Parked the car close to hotel outside the stadium. The hotel has ample parking on 2 levels in their underground garage. Make a note which level you parked on! Plenty of helpful staff and decent rooms. I was here for a seminar, they have a large choice of seminar rooms and room to mingle on breaks. 2G covid checks at the main entrance.

The room is decent with basic amenities. No slippers available in the room, however the reception provided a pair straight away. The same happened with towels and water. My room was not cleaned the second day, neither water or towels were provided. I asked the reception and they were very polite to assist, that was late at night. I would prefer not to have to look after my room myself but to be treated...

It's a good and big hotel with friendly staff, but you await a bit more from a 4* hotel

Perfect for small us, with small baby. Stayed for one night only. For us it could be closer to the highway but the location is fine really. Lots of covid rules but didn't really matter. Next time we should stay longer.

Good secluded place for company meetings. Staff are helpful and accommodative. But as i said its location is secluded, so if you want to buy some snacks or drinks, there's no stores nearby

Room was clean but the noise was annoying. No idea what is was though, air con, the fridge, something in the bathroom...just a constant sound from somewhere. The balcony is actually a joke as well. Must be careful not to drop anything cause it would fall straight through and no space for two chairs next to each other. Dinner was good with a lovely service and breakfast was good too.

Great hotel huge and cosy rooms. Big underground parking but its not free... cost 25euro per night... pretty expensive for my opinion. . Should be included in the room or some how discounted for hotel guests.

I stayed at this hotel with a group of friends for New Year’s Eve. In total I stayed 3 nights and the beds were very small but comfortable. clean. good beds. simple room design. nothing too exciting. great location if you visit potsdam with castle sanssouci and the historic markers. they only have one charging station which charges two e-cars at the same time. and you need to have a RFID card from the front desk. not really a great UX. to free up the station is at the grace of the individual e-car driver. i hope the hotel learns that...

Old, a bit runned-down hotel without aircon rooms. A bit shady neighbourhood. Parking 9Eur / night a bit much. Definitely NOT 4 stars like they claim

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Ascot Bristol (2 nights). The rooms were spacious, clean, and the breakfast was really good. You have everything you need for a few days to visit Postdam. We had parking in front of the hotel for free (limited space) but there is also an option to park underground for a fee.

It is an interesting location when you plan to visit Potsdam. Unfortunately the quick connection ti city center of Potsdam via water taxi is not running anymore. So you need to be prepared to cycle or to take your car to get of this little island. The Interieur and set up of this hotel is a little bit out dated and serves its purpose.

Nice hotel in a quiet area in a park. The only downside: paid parking 10 euros ... it is advisable to park in the adjacent area.

We stayed for two evenings. Picturesque sights and height quality amenities. A highlight was our visit to the restaurant with spectacular service from Herr Schmidt and Herr Omansi and delicious food.

It's a good hotel in the heart of old city. Everything was good and well maintained. The room was a bit small but overall comfortable.

Good location. Directly next to the tram station. Walking distance to tourist attractions. Suute room is big and comfy. Nice view from the balcony of the suite room.

No room air condition!!! Not mentioned while booking...very hot in the room... No kettle and coffee in room.... Internal entry yard noisy all night and cigarettes smoking enters your room! Location is great but not for a summer holiday....

The best place with very friendly staff. Absolutely well maintained rooms. There are even smoking rooms on request. Also worth mentioning is the rich breakfast buffet, where every guest will be happy! We will be happy to come back.

I booked a room at your hotel early this Christmas morning, but due to a system error, there was a double booking, which could have resulted in me being charged double. I called your hotel & in just a couple of mins the problem was completely solved...

Everything was good but, for some reason, they took my toothbrush and toothpaste. After inquiring, they returned my toothbrush but kept my (medicated) toothpaste. Whatever.

The location is just perfect. Breakfast also very good. The downfall for me was the smell of the room, the fact that the TV had no internet connection (smart tv) and no charger in one of the bed sides. In general I would recommend.

Room ok, carpet was old and dirty. No one here seems to have heard about corona. Even around the Buffett, most people didn’t wear masks, we were shocked how even the staff didn’t seem to care.

Getting a room for a short night turned out to be easy here, with the reception being open 24/7. :) Also, the river makes a beautiful sight and the room was clean and tidy.

Wonderful hotel with terrible wifi! Hotels that charge as much as they do should have high speed internet ! All that is needed are wifi repeaters. Not sure why this hotel doesn't offer those to insure the best internet! Breakfast was good but not worth the price! I can not recommend this hotel in this day and age! This is a great hotel, centrally situated. Good for buses and trams, opens on the lovely Square. Not too noisy in or out of the hotel. Breakfast there is plenty of choice. We had dinner one night which was very good.

The location is super close to the campus Griebnitzsee of the University of Potsdam, on a very beautiful lake. Also super close to the train station which can take you to Berlin or Potsdam centre. I stayed not on the main building, but in another one, however there is an underground tunnel connecting the two buildings which is very useful. The breakfast was really good and the restaurant locations...

The rooms are about the same size, but there are too many beds, which take up a lot of space. There is no kettle in the room. To boil water, you have to go to the front desk to borrow water instead of the kettle, which they don't lend. The breakfast was not as rich as described online.

Very beautiful guesthouse beautiful with love furnished rooms. clean and tidy. Everything needed. nice quiet but central all within walking distance .p.s. The staff is awesome and friendly it will lack nothing. So who on old construction villas is the hammer. We drive 100% back. In the Dutch quarter you can spend very nice evenings in the inner court of the gastronomy.
