Overall a nice stay, but a few things to note for first-timers! It was a bit confusing to find at first—it’s labeled as the niu on the outside, not Holiday Inn, so we didn’t realize we were at the right place right away. We have stayed here for 1 week. Rooms are cleaned daily. Not that noisy from trains unless you have a window opened ( we had a room windows against offices and train rails) Very nice location - bus stops not so far away ( 5 minutes to bus stop and approx 11-13 min to main central station ) We had lunch included ( approx 17-18 euros per day for a person ) and it was very good too. This hotel has for sure the nicest view in Mainz, and only a few minutes from the city center. Just be aware that the rooms with view to the Rhein-river obviously have different categories, hence prices, to avoid being disappointed.

Very nice location - it is easy to reach the sights of Mainz and also to have a stroll along the river. During my stay there was some construction, that was not very pleasant. Also, make sure you are staying in the main building, or you will have to walk a long way with luggage... and help was not offered, although I had 2 suitcases. European hotel rooms tend to be small and drab - that was the case...

Although we only stayed here for a night, it's the best stay ever from the service, design and comfort of the hotel. Strongly recommended to anyone who visits Wisbaden.

Splinter new hotel in a nice new neighbourhood west of the city centre on the river. Amenities in the vicinity and the centre a 20 minutes walk. Convenient parking opposite for a reasonable price, 10 Euro a day. Kind service and very good value for money. Pets admitted free of charge. The room is small but cleverly designed.

The hotel is wonderful. The room was clean and quiet. Daily cleaning and bath towels were changed. It is quite enough for two people. As a drawback, I can only point to the lack of a wardrobe and the sliding door of the bathroom and toilet, which does not provide enough privacy. We have danced at many weddings and can say that you will find the perfect wedding venue here. Professional service coupled with excellent room separation and the ability to go straight to bed after the party is simply wonderful. Very clean, very comfortable bed, and the breakfast selection was great! I stayed for one night for a business trip and haven't heard of Penta Hotels before. I came here because of a recommendation and I'd definitely come back. The breakfast had a great selection and great veggie options!

The Hotel is very central, close to a shopping center (Malakoff-Passage) and has very helpful staff. I had left a laundry bag full of shirts at the hotel. This was sent to me immediately at the house's expense. The staff is also otherwise very helpful! Elsewise it's very good value for money.The breakfast is quite nice, but nothing special.

If you don't have any other option (as in my case), you can choose this hotel. Pretty hard to communicate in English. But they try. The room is pretty small, but clean. The bathroom is very small, very uncomfortable to take a shower. The breakfast gives you very few options. There is an underground parking, very expensive one.

Very tasty, home-style dishes. The service is warm - friendly and has always been in a good mood. We also often get half a chicken for home, which always tastes very good. We have nothing to complain about. There are full and solid 5 stars for this. A real Mainz tip!

This is an old hotel. The rooms are old and very dusty. Bring a UV torch, the level of invisible stains on the bedroom carpet will make you feel sick. It’s a classic hotel with clean rooms and just nice facilities. No gym but you can have a nice walk around the hotel, also get fresh air and nice photos. The environment is good, the room is spacious, but the gym facilities are not good

It was clean and well looked after, even in times of Corona. What made it 5 stars for me was: we left a bottle of wine in the fridge by accident. A quick call and we have organized a way for it to return to us. Wonderful customer service.

The doppl bed are not comfortable. Its basically 2 single beds beside each other, so it would slips away from each other and make a crack in the middle 🤣

The hotel is located on a very prime location. Easily accessible by public transport fr the Central Station but you have a 15 min walk to reach there too. The view is amazing from the hotel room. Placed just near the city center so majority of the tourist places are located in the walkable distance. Clean room and friendly staffs. Definitely will book again when coming to Mainz.
