Hilton Hotel
Mainz, Rheinstr. 68 🧭 Map
Great location and lovely breakfast by the river, will definitely come back!
This hotel has for sure the nicest view in Mainz, and only a few minutes from the city center. Just be aware that the rooms with view to the Rhein-river obviously have different categories, hence prices, to avoid being disappointed.
Convenient excellent hotel. Fantastic breakfast. Rooms are perfect. Highly recommend.
Very nice location - it is easy to reach the sights of Mainz and also to have a stroll along the river. During my stay there was some construction, that was not very pleasant. Also, make sure you are staying in the main building, or you will have to walk a long way with luggage... and help was not offered, although I had 2 suitcases. European hotel rooms tend to be small and drab - that was the case...
Great checkin & room service Fast response to request The staffs were helpful Location was very convenient to metro and shopping mall
Nice atmosphere and clean room

We stayed at the Atrium Hotel for 3 days, on the first evening we had a wonderful 3 course menu in the restaurant, which was freshly prepared. It was delicious! Thanks to the kitchen. The service at the hotel is very attentive and polite. If there were any problems, they were solved directly in the interests of the guest. We were very comfortable. The only thing we had to complain about was the temperature...
We had a wonderful time in a wonderful room! The service was impeccable all round. Our waitress (Mr L. Tom) tried very hard and really made for a memorable evening. Many thanks again to this special team. We will definitely be back.
Great breakfast, modern rooms, we felt completely at ease!
We had a great time at the Atrium Hotel! The staff are very friendly and accommodating, they don't seem at all fake. Pure well-being, the rooms are stylishly furnished, of course clean, which is to be expected in this beautifully furnished hotel. A beautiful spa area invites you to relax. The perfectly mixed cocktails are also worth mentioning... we haven't had such delicious cocktails in a...
We have danced at many weddings and can say that you will find the perfect wedding venue here. Professional service coupled with excellent room separation and the ability to go straight to bed after the party is simply wonderful. Our DJ Dominic is full of enthusiasm and is looking forward to the nightly parties at the Atrium Hotel.
We stayed at the Atrium Hotel for one night because we were visiting nearby and just wanted a break from everyday life. The stay was truly great! We particularly enjoyed the beautiful wellness area, where you can take advantage of great offers such as the sauna, infrared cabin and adventure shower despite Corona regulations, as well as the swimming pool with adjacent outdoor seating area. We were convinced...

I had an absolutely incredible stay at this hotel! There was nothing I didn’t love about it. The room was so spacious and clean, and it had everything I needed to make myself feel right at home. The bathroom was spotless and had a fantastic walk-in shower. The hotel has a gym, a bar, a breakfast area, pool tables, and even a beer garden. The staff were all so friendly and helpful, and you really get...
Booked at short notice and it's surprisingly nice and modern hotel for the price. Everything appears to be recently refurbished. No problems checking in late at night. Didn't try the breakfast and only stayed one night, so can't comment on the other facilities. Not super central but reachable with public transport or Uber from the city centre and from Erbenheim. Rooms have tea and coffee making facilities...
Great hotel for working for the R&V :-). Great lobby with the bar next to the reception. Parking fee is a bit high. Nice rooms
Having stayed here several times, the hotel suits all requirements. Good location, gym for the energetic types and differ meeting and conference facilities.
Very clean, very comfortable bed, and the breakfast selection was great! I stayed for one night for a business trip and haven't heard of Penta Hotels before. I came here because of a recommendation and I'd definitely come back. The breakfast had a great selection and great veggie options!
Had an awesome stay at this hotel! The breakfast was fantastic, and the location was super convenient—just a 10-minute walk to the base. The only downside was that parking wasn’t included, which is something to keep in mind if that’s important to you. Overall, a great experience, and I’d definitely recommend it!

