The room was very clean (standard comfort) the restaurant was very price intensive and no big choices there. - The noise level was very very low - the breakfast was good (bacon and egg, sausages, marmalade, cornflakes, buns, for everyone something :) - very close to Potsdam City Overall a good choice if just stay overnight and go on a tour after breakfast.

Good accomodation, friendly staff, in the center of Potsdam. Good breakfast, but only 3 parking places in Hotel court. Rooms are large and with well equipped baths, but without refrigerator. Best quality/price ratio!

The hotel was excellent value for money. The staff were lovely, the bedroom was clean, very comfortable and had everything you could need. The breakfast was delicious, a full continental buffet with some extras along with good quality coffee. Exceeded my expectations for the price. Would highly recommend.

I was here for Animemesse. The rooms are clean and tidy, tasty breakfast, great position for the Filmpark. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. They even let us leave our luggage at the reception to go to the convention. 100% will be back next time!

Charming quite place tucked away in a residential locality. No lift, no pets allowed, not easy to access. Interiors are lovely. Bus 616 goes to the Plantagenstr. tram stop, and from there Hbf can be reached.

The Hotel is really very nice. An old Villa, with the same rooms. Very elegant, but also modern. Wi-Fi there are, however, you do not need to log in 30min, which is bad. Clean everything is. Breakfast is Spartan, however, and there are many places are not available, whereby groups have to go very early to eat.

Postdam is a nice place, very green and the hotel is quite pleasant. The only point is to take care about check-in which is limited to 8pm maximum

Ideal building to be a hotel, it was an orphanage (clue is in the name). Centrally located with a small car park, need to make sure that you book it when booking a room, not a lot of easy street parking. Clean comfy rooms, good breakfast, helpful staff. It was a return visit, so that says it all.

I've been going to the pension at the deep lake for many years now and will always come back 🤩. I have visited every room over the years and highly recommend it. The entire staff is super courteous, helpful, attentive and they do everything to ensure that you lack nothing. Julia (owner) with her you can steal horses 🤗 and she always has an open ear. The owners are very friendly and very uncomplicated. The apartment (4 people) was large, had a lot of character and made you feel at home. Cars and bicycles were safe in the inner courtyard. We would love to come back.

It was a bit like us at night in the museum. The apartment was equipped with some very nice old furniture. But unfortunately a little crowded. The breakfast room was in the garden and was a real break in style compared to the room. The breakfast was great, everything you need was there. We would stay there again if it were possible to go to Potsdam again.

The Remise Blumberg is really a picturesque spot between Potsdam city centre and SansSouci. There's bus and tram connection just around the corner and as a guest you receive a public transport ticket for free. The owner, Mrs Ketzer is very friendly and often knows what you wish for without you having said a word. A large breakfast is included with sparkling wine, eggs to your taste, some salads, cereals...

Nice owner, clean rooms, great location. The deduction for the refrigerator in the Cabinet next to the bed (noise), and old Cutlery. But it would come back.

clean. good beds. simple room design. nothing too exciting. great location if you visit potsdam with castle sanssouci and the historic markers. they only have one charging station which charges two e-cars at the same time. and you need to have a RFID card from the front desk. not really a great UX. to free up the station is at the grace of the individual e-car driver. i hope the hotel learns that...

Just one criticism, which may only apply to certain rooms. There was very little privacy with regard to the bathroom, just clear glass between you and the rest of the room. This was certainly an issue for my teenage children. The toilet could do with a wooden door, again to provide some level of privacy.

The worst Mercure hotel I've ever stayed in for in-room amenities, not at all 4 star level. We stayed for three nights at 135 euros per night, there were hardly any lockers for storing clothes, and you couldn't walk around the room properly with a 20" suitcase unfolded. The shower head in the hotel is very old and does not have enough water pressure. The hotel is on the river and has a nice view, but...

It is a good hotel located at a good junction where you can easily jump off to any site. The staff speak good English and German, and the rooms are neat. My room was on a 8th floor so I had a good viewing point. Generally ok, but the restaurant was only open in the morning!

It is an interesting location when you plan to visit Potsdam. Unfortunately the quick connection ti city center of Potsdam via water taxi is not running anymore. So you need to be prepared to cycle or to take your car to get of this little island. The Interieur and set up of this hotel is a little bit out dated and serves its purpose.

Lovely hotel, good location, friendly staff, very clean and I believe is the best in Potsdam. Areas of improvement are: they need to install a ramp for luggage arrival and departure. The steps are challenging with heavy luggage. No bellman to help either. I think the breakfast is too expensive at 24 euros rack ( nearly $30 with taxes/fees) they should offer a continental option for less. No restaurant...

Don't Miss This One! This is true gem situated in the best possible part of Potsdam...right across from the Old Town but away from the noise. The hotel is impeccable. I travel almost 100 nights per year and this is one of the best hotels I have stayed at. From the attentive staff to the delicious breakfast to the beautifully appointed rooms - this is a 10/10.

Beautiful old building with comfortable rooms, and nice view over potsdam. The fiendly staff put together a great vegan breakfast upon request, with home-made spreads! One point I found to criticize is that the details for wifi connection were not readily available in the room.

Lovely building, clean rooms and good location. However the entrance closes at 10pm and have to use a side entrance instead. Some people don't realise this and ring everybody's room. My room got called 13 times in one night. For people on business like myself the Wi-Fi is also extremely slow, my VPN kept kicking me out due to the packet loss.

We had a wonderful stay in this traditional building centrally placed close to Potsdam City Centre. Everything was arranged via mails and telephone. Great hotel with a nice atmosphere in an old villa. There was also tea, coffee, a kettle and mineral water in the room, a mini fridge and breakfast place settings. Breakfast is not offered. Sweets on the pillow and fresh flowers in the bathroom - everything was lovingly done. Friendly employees! The old wooden floor creaks under the carpet, the wallpaper has a funky antique pattern and the furniture...

I deliberately chose this accommodation to travel in Berlin. Good idea. An hour by car into the city, train and train with a waiting time of 50 minutes. Great connection to the main station, parking situation is completely relaxed in Potsdam. The accommodation is great.
