Good Morning + City East Mini-hotel

During my stay I found bed bugs in my bed which gave me horrible swollen bumps on my face and my neck. When we went to tell the desk clerk he told us he could not find us the same room and then didn’t even look for another solution until prompted. The service was really horrible and didn’t even apologise about the situation making it seem like this problem was a common occurrence. The price of the room was good and the room itself was alright so I guess you get what you pay for

Overall, it’s a good value for the money, but it’s more of a place to sleep rather than to spend a lot of time in.

There is parking in front of the hotel, we had no problem finding a spot when we arrived, but we left the car there for our entire stay. Later, when we walked by, the parking lot was often full, so it might be harder to find a space at busy times.

The rooms only have a small cushion instead of a proper pillow, and the windows don’t have insect screens. This means that if you keep the window open in the evening, mosquitoes can get in, so we slept with the window closed. Luckily, it wasn’t too hot during our stay, so it was fine. The bathroom sometimes had a very unpleasant smell, which was not really nice

Room had ample space for one person but old and smelled of mildew each day. Bed was fine - two singles. Bathroom fine, with generic soap from dispenser. No air conditioner, loud street, even from top floor… and no fridge - didn’t even have ice or permitted use of front desk refrigerator for one small bottle. Pizza ordered from restaurant was microwaved from frozen.

Was nice BUT a painting fell on my head at 6am and i told the hotel staff and she told me to email her manager on 6 april,, did not get a reply after a week and I called them up. She said they had “just received it” and will reply me the next day. Its 18 april today (13 days after) and still havent got a reply… fantastic service! Safe too! Stay safe out there yall!

We arrived at your hotel with high expectations, but an incident on our last day left us deeply disappointed. One hour before the check-out time, a housekeeping staff member entered our room without knocking or permission. This invasion of privacy is unacceptable! Moreover, instead of apologizing, she asked, “When will you check out?” and mentioned that we had already checked out at the front desk, which was not true. We did not expect such unprofessional behavior from your hotel. We definitely do not recommend this hotel!

The hotel rooms are spacious and comfortable, but during the breakfast service, which ends at 10:30 am, we were handed a tray at exactly 10:30 am and told to carry our breakfast from the dining hall on the lowest floor to our room. This is truly unacceptable!

Even if the service has ended, having to rush and eat in the restaurant was far from a pleasant experience.

If breakfast is not included in your stay, you have to pay an additional €15.50. However, when we wanted to use a tray to carry our food earlier during breakfast, they took it from us. I don’t think they prioritize customer satisfaction.

If you don’t have high expectations for quality, you might consider staying here!
