It was a nice stay. Very close to Hbf and main attractions. We loved the city.

The hotel is conveniently situated close to the metro station and the city center, with clean and well-maintained rooms. However, there were frequently individuals smoking in the lobby and the indoor restaurant, and the staff did not intervene. This may not be the best choice for those who are sensitive to the smell of smoke.

Love it!!! It is a very lovely room and the staff are super helpful. The room is well-cleaned.

Pros: Convenient central but quiet location. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable well-sized rooms (business twin). Powerful shower with pleasant soap provided.

Cons: Air conditioning ineffective, though windows can be opened. Would be nice to have a power outlet on both sides of the bed. TV volume locked quite low.

The hotel location is excellent with walkable distance to Berlin Dom and many tourist spots. Though the room is tiny, it is clean and comfortable.

The hotel was amazing! I highly recommend it. Everything was excellent .The room was very clean and beautiful. The service was very helpful and polite. Additional ,when i went in Berlin l scared about the breakfast in the hotel ,because i believed that it's in the tastes of Germanic food .On the contrary it was perfect .they had variety food for all the taste. Finally, something that made a huge impression on me was the fact that the cleaning lady, besides making our room smell great every night, she folded our clothes and arranged everything for us... she was very sweet.
