Best Hotels in Mainz

The meeting rooms were excellent and the breakfast was surprisingly good. The buffet served during our conference for lunch and dinner was also exceptional

I stayed at the Hilton Mainz for a business trip and overall had a good experience, though there were a few issues that I hope the hotel addresses. Right on the river with lovely views and an easy walk to the city centre

WiFi was also unreliable and frequently cut out, especially in the evenings. Amenities in the room were minimal and the water bottles weren’t replenished during cleaning; the empty bottles were just left behind

The room itself was clean and quiet, but I did run into several maintenance problems. The heating didn’t work, and it took about an hour and a half and three calls to reception before someone came to fix it

The hair dryer in the room also didn’t work, and after calling reception three times with no answer I ended up borrowing one from a colleague’s room

Unfortunately it stopped working again a few hours later, and the only solution offered was a small space heater

Considerably modernised since my last visit and still excellent. Check out the new wine bar and the rooftop spa. Idyllic location and nice walks in and around the Park

This is just disgusting (and probably illegal), but the staff even didn't care after I mentioned this. Such place should never be recommended by staff of such a nice hotel. Breakfast was very good though

I said your two main daytime people are not aware of that for a few days, and you the fill in night person knows that like an obviously? The air conditioning in the hotel is minimal, not a big problem if your room has decent conditioning, but it doesn't

near the spa, I get one across. the hotel, the clear automatic selection without guest consideration. The girl at the desk says, like everyone knows it's broken, eventhough it's a brand new spa and sauna

The hotel is just outside of train station, very convenient for taking bus to the city center, taking train to other places for a day trip and direct train to airport. The room is clean and comfortable

One of the best restaurants in my opinion.

Although we only stayed here for a night, it's the best stay ever from the service, design and comfort of the hotel. Strongly recommended to anyone who visits Wisbaden.

It was right next to Mainz Central Station, so it was easy to find even though I arrived at night. The breakfast was delicious, and it was in a great location for walking around. The interior of the hotel was also clean.

Very nice and spacious room! The hotel is 5 minutes from the train station, and it's only 10 minutes to the beautiful old town. Breakfast offers a wide selection, so everyone will find something to their liking.

Convenient transportation, clean and sanitary. The European breakfast is healthy, delicious and rich, and the quality is much better than most of the Western breakfasts in five-star hotels in China.

The hotel chain is all located near train station and we trust the brand. That's the reason we chose this hotel. This one is about 10 minutes walk from Mainz train station

It's also within walking distance to the old town where there are few Christmas markets - all about 20 minutes' walk. The room is spacious and clean. The bathroom has enough hooks and rails for towels and clothes

The food in both restaurants is very good and their wine selection is quite remarkable for a reasonable price. All in all, this is a recommended place for business or leisure trips!

We stayed at the Atrium Hotel for 3 days, on the first evening we had a wonderful 3 course menu in the restaurant, which was freshly prepared. It was delicious! Thanks to the kitchen

in summary: we really enjoyed our stay and when we are back in Mainz, we will of course check into the Atrium Hotel again!!! It was wonderful 🤩

We had a great time at the Atrium Hotel! The staff are very friendly and accommodating, they don't seem at all fake

The perfectly mixed cocktails are also worth mentioning. we haven't had such delicious cocktails in a long time

A retaurant menu in the room would be really helpful, as would instructions to use the coffee machine! The coffee was excellent when a member of staff explained how to use the machine

And I got it for a good price, because I was booking with trip. So all good! Location: very close to decathlon, shopping area, there’s mcdonald across from the hotel

First of all, everyone was so kind when I checked in and checked out! When I asked for hot water to drink cup ramen at the accommodation, they brought it to my doorstep because it was hot! They were so kind,,, and the breakfast was really delicious

But the hotel itself is surrounded by trees and there’s a green area. Very close to a bus station, from where you can get to the city’s old town

The hotel is located on a very prime location. Easily accessible by public transport fr the Central Station but you have a 15 min walk to reach there too. The view is amazing from the hotel room

Gave us a Good Stay The hotel was clean and the rooms were very nice. Free coffee was an added part. The Wi-Fi was touchy and only good in your room or near the front desk and was the only drawback of our stay

I liked my brief stay at this hotel. I got what I assume is the smallest room, and it was exactly that: a small hotel room with a good bed, desk, bathroom, etc

The location is amazing soon as you get off your train at the Mainz central station it’s right there and there’s plenty of taxis if you need one and plenty of good restaurants

It was pretty good, and close to the station. I think it was about a 5-6 minute walk from the station. There were young people setting off mouse fireworks nearby, so it felt a bit unsafe

Hotel has a good location, however rooms and decor are a bit outdated, for which a renovation is planned in 2022. Besides that breakfast good and with broad choice

The Front desk/reception was nice and helpful and breakfast was ok, pretty standard. We were a large group and not everybody had a good stay

Attentive staff and good breakfast take the edge off an otherwise unsatisfactory experience. They're doing the best with what they have, and should be commended, but the decor is shabby and could do with modernising.

5 l bottle of water free of charge, free Wi-Fi and the best was when I travelled with my parents, we have a triple room booked but the operation has offered us, we get a two-bed room and a single room for the same price

The little ‘kitchen’ had a sink, a kettle and coffeemaker plus a microwave and stove. We had a terrace with a view to the cathedral, where we sat with a beer and some sun. The staff were very friendly
