Best Hotels in Oberstdorf

The outdoor swimming pool is not too big but thats not really a problem. There is also a really big spa/wellness area for people to relax. The last and best thing is the bike rental

Further, they only do two events per day (at least in the hottest sauna) but they literally just came in, threw the ice in the oven and left without any comments

Good thing, you are allowed to take cheese or sweets from the dinner place to the bar at 21:00. Every day there are different activities, most for free like Marshmello or Sausage BBQ at the fire bowl

Second time here. I love this resort. It’s truly in a beautiful location and has an incredible spa. Dining is a bit expensive but worth it. Take time to hike around the region. Live music in the evenings is a bonus!

Breakfast from 7 to noon, Lunch, Afternoon tea and cake in the spa, afternoon Jause (local cold food like cheese, dry sausage etc) but also cake. Dinner Buffet with daily specialties

The Restaurant and the Bar had great background music. So we had high expectations for the piano night at the bar, which was nice but more the style to make you sleepy

Franks in a new design - very well done. Food and Service is excellent, also the choices of wine - very good. Gluten free „Semmel“, which was excellence, was a highlight besides all the excellent food

Parking is free and in the easy maneuverable garage. Wi-Fi is free however with password and speed of 21 Mbit/s. Rooms are generally good but a bit outdated and those with mountain view are somewhat overpriced

The possibility of enjoying nature and tranquility in the spectacular location is limitless while trekking, biking, running or relaxing poolside. The spa facilities are impeccable and the services excellent

Balancing between 4 and 5 stars I finally grant it with 5 stars. SPA and a huge 30 degrees swimming pool I liked most. Breakfast is good as well, with friendly service and outside seating tables

The hotel website does not clearly indicate that the hotel consists of several buildings, so at first we could not easily find our building without the help of someone from the staff

We were on holiday during a quite warm period, so the lack of AC turned the rooms into a sauna when you didn't open the windows

Rooms: The rooms were comfortable, with a range of drinks such as juices, water or beer (you had to pay extra for them)

The hotel is not far from the city, you can get there quickly by car. Nearby there is also a supermarket (Rewe)

The hotel has its own sauna, welness, swimming pool and the lake nearby is just outside the hotel. Even the breakfast and dinner is included 🙌 definitely recommending this place if you want comfort and some rest

The hotel is located in Oberstdort, more than 230 km from Stuttgart, my current home town. The room for 160 € is luxury for the sleeping room, the bath room is a bit older but clean and functional

The room was luxurious, the sauna was great (don't normally get into this very much). Make sure you enjoy the mountains and ride the gondolas when you visit. Also the food is amazing - you wont regret staying here

We always look forward to the swimming pool after skiing followed by the Sauna. The meals both breakfast and dinner are first class and enjoyed by all the family

My room is good but the bathroom is too much small, and in 2017 is not possible to don't have power plug near the bed!! Breakfast fast is good with all you need. And the position is perfect you are in the city center.

Very typical algauer hotel placed in the earth of oberstdorf, twins bed room are nice and big but single bed room are quite small

What a fab family run hotel nestled in the mountains of Oberstdorf. Even had a pool that we could use anytim day or night. The staff were sooooo friendly and we sat up at the bar chatting to them after our meal

Actually good, but 12 days without a working elevator is too long. Old and disabled people gasped and struggled up and down the floors. A drama to have this reputation.

The city center of Oberstdorf can be reached in 10 minutes on foot. There is a closed room for bicycles including a charging function. We can only recommend the Gerberhof