Best Western Hotel, Mainz1 / 50

Mainz, Wallstrasse 56 🧭 Map
The hotel is located within a 15-min leisurely walk to a train station and a 10-min walk to a bus stop. Although he hotel itself is rather spacious and with a large number of rooms, it felt as if whatever few guests were in the hotel, they had all been accommodated next to each other. This unfortunately meant that I struggled to fall asleep at night as the next room guests had late night conversations...
A bit of an awkward location in the city. The room was clean.
I had a comfortable experience. The room was clear, comfortable, and quiet. The staff and services were great.
The Best Western is a pretty standard mega-chain hotel. The staff are professional and speak English well. The rooms are pretty standard and the beds comfortable. It is around 12 minutes walk uphill from the train station, but that's the only negative point.
Best Western Hotel Mainz is a fine hotel. It is located on the outskirts of the city and offers comfortable rooms. We visited this hotel on our return journey from Austria and booked a room for three adults. We had a spacious room with a seating area that was used as an extra bed however. In fact, this room was a small apartment with a kitchen block. The bed was excellent but a bit hard. There is...
Some may call the hotel quaint, but that is part of its charm. My room was more spacious than expected and rather cozy. The bed, reassuringly modern, was very comfortable. The bathroom provided all the necessary amenities. The staff was generally very helpful and professional, pleasantly so. Altogether a very positive experience.

Mainz, Augustusstrasse 6 🧭 Map
The hotel is about to close, weather for renovation or for good is not clear, but this is something they forgot to advertise online. Nevertheless, hotel was decent, but more of an Ibis level than a Novotel, although priced as a Novotel. Staff was quite difficult and seemed clueless about how to manage simple tasks such as charging us for some extras from a fridge in the lobby. I am not sure what...
This is an old hotel. The rooms are old and very dusty. Bring a UV torch, the level of invisible stains on the bedroom carpet will make you feel sick. The bathroom is very basic, shower over the bath. There is no evening restaurant service. Staff are pleasant and helpful, and the location is very good, 10mins walk to central Mainz.
I recently wrote that the pool was only open between 7:00 PM & 9:00 PM. This is incorrect (there was an error on their bulletin board). The pool is open starting at 7:00 AM.
Great stay Loved our stay. Very quiet hotel area. Check in was seamless, rooms are good with comfortable beds, coffee machine along with tea kettle & tea. Loved the breakfast as it had a great variety. Very close to central area & very accessible with car or by foot. Lots of underground parking
Top of the hill Nice hotel at the top of the hill steep climb back or stairs, taxi from town 15euro. PutTrajanstrasse inthe satnav for the car park, or you will miss it in the one way,go down to the second level, you will see the signs for the lift
The staff is very helpful, the manager is very professional and acomodating.i would recommend this place to everyone.

It was clean and well looked after, even in times of Corona. What made it 5 stars for me was: we left a bottle of wine in the fridge by accident. A quick call and we have organized a way for it to return to us. Wonderful customer service.
Everything I needed for a short term stay I got here. Good place with nice staff. Asked for a higher room for a better city view - got it! Definitely recommend!
We really liked this place. A kettle, a fridge, a very clean bathroom, clean room with comfortable beds, not noisy despite being next to the train line and a motorway. And a very decent receptionist, with humanity and manners. Thanks for a good stay!
Good location, close to the train station.
The breakfast is very good, and the roon is verrrrrrrrrry clean

