Bedroom was filthy! Walked in and there were hairs on the bed and the sink.
The bathroom ceiling was broken and everything was dirty. The bed I think was old too because you only had to place a handbag on there and it would squeak. The walls are very thin to the point you can hear next door just talking.
There were also bugs in the room and myself and my partner got bitten quite a lot.
Outside the hotel during our visit there was always two individuals that were either drunk or high.
The guy that checked us in was very rude and only became nice when he knew my husband could speak Spanish. However there was a lovely lady that helped us when our key card stopped working.
The reception looks beautiful and smells lovely. But overall it wasn’t the best experience. Also, if you’re thinking about staying here. You will need to use public transport to get to places, preferable the train because Ubers are expensive in Berlin.

I will be happy to amend this review if our stay has improved over the next few days, but so far I’m very unimpressed with the customer service and the faculties of this hotel. We booked and got put in a handicapped accessible room. Fine, no big deal. But the thing is, the water from the shower sprays EVERYWHERE and soaks the entire bathroom. Our first night it even leaked out into the bedroom. We had to clean it up by ourselves using all the towels we had. We went to the front desk the next morning and told them our problem. They told us to check in with them in the afternoon for a new room. When we checked in with them for a new room, they told us they were fully booked and couldn’t move us. When we checked on Expedia/Google however, we saw that they still had availability for tonight. We then approached them again, and they said to come back the next morning and talk to a manager. So far, this hotel has not been worth a single cent of our money and I’m dismayed we are booked for two more nights here. I will check back in on this review if they offer adequate compensation for our troubles. Also, the air conditioning here isn’t great- if you’re booking in Berlin and the temperature is around 60F, just stay somewhere where the windows open. That’s where we are getting our air circulation since the AC is barely pumping out any cool air.
