The receptionist gave us the wrong info of the bus services and for us to realised after waiting for an hour that it was a public holiday and bus services are disrupted and of different schedule.

The rooms are too sparse. No coffee maker, no mini fridge and really no furniture other than a bean bag on the floor. It's simply not practical to work (or do anything really) with one bean bag in the corner as the only piece of furniture other than the bed. And the rooms are decent size so they would easily fit some real chairs and at least one table or a desk. The location also isn't the most convenient...

Good facilities and nice staffs.

The rooms were nicely design and clean. The reason for my 3 stars is that it was a basic hotel and the location was not ideal while charging 17 euros for parking. Additionally the receptionist at the time of the check in couldn’t speak proper English. We had a very basic question if we could drink the tap water and he brought us a bottle of water.

This hotel has become "home" to me over the years. Very friendly lovely staff who are true hosts and make you feel cherished, beautiful rooms and amazing breakfast that even makes standing up a nice thing to do. Firstly the lobby and the Rezeption was really up to date(modern),but the room we had was very small , specially the bathroom. Would be nice to have a little more space for the bathroom. In all the room price was acceptable. Would like to thank the friendly staff,who did our check-in (Frau Elke)was very friendly and helpful.

Stayed here for one night. The room was very cozy with a nice view of the railway tracks. The breakfast was also nice. The staff were very nice and kind, and they communicated with genuine kindness about something I had forgotten at the hotel.

Fourth floor room with vaulted ceiling meant that we couldn't actually see out the window, which was about seven feet off the ground. Nice new Ibis hotel with friendly staff. Reduced parking fee for Accor All members (10 Euro). Location in walking distance to old town. Free welcome drink (at Novotel next door) and some treat (macarons) for platinum. If you don’t plan to stay a long time in the room but explore Regensburg, in my opinion it’s not necessary to pay a premium to stay at Novotel next door (same building).

I have mixed feelings about this hotel. I love it because it's right off the freeway, next to PM Power Meals, a place with delicious bowls, and it's dog friendly. There were four of us on a cycling holiday. The hotel provided safe storage for our bikes in an inner courtyard - we wheeled our bikes through reception. I picked this hotel because it used to be a barn and I am so glad that I did! We were upgraded to a family suite which was very large and lovely. It had everything one could ask for. The staff were welcoming and friendly and breakfast was excellent. We were catching a cruise ship in Regensberg and the hotel was close enough for us to walk there with our luggage. Would definitely stay here again.

I feel uneasy in a hotel that demands payment before useing the rooms, is there is something untrustworthy about the customers, or is it the hotel management? The so-called 'Retro-style' was an excuse for second-hand furniture and cheap fittings, sorry but we are seasoned travellers and used to something else.

We had a great experience at Dock. The staff were super friendly and helpful. There are two good restaurants in walking distance. The hotel has a charging station, but the one stall was already in use,so we could not use it. But there is a Q8 supercharger in 7 minutes walking distance, so it was not a big problem. In case you come with an electric car, you can book the charging station .

I stayed here for 10 days (business purpose) and was the best choise. The rooms are big and very clean. The staff is friendly and can help you with any information you need. The breakfast is delicious and you can find a variety of choices. The city center is not so far (20 minutes walk) and you have a bus station 50 meters from the hotel.

I really liked the location of the Stadthotel, because it wasn't to far out of the city but still at a quite spot. You can easily reach the center in 10 minutes by walking or in 2 by the bus. A good time in big room long with swimming pool indoor ,suna bath and with gym fitness center , where u can exhaust ur day frustration and tension all we're open 24 hrs , a nice balcony to see stars clearly.
