I stayed at the hotel for 5 nights during a conference in the city. The hotel is nicely decorated, the breakfast is very varied and it is open for a long time in the mornings. Although we only stayed here for a night, it's the best stay ever from the service, design and comfort of the hotel. Strongly recommended to anyone who visits Wisbaden.

Unique tast. Tasti.......

Very tasty, home-style dishes. The service is warm - friendly and has always been in a good mood. We also often get half a chicken for home, which always tastes very good. We have nothing to complain about. There are full and solid 5 stars for this. A real Mainz tip!

The hotel is ok, cleanliness is important. The breakfasts could only be a little richer. I miss a regular tomato and possibly a small coffee croissant. The rest of the stuff is ok.

The restaurant is generally nice. Staff is relevant and polite. But I didn't like the portions of the food.

Just opposite Mainz Hbf with less than 1 minutes walk but very quiet, so it is very convenience whilst good view to see the X'mas market outside the Hbf.

Close to main train station - but that comes with the noise in the late evening, unfortunately. Bed is not a large single bed, it's two beds connected - not very comfortable. Over my 5-day stay, bed linen nor towels were not changed (other hotels change every 3 days).

Ideal location, across the street from the main train station, and just a 10 minute walk to the downtown core. Rooms are small, but clean and modern. Even has a small fitness center in the basement.

This hotel is brilliant. You catch a tram from the main station, and you can easily walk into the centre of town. There is also free parking. It was an ok stay. The hotel is in the center of town by the park and not too far from the river. I had a big double room, bathroom a bit small, a tub so that was nice. Nice hotel in the heart of Mainz!

A hotel with superb location if you want to enjoy the view of Rhine, clean and quiet. I celebrated my 2020 new year in this hotel, unforgettable memory! In the new year Eve, through the my room window, I watched fireworks show from both banks of the river. I also had a nice conversation with hotel staffs about Germany, and learned that this hotel is a more than 100 years old historical building!

Fabrizio is a great host. I have been 3 times this month at Mainzer Hof and I can only recommend it, especially the cuisine Fabrizio takes good care of. In one of my stays I accidentally booked the wrong date, and Fabrizio did whatever was in his hand to find me an alternative accommodation nearby. Thank you so much!

A journey back in time to a long past time. For a night OK, it was clean. The price of 75€ for an Overnight stay on the weekend expensive.

If you are looking for an affordable place in Mainz, this is the place to go. Rooms are clean and have a spacious balcony to relax on after a busy day. Closeby tram can take you to the main train station and further on directly to the University. The new owner takes care of his guests.

Small little hotel near the center of Mainz. The rooms and furniture seem old and used (though my matress was brandnew) but its clean and the staff is nice. You'll get what you can expect for 50€ a night in the city. Maybe even a little more.

The room was quite and well presented. Unfortunately there is no free wi-fi available (additional cost) but there is free sky TV with sport channels in each room which is great if you are a sports fan. Breakfast is also very good with a large selection of breads, cereals and meats.

Locates little off the downtown area of Mainz, but very close to the university campus and in a lush green and calm surroundings.

Nice place to stay in Bretzenheim. They serve a Continental Breakfast. The sauna is nice too. We use to get gummy bears when we arrived but we don't get them anymore, but they serve chocolate around Christmas.

The room was bright and clean with a functional layout and a comfortable bed. Excellent water pressure in the bath room. The staff was quite friendly and extremely helpful. Within easy walking distance of the Johannes Gutenberg University or the tram that takes one into Mainz city center.
