Perfect for a one night stay if you are travelling. The breakfast was varied and delicious. There was everything we needed in the room. The staff was friendly and kind. On top of that, they welcome pets! So 5 out of 5 to me!

Very convenient hotel with courteous services. Rooms were wide and comfortable, although basic in decor. They gave reusable water bottle, which is a very smart idea

Good day. I stayed at the hotel now for 2 weeks. I can fully recommend this Hotel. The service is great and staff very friendly. As a South African that do not speak German they went the extra mile and always assisted with getting me a taxi or anything i needed. Breakfast in the mornings are amazing with alot of choice. The only down side is on personel prefrence as i like a shower that burns my skin off and their shower abit cold for me.

Clean，Lots of cabinets and plenty of storage，The bathroom has smooth drainage and spacious.
The front desk staff were kind and proactive in assisting us, and we were able to find a park space even we arrived so late.
For an vegetarian, breakfast is ok, no special vegan food.
One thing to point out: there is no refrigerator in the room.

Just no words to express our gratitude and happiness. We were travelling from Romania to England and decided to stop somewhere half way to sleep over the night and after 30min of research we found this hotel which is very close to the motorway. Did call them to make sure that isn't any problem if we will arrive after 11:30 pm and the receptionist was extremely receptive and helpful even explaining everything in English to us.
Did booked the room and arrived exactly at 11:30pm and surprisingly the gentleman were waiting for us in front of the hotel.
Check in very fast - received a big bottle of water for free which need to be returned empty back to the reception.
Services spot on.
Cleanliness spot on.
Comfort sport on.

I cannot recommend this hotel if you are passing through heading south. Firstly, the female receptionists were rude and very unhelpful. We drove from Denmark to Croatia and booked the hotel both ways. I read on their website that they had a restaurant and that it closed at 9pm. On the way there, we arrived at the hotel at 8:10pm and were told there was a buffet and therefore they closed at 8:30pm. We had to hurry down to eat, which they reluctantly allowed because we arrived late. On the way back, we were told at the reception that the kitchen was closed, so instead of relaxing, we had to go out into the city to find some dinner.
They had decided that everyone should have a glass carafe of water taken up to their room upon arrival. This was quite inconvenient when you were holding all your luggage and had to find your room by yourself. You then had to remember to bring the same bottle down with your luggage when checking out. Otherwise, you were asked to go up and get it before you could check out. One star for the mentioned receptionists.

The Hotel was spotless and is very well maintained. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Although the location is not in downtown, however, the #7 bus is just in front of hotel which can bring to central train station and downtown. Hotel facility is new and cozy. Staff very friendly. Staff even prepared lunch box, after seeing me check out early at 5:30am. Will recommend to stay strongly.

Top service and rooms and very friendly staff. Easy and quick commute to the city center. Water boiler in the room made me feel even more at home.
