I kindly asked twice to refill the shampoo and body wash but they never did. The lady in the reception desk does not speak english. After 10pm the reception is closed and if an emergency happens you cannot contact with anyone from the staff. The sheets were dirty with marks from previous guests and the bed next to mine had hair on it from previous guests. Breakfast is available only for 2 hours from 7am-9am. Last but not least if you consider the price of the room i will definitely avoid this hotel next time.

Needless to say, the three-star rating is because it does not deserve four stars. All of them are generals and generals and can only be said to be liveable.

Functions as a city hotel, clean, beds OK, shower small but OK, bed linen and towels white and clean, breakfast also good, but unfortunately the elevator is out of order and it is tiring to climb 2 flights of stairs.

Check-in went smoothly. Ctrip provided help. The hotel's exterior is average and the room is large.

The website says there is someone there to check you in until 2200, it is wrong. We arrived at 2045, no one was there. We sat in the parking lot until 2200 trying to get ahold of someone for check in information. There is only an answering machine, in German, and I don't speak the language. It does say something about calling another number. We then left and went to another hotel.

Good little budget hotel, a bit worn and rough around the edges, but good size rooms and just about clean enough to spend a short time in central Dortmund. Lots of good amenities around and it's a very vibrant and diverse area.

Clean hotel with spacious rooms, very close to the tram stop from where you can reach the center, poor services but ok for a night or two. In the morning there is no one at the reception. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are welcoming. The only flaw is check in after 2 pm

Stayed here for one night with 7 friends, so we had 3 rooms. The rooms were decent and beds were good, we only missed Some offerings like tooth paste, a drinking cup or that type of stuff. The location was great for us, Within 10 minutes we were at the city center and the party we booked.
The main issue however was service. We were supposed to check out at 11 in the morning. however, at 8:45 in the morning the 2 housekeeping ladies were already Shouting to eachother in the Hallway and playing hard music While cleaning (let people sleep??)
Besides being woken up by this, at 10 AM they kept knocking the door for housekeeping until they came in. They Said to us to get out of the bed and out of the room, but when we said check out was at 11 they said sorry and left. Just keep a schedule at what times people leave or something.
All with all very annoying to be woken up by hotel staff , this is something you would expect from other guests, but not from staff.

This is a decent hotel if your need to stay in this neighborhood. The rooms are spacious but a bit dated.

Pretty cheap hotel for it's quality and service. Every level has a shared balcony with view on the parking area. Supermarket and small shops. Be careful tho, some shops and banks around this area only take German cards.
Room itself was clean except for the remote control. WiFi isn't super fast but it works. Staff is nice, we had a lovely girl meeting us at the front desk.
The room we stayed in (204) had great lights for taking pictures!!
