Parked the car close to hotel outside the stadium. The hotel has ample parking on 2 levels in their underground garage. Make a note which level you parked on! Plenty of helpful staff and decent rooms. I was here for a seminar, they have a large choice of seminar rooms and room to mingle on breaks. 2G covid checks at the main entrance.

Good secluded place for company meetings. Staff are helpful and accommodative. But as i said its location is secluded, so if you want to buy some snacks or drinks, there's no stores nearby

We book almost a year at least once in the Congress hotel, and had no greater cause for criticism.
While evaluating the request of the hotel) was once attached (that we were ignored at the bar for a long time and finally went, but this was recorded professionally and parked. At the following Visit this was no longer a Problem.
The Hotel itself is very well maintained, even if in some Places the ravages of aging gnawing. So cabins are, for example, the joints in the shower a little dark or a Carpet in the living room not more farbikneu. However, it is not the germ, but simply used.
The rooms were always very clean and in the normal case, more than enough space. Only the Juniosuite with extra bed was a little tight, however, this is not a standard. The device is useful and is not overloaded, even not cheesy.
The bathrooms, which I find very good. Thanks to a large mirror, you have an even greater impact, as they are, and for wash bags and Hand/bath towels storage options are enough. The equipment is (still?) very well maintained, so I must (disgust, in spite of extensive hygiene freak).

The quality of the food is in my eyes very well. To have a large and good selection for Breakfast and the possibility, also with lactose-intolerance even enough Alternatives. The small dishes in the Bar, which are prepared in the Restaurant are also great and quite filling.
The staff is always on the ball, so that empty plates are quickly cleared, without giving the guest the feeling of Rushing and the Buffet is constantly replenished and the supply could satisfy at least the demand. It is also laudable that a lot of staff buzzing around and 2 waiters(inside) for 200 people responsible.

Arrival with a roofbox on the SUV is also not a Problem as we were offered to take the delivery of its travel, so that is 2.50 m represents no Problem.

Overall, I give the 5 stars with a clear Conscience, because we always come back very gladly by and good hands feel, and the Service (even in the case of bookings from now on are the same).

Arrived, we are already early in the morning,and were greeted nice and friendly at the reception ; in the attractive Lobby.Since our room was not ready yet , we were not able to while in the room ,but we have done all the formalities ; in addition to Breakfast , Parking, and other requests. After receiving the room key, we have to be in a room. In the room itself everything is available what you for a couple of Nights and also in good condition.The room was clean , the size sufficient , quiet , and the bathroom also.Have spent the evenings and Breakfast in a house, and have been always by the staff-friendly and well-supported.

Conclusion : We would check in again there and can Recommend the Hotel only.

Were on Pentecost spontaneous with the whole family in Potsdam.
We are very glad that we chose this Hotel.decided because the room was, very spacious and clean and the staff was super friendly. I would say by and by a good address for at the best price performance ratio!!! All wishes were fulfilled, only the lack of a fridge in the room gives reason to nag but this is no reason to be dissatisfied .... I can only!!!we say come again if we should be in the Metropolitan area of Berlin!!

We were also this year again on the occasion of the spring ball on the 16. April in your house. Both of the Service during the event, but also outside of the ball was as usual excellent and left no wishes open.
We are already looking forward to the 08.04.2017, the next spring ball.

The location on the water is gorgeous. A cycle path leads directly past the Hotel and runs through the beautiful countryside or to Potsdam. The Hotel blends beautifully into the landscape. Large Windows offer views of the water. The staff is nice and very accommodating. The rooms are clean and nicely decorated. So far, from friends and Acquaintances, only Good.

We had our wedding with 80 guests staying in Hotel Orient. The Service is great, enough staff, which were kept discreetly in the Background and yet always to the point. Always friendly and also with amusing sayings. The food was very tasty, the guests rushed to the Buffet. The fish was just delicious.
The room is very luxurious. We had a huge bathtub and on the wedding night was still champagne in the room and decorated in a romantic style. Lovely Details to enjoy the wedding. The only downside was that we were upgraded without being asked. The idea was very nice, however, a separate room for our young, just for the wedding night would have been nice :)
The Zeppelin hall for a wedding, in the evening, the zeppelins lechten on the ceiling and on the day you have a idyllic view, a well-kept green of the winter garden to the lake.
All in all we were very satisfied and we had a beautiful wedding there. Many thanks to all of you!
