Overall the accommodation is good but we were disappointed with the lack of customer service

We had a premium room on 4th floor. Pretty quiet, at this time at least. Free wifi had enough bandwidth for watching some streams. There was a small kitchen with microwave and a capsule coffee maker

Friendly staff, 10 min's walk to the central Train station, nice room!

Lovely hotel with very welcoming people and nice breakfast. Only downside was the parking for me. Not enough spaces nearby (we got lucky). Near a trainstation (no noise) just for those wanting something close by

We were there during a wine festival so we had a nice night out. It’s a decent walk to the center. Nice hotel bar and rooms were also great

Location is good. Not far from main tarin station. Room is big enough

Stayed for 2 nights. The interior, staff, service - all exceed expectations and super nice! Room view was awesome. Also - the spa, you have to be there, super good!

Best location right on the river just 1minute from downtown. Everything you need, spa, pool, sauna, huge tasty breakfast and great bar.

We loved everything about this hotel. The location and view couldn’t have been better. The shower head is on the ceiling which my husband loved. Fortunately, they gave us a shower cap so it worked for me too

Gorgeous view from the room and fantastic hotel and staff! Location is very good as well as its right next to the Rhine river and a very short walk from Old Town

Extremely friendly staff and very good breakfast. Overall we felt very comfortable.

Although we only stayed here for a night, it's the best stay ever from the service, design and comfort of the hotel. Strongly recommended to anyone who visits Wisbaden.

Breakfast quality and variety were also good. I just don’t understand why hotels don’t provide slippers. Also, my room didn’t have a fridge

The standard of domestic convenient hotels, overall clean and tidy. But the room is relatively small, and the aisle is a bit narrow when a large suitcase is spread out. There is nothing to eat around

The hotel was very clean, and the staff were extremely kind and polite. Great access to bus, tram, bikes, and scooters. Close to the industrial area, which makes it perfect for business trips

The food in both restaurants is very good and their wine selection is quite remarkable for a reasonable price. All in all, this is a recommended place for business or leisure trips!

We stayed at the Atrium Hotel for 3 days, on the first evening we had a wonderful 3 course menu in the restaurant, which was freshly prepared. It was delicious! Thanks to the kitchen

Pure well-being, the rooms are stylishly furnished, of course clean, which is to be expected in this beautifully furnished hotel. A beautiful spa area invites you to relax

in summary: we really enjoyed our stay and when we are back in Mainz, we will of course check into the Atrium Hotel again!!! It was wonderful 🤩

We had a great time at the Atrium Hotel! The staff are very friendly and accommodating, they don't seem at all fake

The perfectly mixed cocktails are also worth mentioning. we haven't had such delicious cocktails in a long time

The service is warm - friendly and has always been in a good mood. We also often get half a chicken for home, which always tastes very good. We have nothing to complain about. There are full and solid 5 stars for this

The hotel is ok, cleanliness is important. The breakfasts could only be a little richer. I miss a regular tomato and possibly a small coffee croissant. The rest of the stuff is ok.

The restaurant is generally nice. Staff is relevant and polite. But I didn't like the portions of the food.

The Best Western is a pretty standard mega-chain hotel. The staff are professional and speak English well. The rooms are pretty standard and the beds comfortable

This unfortunately meant that I struggled to fall asleep at night as the next room guests had late night conversations or their TV was on until late; and on one of occasion I could not go back to sleep in the middle of the night as the next room snoring was quite audible and disturbing

I had a comfortable experience. The room was clear, comfortable, and quiet. The staff and services were great.

I stayed for a week-long business trip and it would have helped to have a larger douvet and a small fridge (but it was my own negligence not to notice that the hotel did not offer this amenity)

Other than that, the room was rather spacious, very clean and the staff seemed friendly although I had no need to interact with them apart from checking in and out

It is around 12 minutes walk uphill from the train station, but that's the only negative point

I enjoyed my stay at the TOP Hotel Hammer in Mainz. The staff was extremely nice and helpful, and the room was good and quiet. I would recommend visitor to stay at his hotel for a stay in Mainz

The breakfast was very good and is included when you book directly with the hotel. Sound proof windows insure that you have a quiet environment

We stayed here for 6 nights when we were there for a business. It’s one of the best hotels I have ever been in Germany for its price. It has very modern and big rooms

So I’ve stayed in Best Western hotels in 3 different continents, and for the most part they are ok. And this hotel is about the same, except they really try to do everything right

The customer service was spectacular, they allowed our dog, had a lovely bar area, offered a lunch menu, and had the best breakfast offerings I have ever experienced

Great location between town and the train station. Free breakfast in the morning. There is a lot of variety, bread, cheese, breads,yogurt, eggs to order, fish, salad. I could easily be lunch, very good

The bar tenders Sia and Josh were incredible! They were very accommodating to all our needs and were so friendly and kind that we will be sad to leave this hotel when we go! We hope to come back next year and look forward to being served by these awesome guys again

This hotel is right next to a ton of local food spots, the park, the train station, the base, everything. The hotel itself has great views, is well-maintained, and all the staff is super friendly and helpful

Book your hotel for the max amount on the "certificate of nonavailability" and enjoy being submerged in the culture. It will pay you dividends in understanding customs and getting better with the language anyway

This Courtyard Marriott Wiesbaden-Nordenstadt is a cozy and nice hotel to stay. Distance to Frankfurt airport around 20 km. Friendly staff and delicious F&B here.

As a hotel I'm super impressed. They can accommodate food allergies! And all of the staff is awesome/polite. Great restaurant and the best breakfast.

I didn't have dinner here, so I can't judge, but there are some good local restaurants ( Frankfurter Hof) within 15 minutes walking, and other take out options only a minute away

Don't get me wrong, it's still a Courtyard style property, but just based on service & amenities, it felt more comfortable. I wish they were similarly well run and equipped in the US

nice hotel, new, comfortable bed, close to the frankfurt airport, good breakfast, parking. on the downside the rooms are small and it is far from city center. all in all a decent comfortable hotel

Yes the rooms are a bit dated but they are clean, the lighting is nice and the bathtubs are amazing and modern. The staff is so helpful and very sweet

When they found out that we were sick with colds they sent up tea, a kettle and fresh lemon to our rooms. Would definitely stay here again

The staff is nice and friendly, the location is good. Bit hard to get in, it's a 5 story climb. Bathrooms have very little privacy and the shower isn't easy to operate nor does it work properly

Awesome, modern hotel near the heart of Wiesbaden. Room was comfortable and perfect for a long weekend stay. Noise levels weren't a problem. Shower was surprisingly strong and hot

This is a luxury nursing home offering rooms and hotel services. Clean, quiet and at a good price. Located in the center although somewhat removed to the north. Nice stay.

Unfortunately, during my last stay in Wiesbaden I could not transfer there because of the coronavirus and associated with it but I hope that the next time I am in Wiesbaden it will be possible to spend the night

The rooms are very big. Everything was clean and the staff was friendly! The breakfast was delicious! The only drawback was that during the breakfast was sucked nearby.

Wiesbaden is a nice and surprisingly quiet city and this hotel was perfect for my stay in town. The front desk staff was super helpful in accommodating me with an early check-in. I mean a super early check-in

The room is small, has basic equipment, meets the basic needs for travel and rest, and is well soundproofed. Opposite is the fountain check-in point, and there is a direct bus to the train station

About a 20-30 min walk from the Train Station. It's on a back street so it's quiet and away from the traffic and bustle
