Conditioner This would really be a minimum in such a hotel ! Staff was really friendly The pool is nice and big but the kids pool is super small ans really only for baby’s Food is really average and we didn’t like it

We have stayed in the Vier Jahreszeiten in Schluchsee for probably the last seven or eight years. It’s only about a 90-minute drive from our home in Switzerland and it feels like a home away from home in many ways

This year, I thought what the heck, why not ask if it’s possible to make one for me. So I asked Herr Strassburg, the head of the dining room. He said he would see what he can do

Years ago on the dinner menu they had an amazing dessert. It was a warm chocolate cake with ice cream. Over the years I’ve always hoped they would have it on the menu again

I really appreciated his willingness to try to make it happen. And what do you know, the next day at dinner I had it. It was as great as I remembered it

We enormously enjoyed the sauna and swimming at the lake even in winter time. The food was great, staff were super friendly and accommodating. Special thanks to Simone for being so hospitable to us at all times

Fantastic location being right on the lake and the restaurant has Fantastic views and great to catch the sunset with a glass of wine. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and well kept

In fact I had a back problem and the staff at the desk happily carried my bags which I am so grateful for! Would definitely recommend this place

It is a perfect rendezvous for a casual breakfast or for a candle-light dinner at the restaurant and at the terrace which are both graced with the romantic glimpse of the sunset and even the mystic beauty of the foggy lake when it rains

The quiet ambience, the friendly helpful staff and the incredible food make this a wonderful visit. And the scenery is beautiful!!

I mean simple googling, not even talking about Spotify or YouTube. Since there was a bad signal from my phone provider as well I had to live without Internet. I think for an expensive hotel this shouldn't be the case

And the location at the big street was noisy, but still bearable. The view from the balcony was very nice if you disregard the big street. I wanted to give 5 stars but WLAN was simply unusable

Nice location near Schluchsee, expensive wellness resort, good breakfast. The atmosphere is old school fancy, except for the wellness part, which is modern fancy and I liked a lot

Some other small details like elevator on my side was just until 1st floor, my room being in the 2nd floor were surprising, but not necessarily very disturbing for me personally

Nothing to complain about here. Great hotel with a beautiful garden in a quiet location. The room and hotel are very nice and clean. The staff are very polite and very friendly without feeling like it is fake

Very friendly staff , paying a lot of attention of details and best food ever! We were there for 1 week. It was the best holiday I had in a long time. Beautiful nature, clean and a nice pool.

Drinks were offered in the city center to be delivered to the room at very reasonable prices. We were particularly impressed by the friendliness and competence of the staff at the Parkhotel Flora

Friendly, hardworking staff can sometimes be found in other hotels, but what is also great about the Parkhotel Flora is the fact that everyone is well trained and attentive! Not only at meal times (breakfast and an excellent multi-course dinner) every wish and need is read from the guests' mouths

We chose the Parkhotel Flora for our stay in the Black Forest because of the many positive reviews and were not disappointed. The whole house and grounds feel very well maintained

Very nicely decorated hotel. Perfect for relaxing. Food is excellent. Staff is responsive to guests' requests. When we left, we spontaneously booked birthdays for next year.

Unfortunately I was only in the hotel for a short time, but what I saw is very nice. The service is very nice and familiar

Great cozy place. Breakfast is great and only 15-20 minutes from Feldberg.

We stayed here with our dog for 1 night. Room was affordable compared to other hotels. Unfortunately we could not test the wellness area in the short time. Location at the park perfect for dog owners

however, there are cats in the house. good, that there was an elevator, and we always drove directly to the room with the dog :-)

They tried to rise the price adding 2 times 5 euro tax...in internet was 110, they asked in the morning 120 in the end i payed 115...be sure to pay in front to avoid paying extra, personal friendly and place was clean

The only thing that influenced our experience was that we were asked to sit on the same side of the table to keep distance from the neighboring table, but the neighboring table was empty for the whole time - I think this could have been managed a bit better

We had a dinner and it was ok, I think they forgot my dessert and after I mentioned to the Petar within 10 minutes dessert was served. Petar is very friendly and funny I think he keeps the customers to come again

Excellent location on the lake with free parking and spacious rooms. The rooms were clean but quite dated. They also have a nice garden leading to the lake but this also was in need of work. The view makes up for it!

