Amazing and silent place in old town.

Great hotel in a traditional old palace. Unbeatable location, at walking distance from the river and every good restaurant. My favorite in Regensburg.

Unusual hotel. It is in old town center so it is recommended. Clean.

Have used this hotel many times. Is in the heart of the old town and gives great walking access to everything. Secure parking is fairly close - a 5 minute walk. Hotel is comfortable enough, with a reasonable buffet breakfast. It is an old building and decor is a little tired, but staff are pleasant and efficient. In summary, an excellent launching pad for a city visit that is reasonably priced.

Good hotel. Nothing fancy, acceptable size rooms, bit better sound isolation could be an improvement, but in general the hotel is very quiet. Would come again.

A nice medieval style hotel. The rooms are not luxury but cozy with all that you need: desk, hairdryer, tv. I like the old look of the hallways decorated with antique furniture. The hotel is good,clean ,the rooms are equipped according to the stars ,the staff îs very nice . The hotel is located on the outskirts of the city but has the advantage of being a quiet place. This was the second time we choose this hotel to sleep for the night with my family (4years and 5 months old baby) when we travel through Germany. The bed and shower is super! Good location for this purpose. Helpful staff and good breakfast ! I recommend!

Novotel Regensburg Zentrum. Nice new hotel in good location. About 30 minutes walking to the city downtown and river side. Parking space is very available.

We started with a light snafu at arrival, but the gentleman at the counter got it all sorted in little time. The kids loved each having their own bed/blanket. Dinner was delicious, and we even managed to neatly work around a delivery issue in the kitchen. Breakfast was amazing all the way. The team was great to us.

Dear all, I really recommend this hotel, very polite and kind staff, clean underground parking with doors which are opening automatically (in my opinion this it should be a normality) up to the elevator, spacious elevator for carrying your luggage without struggling, rooms are very clean, so congrats to all. Solid hotel, with accommodating staff, the price tad high, but you get what you pay for.

The front desk American gentleman is very friendly and helpful. We usually stay at Hilton, but because of him we will now be staying at Novatel when we visit Munich.

Rooms are quite ok, location is awesome and breakfast is just bad! Really bad! Like my wife got last sausage and then I was waiting for sausages for like an hour and did not receive any! What a shame!

Beautiful hotel converted from historical building. I visited during November, the heating system is perfect. The only disadvantage is they don’t provide toiletries others than shower gel and shampoo, make sure you bring your own. The German style of breakfast full of variety of choices. The staff also very friendly and helpful. WiFi is connection stable and fast.

Some of the rooms overlook the Danube. The place is super quiet. Practically staying in the Old Town without the hustle of the Old Town. Large rooms with decent beds. The staff are very good and super professional. I had forgotten important items in the room and they were returned untouched.

The breakfast was good. The car can be parked in the p-house in the vicinity. The hotel has an agreement with the p-house, so you get it a little cheaper.

The hotel looks quite new and clean. It is located a bit further from the city center. When I informed the hotel that I was to arrive at the place two hours earlier than the usual check-in time, they tried to charge me additionally with fifthy percent of the room price.

Stayed here for 2 nights on a break from Munich. Fantastic central location. Room a bit on the small side but very comfortable. Big bathroom. A kettle would have been a great addition as us Brits love a cup of tea. Buffet breakfast was very nice.

What should I say? This is a good place to stay at the center of Regensburg. The service seemed to be orientated at guests for only one day. The guest should be the king and not the underdog what could be pushed on the side by the reception manager. Fail! Maybe it's caused to CoViD19 that they were stressed a little bit. Otherwise a good location. Come early if you need a place for your car!
