An awesome location to explore Berlin from. Very clean and tidy hotel, we felt comfortable during our stay there. Had a small view too, which was awesome! Bathroom ventilation was a small, but manageable, issue. Great to have space for luggage, recommend looking above the smallest size room if staying for more than two nights (we’re so glad we did)!

On Monday, October 13th, around 9 a.m., after a very noisy night, we found the corridor on the 4th floor covered with dirty blankets soaked in vomit and a terrible smell, while the housekeeping staff were cleaning the room where the incident had occurred. The lack of hygiene was extremely serious and completely unacceptable for a hotel of this category.

Location is amazing, so close to everything. Rooms really nice and clean, could do with better lighting, especially at night! Very moody so you can’t see much when the day light has gone! Disappointed with the rooftop bar, first night and day it wasn’t open, then when it was open we had to go all the way to the ground floor to order a drink and bring it all the way back up! Not sure it should be advertised as a rooftop bar, and also be clearer on your opening hours.

All in all a good hotel, but one of the reasons for booking this place was the bar and skybar, which was never open and then they invoiced me for something I didn’t even have, which I told the receptionist during checkout, that I didn’t want to pay for and he cleared it, I thought so. Now they just pissed me off and that’s why I’m never coming back to this hotel.

Our stay was comfortable - the hotel is located near the city center, a lot of beautiful sights are reachable by walk.
Shops, fast-food points and pub are close enough.
The room is not large, but it's enough for a short stay. The bathroom was comfortable,the only issue was ventilation, so we had to keep the bathroom door open after taking a shower, but it wasn't big deal. Air conditioner is available, which is good for the summer.
Overall the room itself was clean and confy, so our stay was nice.

Excellent hotel, very good location. The room was nice and clean, it had a Nespresso coffee machine which was great. I enjoyed my stay.

We stayed at Hotel Zoe by Amano in Berlin for 4 nights and had a wonderful experience. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and we got some great recommendations from them that really improved our stay.
The location is perfect — in a quiet area but still very close to bars, restaurants, and public transportation. It was easy to explore the city from there.
Breakfast was just okay, nothing special — I’m not sure it’s a must, but it's convenient if you want to eat on-site.
One of the highlights is the rooftop bar with a great view of the city — definitely worth checking out!
Overall, a great hotel for a city trip to Berlin, and we would happily stay there again.

Its prime location near the metro made getting around the city incredibly convenient. The hotel itself has a modern yet cozy vibe, with stylish decor that immediately sets a welcoming tone. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay.
It’s also walking distance to Berliner Dom and Berlin National museum.
What truly stood out was the exceptional service from the front desk staff. They were friendly, helpful, and always greeted me with a smile. Whether it was providing local recommendations or accommodating special requests, they went above and beyond.
