I chose this hotel for my 2024 Berlin Marathon trip. It was very convenient for me on days when I had little energy to walk after my run. The hotel is connected to the train station, and you can find a wide selection of fast food options.
***They even have fans in the rooms for hot days. :)

Average rooms, unfriendly staff. For the price of more than 150€ a night w/o breakfast better to stay in the other hotels in front of the station

No A/C, room was really uncomfortable.
Morning shower ran hot/cold/hot/cold………..
Very little drainage for shower resulting in water all over the bathroom and bedroom floor.

Pretty basic, but clean rooms, but very convenient location. Friendly staff and quick online checkin. Reasonable price. Would stay again!

This is absolutely disaster, this hotel plotted with Agoda that they have air-conditioning, once I reported to Agoda, the said compensation will be made to my account in 15 working days, and that's never happened.

So when I contact them again, they claims the need more business day repeatedly.

After three days, the situation remain unchanged and keep on adding 3 business days.

While hotel mentioned that is Agoda responsibility, Agoda said it's hotels.

Scam hotel use scam agency, please don't reserve this hotel and don't use Agoda, before you regretting it.

I had a fantastic stay at IntercityHotel Berlin Ostbahnhof. The location is unbeatable, especially for travelers—it’s directly connected to Ostbahnhof train station, making it incredibly convenient to explore Berlin or catch trains to other destinations. Despite its central location, the hotel is surprisingly quiet, ensuring a restful night after a day of sightseeing.
The rooms are modern, clean, and equipped with all the essentials, including comfortable beds and ample workspace.
Overall, IntercityHotel Berlin Ostbahnhof is an excellent choice for anyone visiting Berlin, whether for business or leisure. The combination of location, comfort, and thoughtful amenities makes it a standout option. I highly recommend it and will definitely return on my next trip to Berlin!

Location is quite convenient just next to the train station, amenities are basic, but the bed sheet and pillow are dirty with dust.
