Clean rooms, good river view, polite und informative Staff! I was there for a workshop and I needed a good internet connection and as a matter of fact I thought with a hotel like this you get a connection automatically! But I was wrong.. it was a payed connection, between 14 to 25 Euros I think based on your speed.. that's something which could improve definitely!!

Great place to stay. Close to the river. Many places to go around the location. The Altstadt is behind the hotel. That means ,u have enough places to go for breakfast or lunch. There are also bars and party locations.

Limited parking - beware of that if you turn up at 1am. Generally the hotel is a standard Hilton, the rooms were OK but the mattress didn’t seem quite right in my room - a little firm? Breakfast is lovely especially when being able to sit outside. Overall a pretty good Hilton.

Comfy and clean. Well located. The buffet breakfast is too expensive, but there are tons of local bakeries you can hit instead.

The Hilton Mainz is located in a fantastic location, easy to get around the area, access to great walking and located central to Mainz. Unfortunately, the hotel has been under perpetual remodel for several years therefore rooms are all located across the road, accessed via skybridge and quite a long walk from the lobby and car park. Carpets and furniture needs a deep clean. Stained and grubby. Fridges work poorly and the rooms are too hot. Windows open a crack which is not enough to cool the rooms. Staff try their best and are courteous.

During my last stay I had a bad smell in room. It smelled of chlorine. The fries that came with my steak were extremeley salty. The biggest drawdown for me, however, was that there wasn't any real wholemeal bread.

This is an old hotel. The rooms are old and very dusty. Bring a UV torch, the level of invisible stains on the bedroom carpet will make you feel sick. The bathroom is very basic, shower over the bath. There is no evening restaurant service. Staff are pleasant and helpful, and the location is very good, 10mins walk to central Mainz.

It was one of the nicest stay in Germany. They organized the room for us perfectly, mini bar and small gifts are very thoughtful. Thank you very much for the whole team. It’s a classic hotel with clean rooms and just nice facilities. No gym but you can have a nice walk around the hotel, also get fresh air and nice photos. Good hotel, good personnel, good breakfast. But feels overpriced considering the condition and technics in bathroom. I attach photo. To "catch" comfortable warm water is not easy. I recommend to install parking Apcoa-app in advance, of you are driving there. Then it costs 10 eur instead of 20 per 24 hours. It was clean and well looked after, even in times of Corona. What made it 5 stars for me was: we left a bottle of wine in the fridge by accident. A quick call and we have organized a way for it to return to us. Wonderful customer service.

We have danced at many weddings and can say that you will find the perfect wedding venue here. Professional service coupled with excellent room separation and the ability to go straight to bed after the party is simply wonderful. I stayed at Atrium Hotel several times for conferences and business meetings - the rooms are comfortable, the staff is friendly, the conference rooms are well equipped, and the food is decent. The hotel itself does not have a gym, you have to collect a card at the reception to access the gym down the road from the hotel. Happy to return for business trips.

Loved my stay here. The staff are really nice, the breakfast was brilliant and the other services (gym, housekeeping and sauna) are the best you can get! It is also diagonally opposite to the station, so travel is also easier. Would highly recommend!

Nice place to stay when in Mainz. Within walking distance of the train station and city centre. We left an Ereader in the room after checking out, which was found and will be sent to our home address. Great service!

The room is not too big, but it's well noise insulated, the bed was good and the mattress of good quality. Amazed by the breakfast, lot of options, super good quality, taking in mind the poor European standard for breakfast, they're very well above.

Big rooms, very big and comfortable bed, everything it's super cleaning, the bath has all that you need, thick and fluffy towels, professional room service😍😍 The only big drawback it's the incredible slow Internet 😭😭.

Clean and functional. Had a fine stay here for a few nights. No complaints. Breakfast buffet was well stocked and no very busy outside of peak business hours. Lifts are slow so be prepared to walk a few flights of stairs to the rooms.

Stayed here on a too and fro from Nuremberg. just a quick couple of overnights. Nice and clean hotel with good underground parking (under 2.1mtrs) a bit warm without AC and i cant remember if the room had a kettle and tea. Shame if not. Clean and good shower. Price was ok too. The Hilton bartender are super friendly and willing to take care of you. Highly recommend coming down to the bar and grabbing a drink after a long day of travel or work. :)

Nice Hotel and Staff, good location. Only complaint is that the room was very hot. During the winter months, the heat is on. The windows only open slightly so there isn't any fresh air circulating through the room. They offer fans but it still made sleeping uncomfortable.

It is not fair to expect high service Standards in Germany. Service is not in their culture guide. Front office was good but not friendly at all. We just came from long journey and tired. Waited for 30mnts for check in with only 1 receptionist. Once we got into the room, its very old. Thin pillow. Stain in carpet and sofa. They really need to keep up. Despite all of those, its in good location. Warm ambience and nice customer service
