Friendly welcome, parking, nice 2/3 pax room, perfect bathroom. The other day a very extensive breakfast buffet.
Super, nothing wrong with it.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The room was comfortable, modern, and clean, making it the perfect place to unwind after a long day. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from, ensuring a great start to each morning. Additionally, the hotel’s location was very convenient, close to public transport, making it easy to explore the city.
The only downside was that there was no fridge in the room, which would have been a nice addition. However, this was a minor inconvenience in an otherwise great stay. Highly recommended!

Rooms are very modern. Not so much my style, they don't have a cozy feeling to me. But the bed was big and comfortable. A lot of these type of hotels are now very sparingly supplied, no lotions, washclothes, in this one only a bathtowel per person, no hand towels at all. No free coffee or coffee makers in room. Only full breakfast option.
Front desk personnel very helpful and friendly.
A shelf in the shower and under the sink would be helpful to put things down.

The room was ok. However, we had to pay 17 € for parking which I found annoying. Plus, woke up 6 am to continue our journey to UK just to find out there is nowhere I could grab a coffee as it was to early. Had to leave the hotel and go to a petrol station to have a coffee. Definitely not gonna stay there anymore.
The reply from center team was * you could have gone to sister hotel Novotel * - this is not a solution to go to another hotel to have a coffee. Even so, the staff member that showed me direction to the bakery ( where it was closed as well ) took me through Novotel and did not say anything that I could grab a coffee there.
Regarding the parking membership, I was in transit, so there is no point to make a membership for a one off stay.
However, appreciate the subtle reply to tell me off for leaving a feedback to help you improve your services and to inform others about the services available.

super clean and friendly hotel, but the rooms are a bit small and offer not much storage space. nice design though!
overall, it's definitely worth the price, but next time we will stay somewhere closer to the old town.

Nice new Ibis hotel with friendly staff. Reduced parking fee for Accor All members (10 Euro). Location in walking distance to old town. Free welcome drink (at Novotel next door) and some treat (macarons) for platinum. If you don’t plan to stay a long time in the room but explore Regensburg, in my opinion it’s not necessary to pay a premium to stay at Novotel next door (same building).

Nice, new, style Hotel. Still place, nice and friendly staff. Our dog become presents also, she was very happy with it. Anyway, 2 construction next to the Hotel, but I have never heard any loudness, I think because of very good windows. The room was very small (17 m2 included bathroom also), for me was one nightmare.. I could recommend not so long time, because no place in bathroom for nothing(only for 2 towels), and the room place also about design more,than comfort. But for this price is really ok. I just felt not so good, if no space for clothes, cosmetics. Minimal style. The Oldtown 10 minutes walking only.

great location, during the day at the moment a few construction areas, but well, get up early, keep yourself busy during the day which is never a problem in Regensburg, then it doesn't bother you. I experienced 2 ladies at the Front Desk, very nice.
Other than that: in my opinion - as everywhere in the city hotels - crazy prices for parking and breakfast. 1 roll, 2 coffee would end up with 9 or 10 Euro...definitely more stuff would be included but doesn't apply for me as breakfast choice. Anyways...that's my personal struggle!
