First, when I checked in, the receptionist didn't welcome us, he asked for the reservation and gave me the room key that was all. The iron place isn't suitable at all in the corridor near the elevator if it is in a room for it or they send it to your room as in other hotels will be more decent. Hot water is not always found in the shower. These things I didn't like and the rest was good. Overall rating: 3 stars worth no more

We definitely loved this hotel! The room was so big! The internet was great! Super close to a convenient store. A bit far from the city but not so far from the underground.

Perfectly serviceable business hotel in a good location. The rooms were cheap and of a decent size and overall the value seemed fair. Really liked the neighbourhood as somewhere within easy reach of the city centre but which had its own distinct local vibe and the public transport links are great. Main negative was that the lobby had a very strange smell the whole time we were staying there which made drinking in the bar a bit odd. Overall though I'd stay here again

This place has the appearance of a nice hotel from first glance but it is far it. Seems like it was probably a good hotel at one time but they have neglected it. Dirty hallways absolutely no form of air conditioning, drains in shower did not work. Refrigerator did not work. ( butter quality in a Super motel). Hotel is located in a very dirty area of Berlin. I would not recommend this place!!

I have a perfect stay at Mercure. I can't complain about anything, but I have simple criticism that I would like the hotel to improve :

1) I didn't like that the room service entered the room even when I was inside, I feel that my privacy is being violated a couple of times.

2) One time I called the restaurant and asked them to bring my breakfast up to the room - they said we needed one hour, and I said okay, they neglected my request!

Good, clean hotel. Only complaints are it is about 20 minutes outside from town in the metro, but that was fine for our schedule. Also, breakfast was over €20 so definitely not worth buying. Should be included. Happy with the price and what we got.

Me and my husband booked that hotel because of a concert. Worth it. Comfortable, clean room. Helpful staff.We could check-in earlier and they not charged anything. The underground is only a few steps. We loved it.

It stinks, literally stinks the bad smell is everywhere. My room is dirty: the walls are disgusting same as the carpet. If i xan see the dirt in my baked eyes I wonder about the germs & bacterias. About the location: very close to a subway station. It feels in Turkey
