Environment: The view from the room is very good, and the room is very spacious. The coffee machine is great, and there are tea bags and a kettle, which is great.

We had a fantastic stay at the NH Collection Hotel in Heidelberg! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the friendly staff. To our surprise, the hotel had taken our second wedding anniversary into account. A heartfelt thank you to Aurélie, the Guest Relations Manager, for the wonderful personal touch—it truly made our experience unforgettable.

The room was beautifully designed, spacious, and spotlessly clean. Everything exuded luxury and comfort, making us feel right at home. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was modern and well-maintained.

Additionally, the location is perfect! The hotel is within walking distance of the historic city center, making it easy to explore Heidelberg’s charming streets, shops, and attractions.

Overall, it was an amazing experience, and we will definitely return. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Heidelberg!

We had a lovely stay here! The bedroom and the bed itself were really big and comfortable. Shower was nice and they had good products to use like shampoos, soaps etc. We had a drink at the bar which had a good vibe. All the staff were really nice and gave us some tips to explore the area!

This was my first visit to Heidelberg, and I was pleasantly surprised upon arriving at this hotel to see how nice it was. The receptionists were very friendly, and I appreciated the opportunity to have a drink and something sweet in the lobby while waiting.

The room was spacious and clean, equipped with everything one needs and a bit more. I booked a superior room, which was slightly more expensive than the standard. The reason for choosing the superior was the desire to have the view depicted in the photos—overlooking the city. However, the view I received was much less impressive, so the upgrade wasn’t worth it unless you desire more space.

Otherwise, the stay was very pleasant. I slept well in a comfortable bed, and the bathroom and shower were very nice. The two complimentary bottles of water were appreciated. There was also a Nespresso coffee machine, but no capsules, so I was unsure about the solution there. Checkout went very smoothly with a smiling and friendly receptionist.

I would gladly stay here again. Additionally, Heidelberg turned out to be a much nicer city than I initially thought it would be—especially once you enter the old part of town. I recommend a visit there.

Beautiful hotel staff are helpful and friendly breakfast is delicious and mostly healthy. The rooms are lovely the bed was nice and soft after staying in a hotel where the bed was a sofa bed. The room was clean and the bathrooms were excellent with shampoo conditioner and body wash available. Only problem was the long walk to get to the shops cafes and bars but the calm atmosphere and lovely atrium by reception more than made up for it. You get a bottle of water free in the room and the chance to earn a free drink voucher should you not need your room cleaned.

The hotel is pretty huge but very beautiful. It is merged into an old brewery and is very near the Central Station and the Old Town.

The rooms are very spacious, modern and clean. You have a minibar and everything you could need. Even a bath cap and dental kit included. Service was amazing! All the staff were very friendly and helpful all the time.

The hotel has conference rooms and a wellness area, which for the price is really a great addition!

Breakfast was delicious, with freshly baked bread and many egg specialties for breakfast. Probably one of my favorite breakfast at a hotel so far.

Overall I would definitely stay here again when coming to Heidelberg.

I’m always a fan of NH hotels. This one is located perfectly, close to both the train station and the main walking street in the city. Also a very good price for everything they offer.

Lovely hotel. Travelled with my wife and toddler to Heidelberg. We were upgraded to a bigger room. Rooms are big and functional however it can get hot during the colder months. We were there in October 2024 and we are not fans of heater and no AC. You can’t even control the thermostat. The breakfast I think is its biggest draw. Wide selection of delicious food and the staff are very attentive, especially to our 2 year old son. They have a kid’s activity corner, they give out coloring books and small toys and they can prepare some food for your little one.
