I paid for next day's breakfast upon check-in. However, when we had breakfast the next day, we were told nothing was paid. Finally the restaurant staff forced us to pay for one person's breakfast. When we checked out, I requested the invoice and showed the hotel staff that the invoice clearly indicated that the breakfast for everyone was paid in full upon check-in. The hotel staff had to admit that they charged us double and then the refund processing took quite a while, delaying my following journal a lot. We also tried to have dinner at this hotel and 4 out of 5 dishes were not even available... The room has a super weird basin desin - the distance between the tap and the bottom of the basin was so short that it makes hand washing awkward. The mirror in the bathroom was tilted and not properly mounted. Except the location, there is nothing to recommend about this hotel. Stay way before they trick your money.

The rooms are modern, the hotel is clean, the location is very good, the staff and additional services are below average and do not correspond to a four-star hotel.

The hotel is perfect. The rooms are modern, new and spacy, the mattresses are very comfortable, and the design is very nice. The lobby is beautiful and modern, and both the hotel public area and the room were very clean.

We liked the stay in this hotel very much. The interior design (room, common area and restaurant) is great. Staff was very kind and helpful. Good parking garage.

We stayed for 1 night. Although the service included a free breakfast, the restaurant staff persistently asked for an additional fee for children. If the receptionist had not intervened, we would have had a problem. Unfortunately, the night, which started well, left us feeling unhappy at breakfast. The kitchen staff could have been a little more polite. Still 5 stars for the friendly reception staff.

Nice new hotel in good location. About 30 minutes walking to the city downtown and river side.

New hotel, nice lobby -but one of the worst nights of sleep we have ever gotten. The beds were very uncomfortable. We would not recommend this hotel.

We started with a light snafu at arrival, but the gentleman at the counter got it all sorted in little time. The kids loved each having their own bed/blanket. Dinner was delicious, and we even managed to neatly work around a delivery issue in the kitchen. Breakfast was amazing all the way. The team was great to us.

Dear all,
I really recommend this hotel, very polite and kind staff, clean underground parking with doors which are opening automatically (in my opinion this it should be a normality) up to the elevator, spacious elevator for carrying your luggage without struggling, rooms are very clean, so congrats to all.
For sure I will select again this hotel in our future trips.

Solid hotel, with accommodating staff, the price tad high, but you get what you pay for.
