The booking wasn't in the hotel system, but I was upgraded to a junior suite. Quiet hours are a must after 8 p.m., so it's more suited to seniors than families. Otherwise, the staff was very courteous, clean, and the restaurant was good value for money.

Very nice view when you're on the right side of the hotel. Rooms are oke. Bed are a bit low and make cracking sounds. No airco but the fly screen on the window is very welcome! There is a place for parties on the water in front of the hotel. Ask at the hotel before booking if there is a party because it causes a lot of sound!! You won't regret it!

We stayed almost 2 weeks here visiting family. The rooms are spacious, clean, and nicely furnished. The staff was excellent. Marcus Holz at the front desk was particularly helpful. Both restaurants were enjoyable and we liked the open fireplace in bar/dining room. The view of lake, and the nature walks along the lake were enjoyable.

I am incredibly glad that I could be in this place for 2 weeks. The house is very comfortable and clean. In the basement there is a washing machine and dryer. Edeka's shop is just 800 meters from the house. Also close to this house is a forest, and a lake. This place is very suitable for a family, or for a working group, as in our case

I had some issues with the check-in (code didn’t work at the front entrance leaving me left locked-out, but it did work at the room). The room itself was clean, organized, and new. It seems like it has just been painted so there was a bit of a smell upon entering. Close by the airport. Just need to take a bus or a taxi. Value for money is excellent.

Great Hotel, near the BER airport, fast and easy check in/check out. I was given ground floor room which was accessible, and very spacious, but it was directly on the street, however it is a very calm area and i had a good night sleep. We had a good sleep before our early flight in this hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable. We only missed a vending machine for hot drinks because we had to get up very early and couldn't have breakfast. So, at least hot tea or coffee would be nice. Pleasant small and reasonably priced hotel conveniently near the Terminal 5 S-Bahn station, which is now very quiet since Terminal 5 closed. I did not have breakfast since I had to leave for an early flight, but there was coffee available in the reception even at 0515 in the morning, which was thoughtful.

Really enjoyed our stay in this groovy hotel. Room was clean & warm. We booked last-minute - during a road trip and we were not disappointed. The local ALDI is a 1 minute walk away from the front entrance. Parking is €8, which is great compared to some others we found. Very helpful and happy staff at the hotel.

Very nice and friendly staff, 24/7 service at the reception where you could grab a drink, a coffee or a snack. They also had an outside terrace next to the parking lot. Everything was spotless clean, and the hotel was very quiet.

We celebrated here with other friends and rented 17 rooms. Everything was well organized by the hotel. The rooms are clean and all are equipped with a kitchenette. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The coffee is really very tasty and cappuccino is recommended, along with the homemade cheesecake from the boss. This is a cut and dry place; no fluff. A standard room has a bed, a small table and chair, a tv, a wardrobe and a small bath with a tiny shower. Nice location, no food on Sunday evening but we were on a guided tour anyway. There was no air circulation in the room until we opened the window, it was very hot. Not bad. It's fine but for the price, I think it's expensive. It's 17 kilometres from the centre so it's definitely not convenient. At 90-100€ a night, that's expensive. Transport links are good though. What annoys me was the noise the cleaners make outside the rooms. Impossible to sleep through.

I prepaid on Trip.com and went, but except for the fact that I almost had to pay again on site, the service was good, the breakfast was delicious, and they even let me store my luggage after check-out, which was nice. If you only request breakfast on site on the day and think it's expensive, be sure to ask. The staff were friendly though.

Great, peaceful and quite location, about 40 minutes from Berlin. Friendly staff, amazing view from the top and decent breakfast selection. The rooms are big enough, very clean and the TV has a few English speaking channels. A place worth coming back to, if relaxation is the key point.

Nice and complete hotel, nice bar, gym, snooker and TVs. Heating system may make a small annoying noise when is not working. Also they need to find a better way to know who had paid for the breakfast and who didn't (not asking table by table "randomly"). Also, the free WiFi is not enough for browsing. My daughter has stayed here twice at German camp. Very clean rooms and nice surroundings. It's set on a lake in the middle of a forest. Historically it's interesting too as this is where the old east German big wigs hung out.

They provided a late check-in which was super convenient. The room was quite cosy and the bed could be small for a huge person (bunk-bed in a 4 person dormitory). Lovely little hotel on Karl Marx Street which is around 25 minutes walk from Estrel Berlin and not far from S-Bahn station. Mur and the team gave a great and very welcoming service. Nothing was too much trouble and I'd call out the great breakfast in particular. I was even given some chocolate bunnies for free for my journey home! Highly recommended if staying in Berlin.

Small but clean room for this hotel. It is quite easy to access both U and S stations for travelling. The reception closes to early, so if you arrive late you may need to pick up the key at Shell gas station on the other side of the road. First place to stay in Germany, once inside is a warm, clear and colorful envrioment, elevator provide to help between floors, and really tidy and clean room. After a long plane trip, coming into this was a wonderful relaxing sight! Wonderful price!
