One of the worst hotels I’ve ever been in. I’ve sent an email saying I will arrive at 6 am, if it was possible to anticipate the check in. no response. I HAD TO WAIT UNTIL 2 PM TO GET INTO MY ROOM. It is far from everything and the receptionist are some of the most inconsiderate people that had the courage to reply “we don’t read emails during weekend”. A joke. The hotel is far from the airport, from the train station, from the bus stop. They don’t even have shuttles. Do yourself a favour and book another place if you need a comfortable place to stay.

Hotel is really nice and clean. The staff at the restaurant/bar is extremely friendly! Only downside is the rather complicated journey from / to airport so make sure you get the Shuttle that the hotel offers at the reception!

A very well-kept and efficient hotel. Everything, from the parking garage to check in to the room was well above expectations.
The parking lot was squeaky-clean and had plenty of free spaces. Obviously built for smaller cars, but that’s typical in Europe.
Check in was a breeze and the room was very clean and comfortable.
The built-in bar/restaurant was well staffed and had a good selection of beers. Waiters were attentive and quick.
Overall, a great hotel in a great location for those traveling through Berlin.

Friendly staff, nice hotel close to the airport. Quiet & serene during our stay. A nice restaurant with good food and great seating areas. Will go back.

Have frequently stayed here because of its close proximity to the Berlin airport. Rooms are comfortable and nice, but the biggest help is being a 10 minute drive from the Berlin airport. The in hotel restaurant is tasty and their bar makes good drinks.

You get what you expect, clean room with expected exterior.
Service is good, so far all people are friendlY and supportive.
Breakfast is good and everyone should find something, quality is as expected.
Location for me is perfect, just 200 meters to the office but if you want to go to the city center of Berlin, it is far away. If you looking for a hotel close to the airport, perfect fit.

I've really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The rooms are clean, the service is really great. Everyone at the frontdesk is also very approachable and friendly.
I enjoyed the hotel food and drinks, although I think they are a bit on the pricey side, but it's really well prepared and delicious. At breakfast time there is a lovely chef who's name is Anisha, and she is preparing eggs and pancakes however you like, she is absolutely amazing. Super kind and works really hard. Give that woman a raise!
Everyone at the restaurant is super friendly and it made me feel very welcome.
Unfortunatly there isn't a free shuttle bus to the airport. The nearest trainstation is a 18-20 min walk, so I'd say that makes it a bit hard to reach unless you want to pay for a taxi. Luckily the weather was great so I've been enjoying the walk. But I wouldn’t recommend doing that with suitcases. Other than that it's a really good hotel. There is a small gym and a spa which are both clean. I would recommend staying at this hotel.

I stayed here during my type rating and can really recommend the hotel. The rooms are spacious, have a nice modern style and great amenities, storage as well as work space. The service staff is friendly and highly customer oriented. Unfortunately, the breakfast option and dishes in the restaurant are quite expensive and not necessarily affordable for long term guests. Nevertheless, it is a great hotel close to the airport and training facilities.

We stayed at the "Holiday" hotel on April 10th after a long journey, and we would like to share our experience. Around 2:00 in the morning, we called to reserve two rooms, although we encountered difficulties due to the language barrier as the staff spoke English, not knowing German. They informed us that there were two rooms available, one with a king-size bed and the other with two single beds, and the price for each room was 179 euros per night.
Upon arrival at the hotel, we found out that only one room was actually booked. And the price per night for one room with two separate beds was already 204 euros. We were tired after the journey and tried to figure out the situation. The staff offered us to pay an additional 40 euros to get a room with a king-size bed. We struggled to find two rooms, at a price of 204 euros per night for each room.
We were disappointed with the discrepancies between the information received over the phone and the actual conditions upon arrival. Also, our information was recorded incorrectly over the phone, and the address was not recorded at all. Why did the price and booking conditions change? Why were all our details not taken into account during booking?
In the end, although we managed to stay at the hotel, misunderstandings and discrepancies in information caused us some inconvenience. We hope that the administration of the "Holiday" hotel will take measures to prevent such situations in the future and ensure clearer and more accurate communication with customers.
