Nice hotel. Clean and tidy. Friendly staff. Comfy beds. Only one complaint, curtains don't fit window so light shines in early morning

Rooms are big but older a bit. The service is fast and pro, the breakfast is delicious and many things are available.

The room was as one would expect from a 3 star hotel in Germany, though a bit smelly. The matress was quite hard, which I personally like. Good breakfast with a nice outdoor terrace.

Very good service, answering questions in english and french. The hotel is directly in the city center and very close to the tram stops ( 3 min by walking). The bed was very comfortable, the room was very quiet. Wi-Fi is included. Bathtub in the bathroom.

Good accomodation, friendly staff, in the center of Potsdam. Good breakfast, but only 3 parking places in Hotel court. Rooms are large and with well equipped baths, but without refrigerator. Best quality/price ratio!

But please get me right: The hotel itselves is located just in the heart of Potsdam. Which means it is just the perfect starting place to discover the city. Overall decent hotel but the wifi was so slow you couldn't even load in an email, the room was filthy (Literally a layer of dust sat under the bed) the parking is troublesome, and the breakfast was almost empty when we came down ( even though we had over an hour and a half left till the end). The entrance is also slightly confusing. Could be much better with little work.

A small hotel that is right out of the city center. Perfect for enjoying the city of Potsdam but at the same time staying in a very quite atmosphere. The breakfast room is amazing and they serve good food. Highly recommended.

The place has a great deal of charm, and the best way it can be described is "quaint", even romantic. Do not expect the Ritz, though. The staff and ownership has clearly put a lot personal of love into the decoration and maintenance if the building, with handmade curtains and pillow covers, and an eclectic assortment of furniture. Location is great for a trip to the city park SanSouci. Room was a good size and clean, with WiFi. Small garden restaurant about 400m west is a treat as well.

Five days in Potsdam, spent! Weather & city were really worth the trip, although the Winter is! The castle garden Hotel has taken care of for the Rest of my feel-good period. Beautiful Hotel right on the water. We have spent a great week. Just for a holiday with your dog(s) perfectly located. Once you go across the bridge and it is located in a huge dog run area in the forest. Pleasant waterfront hotel in an isolated woody location, nonetheless characteristically within Berlin's city limits. Easy retreat, but not far from the bustle of big-city Berlin.

The hotel was excellent value for money. The staff were lovely, the bedroom was clean, very comfortable and had everything you could need. The breakfast was delicious, a full continental buffet with some extras along with good quality coffee. Exceeded my expectations for the price. Would highly recommend.

Small and friendly Hotel in a historic building right in the dutch quarter. Very good breakfast that can also be enjoyed sitting outside in the courtyard. Friendly staff, clean and well maintained. The only minor negative to mention is the very small shower cabin.

I've been going to the pension at the deep lake for many years now and will always come back 🤩. I have visited every room over the years and highly recommend it. The entire staff is super courteous, helpful, attentive and they do everything to ensure that you lack nothing. Julia (owner) with her you can steal horses 🤗 and she always has an open ear. A very gracious person with great staff in the luggage

The owners are very friendly and very uncomplicated. The apartment (4 people) was large, had a lot of character and made you feel at home. Cars and bicycles were safe in the inner courtyard. We would love to come back.

It was a bit like us at night in the museum. The apartment was equipped with some very nice old furniture. But unfortunately a little crowded. The breakfast room was in the garden and was a real break in style compared to the room. The breakfast was great, everything you need was there. We would stay there again if it were possible to go to Potsdam again.

Rustic simple Board, no major frills in a nice neighborhood. Numerous Restaurants in the vicinity. Unfortunately, the Parking Situation is not the Best, but in the side streets you will find a place to Park. For a short trip completely okay.

Our room was in an old apartment building with diced inventory. However, you could sleep well. The rooms have a Senseo coffee was a coffee machine and a refrigerator. Since we were only there for a short while, we have not used the stuff.

Apartment location is good enough. Bus station is right in front of the building. Spacious outfield area is best to get some fresh air and peace. Overall a good recommendation for spending vacation with friends or family.

Rooms are very spacious and bathroom is spotless clean. But in summer the rooms located on the 3rd floor are just under the roof and get very hot. There's no air conditioning. The road passing in front of the hotel is busy so keeping the windows opened is also a bad idea.

The room is large and comfortably furnished with a comfortable seating area and a bed that guarantees a good night's sleep. The bathroom is very modern and in top condition. There is also a minibar in the room, which keeps drinks well chilled at reasonable prices.
