The room is OK, stayed for 3 days, next to Berlin East Station

in a word: Excellent. The location is perfect, since public transport in Berlin is always available and wherever you are, it is always easy to find your way back to Ostbahnhof. Staff is friendly and helpful and it is a treat to get a drink at the 24h bar.

Nice trendy hotel with excellent facilities and a perfect central location. Good quality for this price. Excellent breakfast run by a perfectly attuned team.

Very affordable; I paid €164 total for 2 nights in January. Elevators are fast but small (approx. 8ft×6ft or 2.4m×1.8m). The staff was friendly and communicated well (spoke Deutsche, English, and Italiano). Natalie was exceptionally professional and helpful, she even made a list of different bars/restaurants/venues we would enjoy.

Potential Bias: I stayed 2 nights on weekdays in the off-season, was mostly not in the hotel, wasn't sightseeing, declined room cleaning, and don't need any special accommodations.

This was my third time staying at Moxy Berlin Ostbahnhof, and it just keeps getting better! I spent a week here during my most recent trip (December 30, 2024, to January 5, 2025), and as always, it was nothing short of extraordinary. I also stayed for a week in February 2023 and 5 days in January 2024—and it’s safe to say this hotel has become my home away from home.

From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is warm, vibrant, and welcoming. The staff are absolutely phenomenal—always friendly, attentive, and ready to go the extra mile. A special shoutout to Nathalie, Romeo, Enrico, and Thomasso, who made my stay truly unforgettable. Thank you for your kindness, professionalism, and for making me feel like family every time I visit.

The hotel’s 24/7 bar is a fantastic place to unwind and connect with other travelers. It's so easy to meet interesting people there, which adds to the overall experience. The location is also unbeatable—right by Ostbahnhof, making it super convenient to explore Berlin.
