Everything was amazing! I brought my dogs and they got gifts in the room which is a big plus. The staff was very friendly and all the food and facilities were just top notch. I will definitely come back!

The hotel is secluded, accessible by car from the cable car parking lot. Please drive slowly and be mindful of hikers; most hikers will yield. The rooms offer a direct view of the snow-capped mountains, creating a beautiful scenery. The sauna area is well-equipped.

This property is in a beautiful setting with one of the most majestic views I’ve ever seen. Access to the property begins with a picturesque ride on the Die Graseckbahn (cable car). I attended a family wedding and stayed two nights. The staff was extremely professional, food was impeccable and atmosphere was serene. Access to hiking and the town amenities is very convenient. I will be trying my best to return!

Pays people to like their hotel. I got approached at Telegram and offered 15 to screenshot liking 3 hotels, this being one of them. I think this is against the terms of use. Clearly they don't care about law or rules, given they had already gotten my contact information from some shady source. I hope this helps.

Das Graseck is an unforgettable mountain retreat that captures the essence of luxury, nature and tranquillity. From the moment you ascend to the reception via a private gondola, you know you're in for a special experience. Nestled high above Garmisch, the hotel offers panoramic views of the Alps with spacious and elegantly designed rooms that open to the stunning mountain landscape. The setting is spectacular, surrounded by pristine hiking trails and crystal clear alpine waters. A special mention must go to Franz Josef, the restaurant manager, whose warmth, attentiveness and deep knowledge of the cuisine and high-end whisky elevated our dining experience. The four-course dinner was exceptional - beautifully crafted, locally inspired and truly memorable. Dras Graseck isn't just a place to stay - it's an experience of alpine serenity and refined hospitality. An absolute must when visiting Garmisch-Partenkirchen.

The hotel is a dream come true. The surroundings are stunning. Plenty of options for great hikes, even in winter! The food is absolutely delicious and our room was spacious and bright. Maybe good to know that this is not a place for party people. The restaurant closes at around 21-22h and there is no real bar. But if you are looking for the perfect place to relax, this is it!

A beautiful hotel in the best location. It's an very easy journey from Munich airport by FlixBus straight to Garmisch and then a 10 min taxi from just beside the bus stop up to the hotel. Although a little out of town (about 3 miles) it's a beautiful walk which we loved. You can shorten the walk to just a mile if you take the bus from the ski stadium - goes every hour and free with your tourist card. Half board is included in your stay and is delicious- best ever halfboard I've experienced and the breakfasts are perfect taken looking out to the mountains. The Spa is excellent with lots of saunas, relaxation areas and lovely warm outdoor infinity pool, although I would recommending booking treatments before you arrive as appointments fill up quickly especially at weekends. The staff are delightful, and really look after you. This was our first visit but have booked for next year before we left!

Incredible charm throughout, and every detail was considered. The room was spacious with an exceptional view. And the dinners…WOW!!! The food was out of this world with some of the best dishes I’ve ever tasted. We also went for a beautiful 7 mile hike concluding in the gorge which was breath taking. As an added bonus, check out the tiny church right across from the hotel with two pews that seat 2 people each. Adorable!
