Great hotel right in the heart of town! One of the entrances opens right up into the pedestrian street with the church. Rooms are clean and spacious. Very quiet as the whole town is quiet after dark. Breakfast was included and offered a nice variety. Access to the sauna with water beds is included as well which was nice and relaxing in the evening.

This might have been my favorite hotel we stayed at over our 10 days in Germany. Just awesome in every way. Very much worth the money. Highly recommend.

Awesome property! looks like a fairy tail, the rooms are remodel and very comfortable.

Spacious, clean rooms but a bit dated with dim lighting. No coffee / tea or kettle provided in room but staff was kind to give when asked. Low floor rooms were a bit noisy. Hearty breakfast with a good spread. Staff was very helpful even though overwhelmed with a lot of guests. Location is great right in the heart of town and 5 mins away from station.

Place is a bit old, but the owner is a very friendly woman. She only speaks German though, so if you know a bit of German it will come handy. The apartement is on a good location from all the main attractions in the region.

We are regular guests at the hotel and always feel very comfortable. The staff is very friendly, the food is of high quality and the choice of food is creative. The rooms are nice and clean. The indoor pool is a real highlight for us. Gladly again 😊

Great location and easy to park and not need a car. The Total Team and the facilities provide an atmosphere that is relaxing and away form the hustle a bustle of the touristy areas neat by. The hotel is secluded, accessible by car from the cable car parking lot. Please drive slowly and be mindful of hikers; most hikers will yield. The rooms offer a direct view of the snow-capped mountains, creating a beautiful scenery. The sauna area is well-equipped.

Its a 450 year old hotel so you don't have air conditioning. But they do give fans. Otherwise it is beautiful. You are living in history. Service is great. The location is amazing!
