Just one criticism, which may only apply to certain rooms. There was very little privacy with regard to the bathroom, just clear glass between you and the rest of the room. This was certainly an issue for my teenage children. The toilet could do with a wooden door, again to provide some level of privacy.

The worst Mercure hotel I've ever stayed in for in-room amenities, not at all 4 star level. We stayed for three nights at 135 euros per night, there were hardly any lockers for storing clothes, and you couldn't walk around the room properly with a 20" suitcase unfolded. The shower head in the hotel is very old and does not have enough water pressure. The hotel is on the river and has a nice view, but...

It is a good hotel located at a good junction where you can easily jump off to any site. The staff speak good English and German, and the rooms are neat. My room was on a 8th floor so I had a good viewing point. Generally ok, but the restaurant was only open in the morning!

It is an interesting location when you plan to visit Potsdam. Unfortunately the quick connection ti city center of Potsdam via water taxi is not running anymore. So you need to be prepared to cycle or to take your car to get of this little island. The Interieur and set up of this hotel is a little bit out dated and serves its purpose.

Lovely hotel, good location, friendly staff, very clean and I believe is the best in Potsdam. Areas of improvement are: they need to install a ramp for luggage arrival and departure. Lovely building, clean rooms and good location. However the entrance closes at 10pm and have to use a side entrance instead. Some people don't realise this and ring everybody's room. My room got called 13 times in one night. For people on business like myself the Wi-Fi is also extremely slow, my VPN kept kicking me out due to the packet loss.

My stay at the Pension Villa Fritz was short but very pleasant. The rooms were very clean, there were a small bottle of sparkling wine and a bottle of water in the room and tea/ coffee as much as you liked outside. So the price for a one-night apartment with breakfast isn't justified, and then there are parking fees. The breakfast isn't really varied either; there's no fruit salad, no natural yogurt, and the service... tables are cleared slowly.

The hotel is designed in a colonial style. Its location is surrounded by beautiful nature. The dining room is a bit too small and therefore too noisy and crowded. The food is good, but not great. The fitness room is nice, but the equipment is rather lacking in quality. The sauna is okay, but a bit small, and the indoor and outdoor swimming pools are quite decent. The shared duvet isn't our thing.

This being our fourth time at this resort, we have nothing but the best experience one can wish for. Pure relaxation and amazing ambience, combined with friendly staff and high quality services give an unmatched holiday feeling. Very nice stay. I’m a repeat guest and I do love this place. What slightly spoiled my enjoyment was the absence of a coffee machine in the room. Also they stopped offering room service, which the great staff tried to accommodate me as much as possible. But still for a property of this class, I’d expect that option. This hotel is very friendly. The old male staff responds to each and every detail carefully. I arrived too early and used the sauna and swimming pool. The sauna was 20 euros and included swimming and towels. One thing that was disappointing was that the room lighting was too dark.

We had a great stay at Steglitz International. The location is excellent—well connected to public transport, with plenty of shops and restaurants in the area. It was easy for us to get around Berlin from here. We didn’t opt for the breakfast, so we can’t comment on that, but overall, it was a comfortable and convenient base for exploring the city.

The bed wasn’t very comfortable, the staff downstairs wouldn’t let me to my room until they “verified who I was” and the music playing in the surrounding areas crept through the walls like rats.

I was in room 500 and the room was big and spacious. What I didn’t like was: • no minibar in the room • no refrigiator in the room • no more than only 2 powerplugs in the room • only german speaking chanals on TV and only german speaking movies Other than that the check in was quick and decent. Excellent business hotel close to Siemensstadt. Relatively close to the metro, it is a convenient location for business trips : clean, with efficient personnel and all necessary facility. It is a little overpriced and get very crowded at breakfast and on the elevators, when tourist busses stop by

The bathroom was a bit dated and the cleanliness left a bit to be desired. The room itself was generally clean. Of the 4 elevators, 2 didn't work at all and 2 only occasionally.

The hotel locates 15 minutes away from Berlin HBF by subway. Very convenient to attractions but relatively affordable than hotels around the hbf. This hotel locates in a nice bustling residential area. There are many shops and cafes nearby. Room is spacious and clean.

Super good hotel! You step out the door and can immediately use public transport! Rooms are clean, good bathroom. It was a pity that the hotel was undergoing renovations while I was there, but it didn't bother me much. Point of criticism: no towels were changed during my 3 days...

Great stay, great value for money. Service was very good. Amenities were basic but good considering price. It is a little far from the city centre but very near a train station.

The hotel is average at best. The entrance doors were destroyed, and breakfast was 20(!) euro's per person per night. Location is great for people coming by car as it has free parking, and a U-bahn station right outside. Rooms were standard, but with great airco.

Very great service, they printed me a PDF for free. Rooms are ok, some broken things here and there and a school right outside on the backyard, but it wasn't too noisy. All in all a very recommendable place to stay a couple of days

The shower in the room they wanted to put us in was broken Then I had to pay 45€ more so that I could get a decent room, which isn't that great. I've already paid enough and had to pay on top of that, very sad

For the price of 600+ RMB, this is a good place. There is a laundry room and a kitchen. The room is large enough. The room is carpeted, maybe for soundproofing, but it's not very clean.

I loved staying here! The staff were very friendly, the room was delightfully minimalist, location was great, pricing was really fair, and the breakfast foods were actually well-seasoned (not usually the case in American hotels). I would definitely come back!

We returned yet another time though only for one night... and enjoyed the stay. Nice to be greeted upon arrival as a known guest and feel that you are welcome! The breakfast is outstanding with an unusual varied selection of any wish how to start your day!!!! Bravo..
