As for one night stay the hotel is more than ok. Bar and restaurant in good standard with tasty italian dishes. Staff is friendly and rooms are clean.

Breakfast was so poor... They have to put more stuff for the people, just an omelet and the other's was cerial and cheese, salami and bread. The room was really good.

We are staying frequently at this hotel, but the last experience wasn't nice.
Our room was small, no water bowl for the dog, even though we have been charged, the dinner was all too salty, as my daughter couldn't eat it all and there was no shower gel in the bath.
We had very nice experience previously, with lovely big rooms and even with a small treat for our dog.
My kids are 15 and 11 and we have been offered a room with bunk beds, which were too small for them and not very comfortable.

The staff is very helpful. This year for the first time we had a flaw in the service, which was solved in a gteat way by colleages (restaurant staff evening service).
The terrace is very cosy, nicely located alongside the Danube river.
The rather close high way is not bothering at all on the terrace.
The rooms are very comfortable Ibis room, very nice and comfortable bathrooms (beyond Ibis ecpectations).
Rooms at the street side do get some traffic noise.
Down side: it takes a good 15mins walk before you get to the beautiful downtown of Regensburg, although there are routes that make mostly all of the walk beautiful alongside the Danube.
We will be going back!

As someone who has never written a review while still staying at a hotel, I feel compelled to share my experience. Initially, the hotel appeared to be a pleasant, modern establishment. However, the positives quickly faded as the negatives became apparent.
The excessive heat was overwhelming. Despite it being May 3rd with a mild 10 degrees Celsius outside, the lobby and restaurant felt like a sauna. The lack of functional air conditioning in the rooms only exacerbated the discomfort, leading to a sleepless night for my children and myself.
Adding to the frustration was the elusive Wi-Fi code, nowhere to be found within the confines of my room. Reluctant to trek back to the reception in my pajamas, connectivity became a distant luxury.
Furthermore, the exorbitant 12 euro fee for parking proved to be a wasted expense, as there were no available spots upon arrival.
Positive is that the room was clean, which is an important factor.
It's also very nice for kids, and breakfast was good.
As frequent travelers from the Netherlands to Hungary, we had hoped to discover an ideal pit stop here. Unfortunately, this visit will remain a singular occurrence.

We stayed in the larger family room. The main bed area didn't have a window and the bathroom layout was a bit strange with the basin basically in the room without a door, but plenty of space for a family of four. Breakfast was good. Bar and playroom for the kids all very nice.
It's an easy walk into the old town over a couple of bridges. Save yourself the parking fee and park for free by the neighbouring fitness centre.

I stayed in Ibis styles when I visited Regensburg for a business trip. The Hotel is located in a quiet place. The rooms were neat. The Hotel also has a restaurant that offers good options. Recommended for a few nights stay.

Excellent hotel, within minutes of the autobahn. The rooms were a suitable size and were well equipped (although no coffee facility in the rooms). We didn't hear any noise from other rooms during our stay.
A reasonable breakfast overlooking the canal & river.
Evening menu had good options for an overnight stop.
If looking for more food options, other resteraunts are about 1.5 km away, but it's a nice walk along the canal.
