I will always come back to this hotel. It has garage and you are within walking distance to the downtown area. The pillows are fluffy and bed are comfortable. They have a restaurant and bar. The staff knows English among other languages. Great place!

We have danced at many weddings and can say that you will find the perfect wedding venue here. The room is relatively new and cost-effective, but also small. After checking in, we found out that many rooms on the first floor were being renovated, so we had to go through the renovated rooms to get to our room. There was no kettle.

I still remember the very welcoming staff! The Golden Age of Hollywood theme worked well, subtle and classy, not gaudy, just right. High ceilings, huge bathroom, all the modern amenities, comfortable bed. Clean, fresh, quiet. Overall very good feel. And the breakfast was very good too. It's a quite an old hotel, but the rooms and facilities are properly maintained. The main downside is that the rooms have no option to open the windows or to bring fresh air from outside, which in this pandemic situation seems unacceptable from my side, but at the reception they inform us that they can cancel the reservation.

Stayed at this hotel to catch an early flight and am glad i did. Convenient location close to the train station and walkable to both airport terminals. Perfect for an overnight stay by the airport. The morning breakfast was a big highlight. They have chefs preparing everything in the buffet. It was well done and delicious. In addition, I appreciated the nice and clean gym. The equipment was new, with an added sauna and steam room benefit. If those things matter to you, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The night shift receptionist gave me access to another room (536) to shower, but then without proper communication or handover to the day shift, they automatically switched me to a different room. The hotel has a gym and some decent facilities, which is a plus. However, it is not possible to walk to the train station or the airport from here, so transportation can be inconvenient. Another drawback is that the hot water is not available 24/7 — sometimes there was no hot water at all. We arrived late at night and had to move our luggage three times to change rooms, but the staff offered no help...

Breakfast was nice, and the cleaning person was super deligent and came to clean the dishes very fast. the design in the public area was great, but the room smelled like smoke. The shower pressure was good, but the temperature was unstable. The front desk service was standard.

Very handy for the airport (taxis almost constantly on standby right outside, but easily walkable - luggage permitting) and a short, frequent and inexpensive train journey to the city. The room was clean. Good insulation as well from outside noise. Bathroom was clean. Stayed there for 1 night to be close to the airport and I thought the hotel was good. It is right outside S train stop so makes it convenient if you want to venture out. My biggest gripe is the early check in fee. Most hotels these days offer early check-in to travelers but this one charged me 30.

First time encountered double charged. The hotel hold my preauthorization amount at check-in as deposit and direct charged me right upon check-out! It was not found until I saw my bank statement and now, I received 0 response from the hotel.

They had an issue with the room’s shower which they didn’t tell me about before hand. Instead of compensating me they tried to make me accountable for it. This is honestly Unacceptably by any standards let alone a brand such as Hyatt brand.

I stayed here on October 31st last year, it was only one night before i dropped a camper back off. The lady in reception was very friendly and helpful in regards to where i could park the camper over night, My room was on the top floor over looking the main road and i couldnt here any noise from my room. Simply Fantastic! The best in Rüdesheim for a short or long stay. Romantic, relaxing, clean, friendly and the perfect location. Great wellness area to relax after a long day of hiking/adventuring in the charming town. Highly recommended!!

We just stopped through Rüdesheim on our way up north, but I'm so glad we did, because the town and hotel unexpectedly turned out to be one of the high points of our trip. The room was large and comfortable, and all the staff were all very helpful and friendly. We took the Seilbahn up to Niederwald and jogged around the bluff and down through the vineyards. It was unforgettable. I wish we stayed longer...

This hotel and its staff are fantastic. I've lost count the amount of times we've stayed here. The owner and her staff are amazing, so helpful and knowledgeable. The breakfasts are lovely and staff and service second to none. There is no other hotel in this beautiful town that I would stay in. The hotel and restaurant strike me as the very best place you can end up in Rudesheimer. Both were excellent. The room was very spacious with a contemporary feel. The bathroom was also large. The King bed was very comfortable, You can open the window for fresh air. Fortunately the town quiets down after 10 PM because this hotel is centrally located and can get noisy, and the bell tower stops chiming...

Had such a wonderful 3night stay to end our 4week holiday. The hotel is such a joy to stay at, generous size rooms and we had a newly refurbished bathroom which was so clean and had excellent water pressure. Location was excellent for us, very near to S-Bahn station so ease access to Frankfurt and beyond. Hotel was clean neat and tidy. Reception was excellent and the room fantastic. Our only complaint was we agreed to have 2 free drinks under the “green” initiative which still meant our room should still have been cleaned on one day, unfortunately this did not happen however on leaving the GM did issue...

A very nice hotel, with very friendly reception staff. Many extra services, such as slippers and shoe polish. The location is ideal, close to the S-Bahn (suburban train station), and parking is easy to find. The room is tastefully furnished, with great colors and style, a comfortable bed, and very clean. It has a small refrigerator and a coffee machine. Excellent! We'd be happy to come back!
