Good rooms. We had a premium room on 4th floor. Pretty quiet, at this time at least. Rooms were clean and good. Bed was ok. Free wifi had enough bandwidth for watching some streams. There was a small kitchen with microwave and a capsule coffee maker. A small fridge for a few 1.5 liter bottles and stuff. A safe big enough for a 14" notebook.

Hotel is clean and service is ok. Free street parking is avaialble. However, there is no fridge or coffee machine or kettle in the room. One the day of check out at about 10am, housekeeping open the room door without knocking :(

Friendly staff, 10 min's walk to the central Train station, nice room!

Nice good place for short stay. We were a family of four (2 adults and 2 kids). Had to take two rooms adjascent to each other. Neat rooms. Although we only stayed here for a night, it's the best stay ever from the service, design and comfort of the hotel. Strongly recommended to anyone who visits Wisbaden.

One of the best restaurants in my opinion.

Overall it's not bad, but the level of cleanliness leaves much to be desired: during our three weeks of stay the floor was not washed even once.

The hotel was very clean, and the staff were extremely kind and polite. The price was excellent. Great access to bus, tram, bikes, and scooters. Close to the industrial area, which makes it perfect for business trips. Breakfast quality and variety were also good. I just don’t understand why hotels don’t provide slippers. Also, my room didn’t have a fridge.

The room facilities are too simple, the mattress is too soft and my waist is very tired when sleeping, the carpet is very dirty, the hotel interior is very simple, not suitable for travel and living for more than 2-3 days; the front desk staff is cold and unenthusiastic, it is five bus stops away from the train station and a 6-minute walk from the supermarket.

Very tasty, home-style dishes. The service is warm - friendly and has always been in a good mood. We also often get half a chicken for home, which always tastes very good. We have nothing to complain about. There are full and solid 5 stars for this. A real Mainz tip!

Perfect location in close walking distance to the Castle. Nice room with balcony and beautiful view over the Rhine. Exhaustive breakfast for 17 €: well worth the money, if you like big breakfasts... We'll be happy to come back soon.

All in all a good place to stay. A quirky policy of requiring a 10 euro security deposit to borrow their umbrella. It seems to me that they should let you borrow it and and charge the fee if you fail to return the umbrella or damage it somehow the staff was friendly and willing to help

The hotel is clean and suitable for rest. The downside is that there are limited buses to Mainz, making transportation a bit challenging.

Good clean hotel, in a residential area about 15-20 minute walk from the main square in Mainz. Balcony was a bonus - and being near to a supermarket was good too. Staff were friendly. Rooms are really clean and good size. Breakfast was average but enough available to start the day in a good way. Would recommend

The location is very central. I was able to check in at any time; I used the contactless check-in after reception opened. Shopping and restaurants are within walking distance. One small drawback is that there was no air conditioning and the fan didn't work. I would avoid the hotel during the height of summer, but otherwise I would be happy to stay there again.

Since the hotel I was staying at was full, I booked this hotel for my daughter because it was only a few minutes away from our hotel. We visited the restaurant on a Sunday, around 1 pm. Good basic food, only one lady attending the outside area. It was ok, but we won't go out of our way to find this place in the future. We were on a weekend at the hotel opposite, so it would be unlikely we`ll ever be back.

It's a hostel, not a hotel. Clean and every basic need covered. Friendly people working there. Parking facility present, just make sure you don't drive a too big car, very tight corners, barely made it. Showering is a challenge as the water is cold for a longer period of time, then scalding and when someone uses water somewhere in the building... Freezing or burning... I had it both... I stayed at this hotel twice this year. Very nice and helpful staff and even speaking in my Polish language so that there was no problem with getting along. Clean rooms and room with kitchen where I could prepare a meal for the trip. I have stayed twice this year and it was great. Even the presence of retirees did not bother she helped during her stay because you can see how older people live there...

This is a long term stay hotel which partially felt like a retirement home since it was inhabited by elder people. The bed was too short for my height and pretty small in width. Pictures are better than the real deal. Other than that, it was decent price reasonable breakfast for 10 euros, clean and nice staff. Good location.

Nice rooms, but the room we stayed had a semi transparent toilet which is not private as you think. The breakfast is enough. For this location it can bee good for short trips but for long stays, prefer chain hotels known for their luxury

The location of Town Hotel is excellent. If you want to be right there with everything going on, this is a great choice. The rooms are small, but if you only need a place to lat your head at night, look nowhere else. They provide a great spread for breakfast everyday of the week.

The rooms are clean. Shared kitchen in the basement. Absolutely unsuitable for night shift workers. Siren on the roof, drunk pensioners playing boccia in the afternoon, church bells in front of the window and the rooms cannot be darkened properly, as three stars are selected.

I was greeted warmly upon my arrival. The room was very nicely furnished (see pictures) and clean, the beds were comfortable. The breakfast the next morning was also delicious. So I have no complaints and can only recommend the hotel.
