The best kept secret in Scharbeutz. Wonderful hotel, but made even better by the most wonderful staff. The check in, the restaurant staff, the barman, all brilliant. Superb location, great food, and attached to the spa.

This place does not deserve 5 stars and is severely overpriced. There were many many things wrong with this place but the worst was that we ordered a very expensive cheese platter, which had 3 moldy cheese pieces on it, which were clearly left over from the breakfast buffet. The service was unfriendly, the rooms old and smelly. The only good thing was the location. I never write reviews but this place was such a disappointment, even I felt I had to warn people about the poor quality...

Loved it, the service was excelent and you get treated like royalty, They have their own strawberry jam and marmelade, the hotel has a shore and a lake for the people staying on the hotel. I would really recommend it, if you are looking for a little bit of a nicer place you should definetly check this hotell out, the rooms were really nice and you get daily cleaning and room service if you want.

Even the though the rooms needed a bit of an update, the service was very friendly and it's very well located. You'll have direct access to the Ostsee Therme and to a private beach (pretty handy in COVID-19 times...). I also recommend the massage. ;)

This hotel has definitely seen better days. The room need an upgrade and I frankly do not see a five star rating for this place.
Carpet throughout. Small TVs. No coffee machine in the room. Unreliable WiFi.
The beautiful pictures of the pool are NOT the hotel pool, but an open to public pool next door.
Food was good and service is nice.
Better check availability at the Bayside Hotel down the road.

Nice hotel and a lovely place for Spa and a wonderful sauna landscape free for all guests at the hotel. Perfect for a romantic weekend in the charming village and beach at Timmerdorfer Strand.
