conference and had a 2 hour wait to check in! Only 2 people available to do the check in and self check-in was down. That's the worst start ever.
Apart from that, room are efficient and clean. Comfortable beds, hot showers and a value for money breakfast buffet.
Located at 15 minute walk from the train station, close to public transportation. There's little restaurants or supermarkets around, be prepared to walk if you need anything.

Not worth the prize! Unless you…
- want to become proficient at queueing for two hours for check-in
- want to spend 603€ for three days (not including breakfast)
- want to clean yourself because there’s no room cleaning (during my 3days stay)
- enjoy scrambled eggs in cubes from the can for breakfast
- rude staff when you ask for things
