Best Hotels in Mainz

Nice good place for short stay. We were a family of four (2 adults and 2 kids). Had to take two rooms adjascent to each other. Enough space (not like those botique hotels) and with lift access

Bring your soap, tooth brush, paste etc. You can get uber or taxi by apps below the hotel and walk to some supermarkets and ccentral train station at Mainz (7-12 mnts)

That said, the beds were super comfy—exactly what we needed after a long day. Breakfast was okay—small selection but they had a mini pancake maker (my favorite!) and plenty of cappuccino machines

The room didn’t have a kitchenette, which we expected, and there wasn’t really anywhere to hang or store our clothes, which made unpacking a bit tricky for a longer stay

I think that if I was staying in Mainz again I'd pick somewhere closer to the old town, and somewhere with better evening meal options and much better bedding

Location OK, 1km+ from the station and start of the old town - this walk got a little tedious after a while. Room clean and largely sound proofed

I have visited the hotel for a brunch. It was great. Very good quality and delicious food The service was great and I would love to go there again, soon.

Wonderful staff; you can taste in every dish the love that the chef and bartenders have for their jobs. Kind, friendly (by a southern American standard), and a refreshing focus on quality over quantity

Nice location, just by the river Rhine, close to train station. Walk by the river, you can reach city center Cathedral. Rooms definitely could have been better, service is very good

"They were in 2008, the last Time a guest in our home, since we have renovated already". Soooo long I have not been at the Mainz Hyatt. Or the Marketing staff would be the Hyatt Regency Frankfurt (Mainz)

Stayed for 2 nights. The interior, staff, service - all exceed expectations and super nice! Room view was awesome. Also - the spa, you have to be there, super good!

The room is in very good conditions (except the well aged furniture), the bed is extremely comfortable, the bathroom with shower and WC is maintained clean by the cleaning personnel everyday

The room is spacious and the bed is very comfy! I could get a good sleep every night and they put the extra pillow on the top of the cupboard

Breakfast is the same everyday so it’s up to you to pick different meals. Coffee is good and hotel also provide paper cup coffee for take away every morning

The sauna area and the girl who takes care of it also very nice and peaceful. The location is also perfect, just 10-15 mins walk to the old city by the shortcut way and the beer brewery and restaurant is also near by

Good hotel, good personnel, good breakfast. But feels overpriced considering the condition and technics in bathroom. To "catch" comfortable warm water is not easy

Just one minus point is the boil egg was hard to peel and the fruits some got very sour taste :( The pool area is also fantastic, not so crowded but you have to manage the time as they also have the swimming school class that use the pool

Although we only stayed here for a night, it's the best stay ever from the service, design and comfort of the hotel. Strongly recommended to anyone who visits Wisbaden.

It was a bit far from the city centre and the university campus. Public transportation was a handy but tram stop was 500 m walking distance

No ice at the front desk but very convenient from the main HBF, walking distance from the mainz nord train station on s8 (it comes to the first floor of the mainz hbf at track one, it is one stop and about four minutes

Splinter new hotel in a nice new neighbourhood west of the city centre on the river. Amenities in the vicinity and the centre a 20 minutes walk. Convenient parking opposite for a reasonable price, 10 Euro a day

It was clean and well looked after, even in times of Corona. What made it 5 stars for me was: we left a bottle of wine in the fridge by accident. A quick call and we have organized a way for it to return to us

Comfortable mat in a queen size bed in a half round well-furnished room. Down side: Located next to heavy- traffic Mainz main roads. Since you cannot open the window for this reason, the hotel airco causes dry air

The food in both restaurants is very good and their wine selection is quite remarkable for a reasonable price. All in all, this is a recommended place for business or leisure trips!

We stayed at the Atrium Hotel for 3 days, on the first evening we had a wonderful 3 course menu in the restaurant, which was freshly prepared. It was delicious! Thanks to the kitchen

The service at the hotel is very attentive and polite. If there were any problems, they were solved directly in the interests of the guest. The only thing we had to complain about was the temperature in the indoor pool

We were convinced by the rich breakfast buffet and the beautiful (definitely special and not ordinary) furniture. We are also pleased to thank the staff who were very polite and very friendly

The staff are really nice, the breakfast was brilliant and the other services (gym, housekeeping and sauna) are the best you can get! It is also diagonally opposite to the station, so travel is also easier

5 l bottle of water free of charge, free Wi-Fi and the best was when I travelled with my parents, we have a triple room booked but the operation has offered us, we get a two-bed room and a single room for the same price

1mtrs) a bit warm without AC and i cant remember if the room had a kettle and tea. We ate at the Italian on site and it was quite good with one down the road as well that we tried on the outbound as house closed

It's like I have a twin cover on my double bed. It covers about 2/3 of the top. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom is clean and has everything you need and the breakfast is pretty good

Hotel and rooms were good and spacious. Hotel restaurant was disappointing, service was terrible and we had to eventually approach the bar to understand if there was perhaps no table service

Food was average at best We were not the only guests who experienced this as numerous guests were also waiting for service in the not overly full establishment

Ideal location, across the street from the main train station, and just a 10 minute walk to the downtown core. Rooms are small, but clean and modern. Even has a small fitness center in the basement.

Close to main train station - but that comes with the noise in the late evening, unfortunately. Bed is not a large single bed, it's two beds connected - not very comfortable

Location was very convenient being close to railway station however the negative was that the room was very noisy unless the windows were closed making the room stuffy

The area outside the hotel was less than desirable with intoxicated people in the street congregating around the bus stop although this is not the fault of the hotel

The breakfast buffet is highly recommended because everything from scrambled eggs to omelettes is made to order, there is something for everyone. The location is directly at the train station so central and easy to reach

Its right next to the transit area so getting cabs, trains, or buses is a breeze. There's a lot of food options near by as well. The rooms were kind of small but really nice. And the breakfast was delicious

Amazing customer services! Clean rooms, basic but no complaints. Breakfast was very tasty! Bathrooms are extremely clean. Very close to train station, tram and taxi rank, also 10mins from main Xmas market

The service is warm - friendly and has always been in a good mood. We also often get half a chicken for home, which always tastes very good. We have nothing to complain about. There are full and solid 5 stars for this

The hotel is ok, cleanliness is important. The breakfasts could only be a little richer. I miss a regular tomato and possibly a small coffee croissant. The rest of the stuff is ok.

The room is very good. The prices vary very strongly. The Breakfast is OK. It can recommend with a clear Conscience.

The bathroom had some of their best times already behind itself. The Hotel itself is quite ok and the staff is helpful and friendly

To reach from the train station very quickly ( 5 minutes walk) and from the Hotel to the centre of Mainz is in the evening reach with its beautiful old town is also within walking distance

Great modern Hotel with very friendly staff. However, it is said, in the meantime, Guesthouse Mainz and not the Hotel Austria. The rooms are modern furnished, bright and beautifully cut