Price is OK 😐, location is super 😊, rooms and amenities are good 🙂, staffs were nice and helpful ☺

We didn't get any of the usual freebies of the region (free public transport, free parking paid for by visitor's tax). For check-out nobody was available at the reception

Communication on the other hand didn't work: When I missed a call by the host I called back, but she insisted she hadn't called me, just to call me again 5 minutes later

Reasonably priced and good value for your money: nice, clean and cosy, if a little old fashioned, no sufficient heating and flickering lights in the corridor

The house was clean, the location is amazingly beautiful, have a nice view of the lake from the rooms, the host was very friendly, spending time in the pool and sauna

We were 12 people, including kids, and had enough space in house to roam around, have privacy and also could spend time together in the TV room or even eat together

Don't let the images deceive you, a large number of rooms is not in the "Villa" but the adjacent servant's quarters, very tight and crammed

For example in the rooms I was missing a wardrobe, information about the hotel (a folder or something) and some hangers for towels in the bathroom

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very big for the kids (we took a family room). The hotel location is close to many attractions and places to visit. I am sure we will stay again when visiting at the area

The staff were very friendly and communicated perfectly with me in English when my limited German speaking wasn't quite enough. There is even a fun hiking trail directly from the hotel itself

We stayed for 3 Nights and everything was perfect, Nice quiet Room friendly staf and great breakfast! Also good location many things to see and do in the area.

So we can for free with bus/train for free to several swimmingpools and other to do's. Its even the skipass! But there was not snow

This is truly one of the best Pensions I have ever been to. The building has been totally renovated in 2014 and it has been done in a very stylish yet authentic way. Nicely decorated and a very homely feel

Very good service, nice clean and large room, al new, a new clean bathroom, very good breakfast and very kindley people. But there was not enough snow. The owners give us a card for this region

We stayed for 2 days in this hotel run by a Swiss couple. There are enough parking spaces at the hotel. The room was very clean and lovingly furnished. The food is excellent! Just great

Nice hotel in the Black Forest, just between the nice two lakes, great kitchen

Even our little furry friends were thought of. So cute :-) Everything was beautifully decorated for Christmas. The staff is wonderful, you can really feel the family atmosphere, very warm and really sweet

The menu for Christmas was simply "SUPER", many thanks to the great chef. The breakfast buffet was also very good, nothing was missing. Not to forget the wellness area, very beautifully designed

I found it particularly nice that the four-legged guests were also taken into consideration: a little surprise in the form of dog treats was waiting in my room - such a loving gesture that shows how attentive this hotel is

Really an oasis of well-being with a romantic flair, a family atmosphere and very fond of animals

The hotel was decorated with great attention to detail - especially at Christmas time. It was a little winter fairy tale. Warm lights glowed everywhere and every corner of the hotel was tastefully decorated

I visit this hotel last year and it's still the best hotel I have ever been to! The staff were so kind, the rooms were clean the food was amazing and the view was just like as if you're in a picture! 100% worth visiting

Hotel is located right on the road, therefore the rooms are extremely loud. Pool and sauna are lovely, but very small for the number of guests for the hotel of such size. We couldn’t even get beds in the resting area

We where greeted with a smile and a warm welcome by Jane. She then immediately offered us a welcome drink and began our check in progress, which was quick and easy

She recommended to eat at their upstairs restaurant letting us know that they have amazing wild boar goulash which the owners kill themselves when they go hunting

Very nice and big Hotel, placed in the Middle of the Woods with a very nice View. The Stuff was very nice and the Rooms clean. It's also not so far from the Titisee

All rooms can only be reached on foot. There is no elevator in the whole building. The rooms are all very old but clean. Bathrobes and towels as well as bathing shoes are available

The hotel is somewhat secluded near the edge of the forest in Saig. Half board is recommended as the nearest place to eat is a 10-minute walk away. The whole hotel is very old but will be renovated next winter

The surrounding area is stunning. The views on clear days are truly spectacular. With eye you can just see the cable cars going up and down this hill

We were very satisfied! All the staff were very polite and helpful! The food was also very good! The hotel is a bit old! You just have to ignore it! The walls are quite thin so it's hard to hear anything!

There are many appartements scattered around the 'resort'. We had a very luxuries 2 double bedroom flat with 2 bathrooms, a kitchen / diner abs terrace overlooking the lake

Every morning a breakfast 'starter' is delivered to your door to give you a boost before heading to the main building for a fuller selection

This was our first time at a wellness hotel and we absolutely loved it! Though arriving almost at midnight, they had a great variety of bread, sausages and cheese prepared for us

Finally a very good meal in the Region. Booked through Michelin (like other nights at other places) and we were not disappointed. Excellent aspargus, salad, local game dishes and local deserts

I saw nude swimming, so I had to bring my own swimsuit, which is sold in the surrounding stores. Hygiene: tidy Summer and winter should be the best times, and the lake often fogs up in October

Really nice hotel with friendly staff and beautiful design. Rooms are clean, the diner was delicious, we also had much fun in the swimming pool. We enjoyed the time there and will come back!!

Overall a good hotel, however they advertise peace and relaxation with an indoor pool and sauna, but this is hardly possible as there are children all over the area and it feels like a children's playground

Too bad: the bedding was too soft and our windows overlooked an overhanging meadow where cows equipped with bells grazed, making them very noisy at night
