Best Hotels in Mainz

Breakfast was pretty good, but unfortunately some dude gave me an attitude because I wanted some yoghurt an hour after leaving breakfast. Apparently the 12€ breakfast needs to be eaten in one sitting specifically

Friendly and helpful staff, clean cosy rooms. Location is not perfect, but plenty of parking and easy to find

The hotel has the downside that there are no desks in the bedroom and the wifi connection in the rooms is quite bad in the evenings. So if you need to work, you have to do it in the lunge downstairs

However, the music downstairs is quite loud all day, I had to take a couple of short meetings and i asked if they could lower the volume of the music, but they indicated is not possible

I stayed at the hotel for 5 nights during a conference in the city. The hotel is nicely decorated, the breakfast is very varied and it is open for a long time in the mornings

Excellent service, Chic interior, the wellness area is great and overall a perfect choice for an affordable but luxurious stay in Mainz. The staff at the reception are very formal and nice

I really adore the Anastasia who currently works at the bar (which offers an amazing drink selection). She is doing a great job and is very attentive and she lighten up everyone’s mood

Outstanding service, great breakfast. The staff is extremely helpful and accommodating and the rooms are very clean and modern. The location is excellent for walking into the old town and taking in the sights.

Stayed for 2 nights. The interior, staff, service - all exceed expectations and super nice! Room view was awesome. Also - the spa, you have to be there, super good!

The food in both restaurants is very good and their wine selection is quite remarkable for a reasonable price. All in all, this is a recommended place for business or leisure trips!

Although we only stayed here for a night, it's the best stay ever from the service, design and comfort of the hotel. Strongly recommended to anyone who visits Wisbaden.

Only for overnight stay & had to leave early without breakfast. The blankets & pillows are comfortable

The staff are really nice, the breakfast was brilliant and the other services (gym, housekeeping and sauna) are the best you can get! It is also diagonally opposite to the station, so travel is also easier

Nice place to stay when in Mainz. Within walking distance of the train station and city centre. We left an Ereader in the room after checking out, which was found and will be sent to our home address. Great service!

In the evenings you can try fantastic gourmet street food (it sounds like an oxymoron, but just try it and you’ll know what I mean)

It was clean and well looked after, even in times of Corona. What made it 5 stars for me was: we left a bottle of wine in the fridge by accident. A quick call and we have organized a way for it to return to us

The staff is so friendly and helpful. The hotel is located on the top of the hill just a short walk to dining and shopping. Many historic churches and monuments just a short walk from the hotel

This is just disgusting (and probably illegal), but the staff even didn't care after I mentioned this. Such place should never be recommended by staff of such a nice hotel. Breakfast was very good though

It's like I have a twin cover on my double bed. It covers about 2/3 of the top. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom is clean and has everything you need and the breakfast is pretty good

Good and great hotel at the side of the cliff, not very far from the city center by foot, 30min and a small hill to climb, nice staff, quality service, full of small attention, breakfast provided and variè in the form of a buffet

Despite way above 25°C the bed still had winter covers. Staff was friendly and breakfast was okay. I would nether recommend this hotel nor advice against it. If you get a fair rate it's a good stay

About 10 minutes walk uphill from the central station. Breakfast is good. Room is good by size. No conditioner which is bad for July with plus 32. My window watched parking lots

The rooms are small like you'd expect at a German hotel, but the beds are large and comfortable, showers are the best I've seen, and the room design is very pleasant with options for direct or soft lighting

The breakfast buffet is highly recommended because everything from scrambled eggs to omelettes is made to order, there is something for everyone. The location is directly at the train station so central and easy to reach

The service is warm - friendly and has always been in a good mood. We also often get half a chicken for home, which always tastes very good. We have nothing to complain about. There are full and solid 5 stars for this

I enjoyed my stay at the TOP Hotel Hammer in Mainz. The staff was extremely nice and helpful, and the room was good and quiet. I would recommend visitor to stay at his hotel for a stay in Mainz

Just opposite Mainz Hbf with less than 1 minutes walk but very quiet, so it is very convenience whilst good view to see the X'mas market outside the Hbf.

Close to main train station - but that comes with the noise in the late evening, unfortunately. Bed is not a large single bed, it's two beds connected - not very comfortable

Location was very convenient being close to railway station however the negative was that the room was very noisy unless the windows were closed making the room stuffy

The area outside the hotel was less than desirable with intoxicated people in the street congregating around the bus stop although this is not the fault of the hotel

To reach from the train station very quickly ( 5 minutes walk) and from the Hotel to the centre of Mainz is in the evening reach with its beautiful old town is also within walking distance

I was in a single traveler in a single room and everything was fine. Nothing to complain about. Maybe that it's not very centric, but you can use the tram to quickly go to the center.

And the staff gave us drinking glasses for a little party for a birthday in our group, and chilled the drinks in the fridge. The hotel is very inclusive for guests and staff

The staff was very nice and friendly, the room and bathroom were very clean and cozy. Breakfast plentiful and more than adequate. If necessary, I will choose again for this Hotel.

Attentive staff and good breakfast take the edge off an otherwise unsatisfactory experience. They're doing the best with what they have, and should be commended, but the decor is shabby and could do with modernising.

5 l bottle of water free of charge, free Wi-Fi and the best was when I travelled with my parents, we have a triple room booked but the operation has offered us, we get a two-bed room and a single room for the same price

RECEPTION was SUPER FRIENDLY:the room was a little small but sufficient and clean. Best of all, the super Breakfast. I would like to have every day. Delicious!! worth to stay there. 100 % thanks to the hotel management

There is strip club about 3 doors away from the hotel. We were traveling with our two teenage sons. They were never solicited as we walked past multiple times during our stay
