We really enjoyed the hotel. The rooms were wonderful, the spa was great and all the staff were very open and friendly. Always a pleasure!

Wonderful and Amazing place, Nice Staff and a very friendly managers. The location is a bit far if you don't have a proper car. There is a bus station but later you need to walk to reach there. Wonderful and amazing view.

We stayed for two evenings. Picturesque sights and height quality amenities. A highlight was our visit to the restaurant with spectacular service from Herr Schmidt and Herr Omansi and delicious food.

We stayed as a last minute Plan B due to Berlin coronavirus numbers being so high that became a hotspot overnight. This hotel is very secluded, on an island in Potsdam. It is not very central which was ok for us since we wanted to restrict and limit contact to many people. Hotel was not fully booked but they had safety measures in place because of coronavirus. We had to reserve the indoor pool/spa since there was a maximum capacity. One morning, we had the entire indoor pool to ourselves. I also enjoyed the spa that is located on the water behind the hotel. It offered amazing views! Breakfast variety was very vast. We booked the Suite Maisonette. The entry floor had a small bathroom, closet and bedroom with a long balcony and view of the front of the hotel. The upper level was the living room and main bathroom. On this level was a huge balcony with a view of the lake, forest, outdoor pool. my daughter slept on the sofa in the living room (she’s 9 years old). I sometimes slept on the sofa with her so it’s big enough for 2 people. Hotel stay was wonderful despite corona restrictions.

The staff both at the hotel and the restaurant next door were very friendly, helpful and always tried to meet or exceed expectations. We had a room with a lake view and a terrace. The hotel is beautifully located in greenery right on the water with old trees that provided a nice shade in the hot weather of the last few days. Oddly enough there are two donkeys around the corner, maybe for the kids? Well, we just loved it and will be back soon. Thank you very much!

We stayed for a night in the island hotel. We had the Suite to the Parking lot out of it without a balcony. The Check In went smoothly and we were warmly welcomed. The first view of the room was okay, it was clean but very old-fashioned, bottle of water and a fruit plate greeted us and then again in the room. The bathroom had a large corner bath but unfortunately no separate shower. We had a classic Massage, and a very good Masseur. It is aimed at the needs of its customers and does not keep his standard ritual. Thanks again. The Wellness area is great, modern, well-functioning saunas, a large indoor pool and an outdoor pool flip-flops you have to buy (we had left our extra home, as it had previously been for us, of course, was that there are those in the room). The Wellness area will actually invite you to Stay, however, it is then by the staff at the Bar and the General atmosphere (no music) uninviting.

Seemingly stolen in the Hotel often what, on almost all the things your stickers look the you to point it out to can also buy.

In the evening we were in the Restaurant which is unfortunately only open until 21.30 in the kitchen. The food came quickly and was very very tasty. Large compliment to the chef. The waiters were courteous and very attentive. The small greeting from of the kitchen, however, was more than a bad, carelessly, and I think that I got served only because it belongs to the good tone. A piece of white bread, three bean, two sprouts, and a piece of salmon, then there is also the Breakfast. Recycling in the otherwise brilliant kitchen was rather disappointing.

We had a wedding in the Hotel, unfortunately, the separation of the wedding guests of the other hotel guests working at all, neither spatially nor acoustically.

All in all it is a recommendable hotel facility, our Suite, however, is not recommended. This is worth no more than a standard room.

Five stars for this 4-star hotel. We have enjoyed our stay: idyllic location directly on the lake, the tastefully decorated rooms as the whole of the house at all, the always friendly staff. The way to Start the day with a swim in the lake, and the extensive Breakfast on the terrace perfect. A big compliment to the kitchen, the dinner was a treat. It relies on regional and seasonal reference, both in the courts as well as the processed products. Detailed information on this can be found in the map.
