Staff pleasant and friendly. Location OK, 1km+ from the station and start of the old town - this walk got a little tedious after a while. Room clean and largely sound proofed. We have stayed here for 1 week. Rooms are cleaned daily. Not that noisy from trains unless you have a window opened ( we had a room windows against offices and train rails) Very nice location - bus stops not so far away ( 5 minutes to bus stop and approx 11-13 min to main central station ) We had lunch included ( approx 17-18 euros per day for a person ) and it was very good too. Clean, accessible, affordable prices, friendly cast

Although we only stayed here for a night, it's the best stay ever from the service, design and comfort of the hotel. Strongly recommended to anyone who visits Wisbaden.

Splinter new hotel in a nice new neighbourhood west of the city centre on the river. Amenities in the vicinity and the centre a 20 minutes walk. Convenient parking opposite for a reasonable price, 10 Euro a day. Kind service and very good value for money. Pets admitted free of charge. The room is small but cleverly designed.

The hotel is wonderful. The room was clean and quiet. Daily cleaning and bath towels were changed. It is quite enough for two people. As a drawback, I can only point to the lack of a wardrobe and the sliding door of the bathroom and toilet, which does not provide enough privacy. Very tasty, home-style dishes. The service is warm - friendly and has always been in a good mood. We also often get half a chicken for home, which always tastes very good. We have nothing to complain about. There are full and solid 5 stars for this. A real Mainz tip!

The hotel is ok, cleanliness is important. The breakfasts could only be a little richer. I miss a regular tomato and possibly a small coffee croissant. The rest of the stuff is ok.

Stayed for one night while doing the Rhine cycle route. Staff were very welcoming at check in and my bike was locked in a separate part of the hotel overnight. Room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel is more modern on the inside and has wood floors everywhere which can lead to a bit of noise from people walking around. It’s about a 10-15 mins walk into centre of town. Simple rooms but with all the basics, powerful shower, firm comfortable bed and desk. Wonderful view from the 6th floor restaurant with a good breakfast bar selection. Staff friendly and helpful, excellent English spoken. Bike storage available if you are doing one of the cycle trips

The doppl bed are not comfortable. Its basically 2 single beds beside each other, so it would slips away from each other and make a crack in the middle 🤣

The hotel is located on a very prime location. Easily accessible by public transport fr the Central Station but you have a 15 min walk to reach there too. The view is amazing from the hotel room. Placed just near the city center so majority of the tourist places are located in the walkable distance. Clean room and friendly staffs. Definitely will book again when coming to Mainz.

The environment is good, the facilities are OK, and the hygiene is OK. As for the service, it is European style, with basically no service. The price is affordable, and breakfast is included, which is good.

The hotel is a little bit creepy. They have an underground floor but the elevator button at the underground floor didn't work at all. I waited for ten minutes like an *****. Breakfast was decent though. The Viet food around the corner was great

Just opposite Mainz Hbf with less than 1 minutes walk but very quiet, so it is very convenience whilst good view to see the X'mas market outside the Hbf.

Close to main train station - but that comes with the noise in the late evening, unfortunately. Bed is not a large single bed, it's two beds connected - not very comfortable. Over my 5-day stay, bed linen nor towels were not changed (other hotels change every 3 days).

Ideal location, across the street from the main train station, and just a 10 minute walk to the downtown core. Rooms are small, but clean and modern. Even has a small fitness center in the basement.

The hotel is clean and suitable for rest. The downside is that there are limited buses to Mainz, making transportation a bit challenging.

This hotel is brilliant. You catch a tram from the main station, and you can easily walk into the centre of town. There is also free parking. Good relation price and benefit!

I was a single traveler in a single room and everything was fine. Nothing to complain about. Maybe that it's not very centric, but you can use the tram to quickly go to the center.

A very nice, modern and newly renovated Hotel with very friendly staff. Beautifully cut, very bright and nicely decorated rooms. To reach from the train station very quickly ( 5 minutes walk) and from the Hotel to the centre of Mainz is in the evening reach with its beautiful old town is also within walking distance. To only recommend, especially for business stays.

It is close enough to the centre and the room is comfortable. There is free wi-fi and free parking. In the hotel there is an Italian restaurant. The bathroom is large and comfortable.

The hotel is not wrong. Looks clean. The beds are reasonably well in a pit. The breakfast is good, everything is there.

The room was very spacious and windows could be opened for fresh air which was great. The bed was a nice size but the mattress was so soft and bouncy for my taste which made it less comfortable. The internet was terrible. The heater made a loud noise when turned up.

The staffs are so friendly and helpful. The room was exceptional cozy. I slept well every night. Breakfast was simple but ok. There is a hair dryer, and a small fridge. No minibar. The bathroom was totally clean. I had a great time there. Well, just only the location is not prime but still in walkable distance.

For value this is excellent, the price is low and includes breakfast and the room was large and clean. Perhaps not the most modern furnishings, but for me it was ok. The location is quiet and near lots of nice restaurants as well as being close to the station. I was late checking in but collecting the key was very easy and the owner was very fast to reply to all questions by email. I would stay again

If you are looking for an affordable place in Mainz, this is the place to go. Rooms are clean and have a spacious balcony to relax on after a busy day. Closeby tram can take you to the main train station and further on directly to the University. The new owner takes care of his guests.

Nice, clean rooms, comfortable beds, friendly staff, really good breakfast (a lot of different choices) recently renovated. Good location, 15 min by walk from center. In this category could not expect better. I've enjoyed my stay!