It was all good (location, staff, breakfast, clean) but the shower is in the room basically. There is no bathroom door. That is quite inconvenient. And the rooms were small. Plus, there was no way to turn off the AC and I was pretty cold.
Absolutely loved this hotel. Funky, relaxed, great staff. Good location close to the station and handy for seeing the best parts of town. Thoroughly recommend.
Overall, excellent design, location, and service. The breakfast is excellent (although it would be nice if the options changed more day to day). The fitness center and sauna are appreciated. Tip: the lockers are on the 6th floor but the robes, slippers, and the sauna is on the 7th floor, so you need to go up, get your stuff, change, and then go back up. The facilities were clean. One major caveat:...
Excellent hotel. The breakfast was amazing. Will definitely come back just for that. Varied and very tasty. All you can wish for. The location of the hotel is right next to an arterial road. Walking from Mainz Old Town requires crossing a busy bridge leading over railways.
Due to time circumstances, I only stayed for a relatively short time in this stylish hotel. The check-in was friendly and fast and a was assigned a room on one of their upper floors. The room itself had a nice design, could have been a little bit more spacious, but was definitely ok for a pleasant stay. There’s a fitness center, which includes a sauna, in the hotel, but due to mentioned shortage of...
Loved my stay here. The staff are really nice, the breakfast was brilliant and the other services (gym, housekeeping and sauna) are the best you can get! It is also diagonally opposite to the station, so travel is also easier. Would highly recommend!

Very nice Hotel and the Staff was excellent especially Jasmina was very very nice.Thank you💯
A very good hotel, the staff is exceptionally friendly and courteous, the rooms have always been cleaned in an exemplary manner. The breakfast buffet is highly recommended because everything from scrambled eggs to omelettes is made to order, there is something for everyone. The location is directly at the train station so central and easy to reach. If you have any questions, the staff always know the...
Great hotel near across the street from train station. A little difficult to check-in with a car. Nice room and breakfast was great.
Place is great! Staffs are approachable. Breakfast is superb. Location is near to train station, restaurants and supermarket. Highly recommended. 🙂
Very nice hotel...good service. Next to the station..not my favorite choice but can be handy if you travel by train. Breakfast in corona times was very well organized 👌
Nice place but very difficult to get in. Lots of construction around the hotel.

The Hilton bartender are super friendly and willing to take care of you. Highly recommend coming down to the bar and grabbing a drink after a long day of travel or work. :)
Nice Hotel and Staff, good location. Only complaint is that the room was very hot. During the winter months, the heat is on. The windows only open slightly so there isn't any fresh air circulating through the room. They offer fans but it still made sleeping uncomfortable.
GREAT hotel in old Town. Breakfast was a total feast. Great service by the front desk also. They took care of ordering the taxi to the airport the night before we left & it arrived 5 min early. Will stay here again! Thank you Hilton Mainz City!
It is not fair to expect high service Standards in Germany. Service is not in their culture guide. Front office was good but not friendly at all. They try to give you a goodie bag up on arrival as a nice gesture to the hotel guest. Hotel is dark indoor and outdoor. I checked in my room that has limited TV Channels, may be only one English channel. which is a poor feature in a Hilton Hotel. I did not...
Incredible experience, I felt like in home. people from room services they always do a great job, people in front desk was lovely always with a big smile and totally helpful, but for me the best part was during the breakfast time, special thanks for the chef and staff amazing food preparation and presentation, finally Münire thanks for be my friend, for our short but nice conversation in the mornings...
We just came from long journey and tired. Waited for 30mnts for check in with only 1 receptionist. Once we got into the room, its very old. Thin pillow. Stain in carpet and sofa. They really need to keep up. Despite all of those, its in good location. Warm ambience and nice customer service

The room is not too big, but it's well noise insulated, the bed was good and the mattress of good quality. Amazed by the breakfast, lot of options, super good quality, taking in mind the poor European standard for breakfast, they're very well above.
One of the best service. The reception is very kind and professional. Especially mrs Kersten
Very clean and spacious room. The staff are very helpful indeed. Great breakfast. Close to public transport and shopping centre.
Great location, plenty of parking. Very welcoming staff, cozy rooms with a wonderfully soothing color and furniture theme! Easy access showers! Free/Wild parrots :-D A shopping mall is just across the street
Big rooms, very big and comfortable bed, everything it's super cleaning, the bath has all that you need, thick and fluffy towels, professional room service😍😍 The only big drawback it's the incredible slow Internet 😭😭.
very good location, large room with super comfortable bed, sofa and desk. bathroom equipped with everything you need. friendly receptionist and speaks english. good breakfast
