This is a rather drab and tatty hotel in a very good location. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby and a short-ish walk to the city centre.

Our stay got off to a bad start when we arrived to find that they had overbooked their accessible rooms and no suitable room was available for us. The staff worked hard to sort this out - it wasn't their fault - and were very supportive. Luckily, after a few hours they had a room for us. The room was large and had a good accessible bathroom. Unfortunately the room had a very unpleasant smell which was never really eradicated.

The room wasn't especially clean, and, like the rest of the hotel, was in need of some renovation. The chair was badly stained (see photo) and the safe was broken.

The worst problem was that the bed was very hard, and we didn't sleep well.

By contrast, breakfast was very good!

Overall, not recommended.

Stayed for 2 nights on a business trip , End of June.
Conveniently located, lots of walkable attractions. was just a 15-20 min walk to the city center.
Rooms were spacious and well equipped , beds comfortable, nice size baths .would be happy to stay again on future trips.

I had stayed at the hotel for two nights. The location was at the city center and had easy access to public transport. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and washrooms were clean. I had an amazing stay and I really appreciate the service and facilities provided. I would definitely choose this hotel again for my future visits and would also recommend everyone to try it out if they are looking for hassle free and pleasant stay.

Very nice location. Mitte is a 10 min walk. The breakfast was pretty good especially because we need to get out early. The rooms super comfortable and nothing short of great quality. The parking is right underneath but it is extra and is not free since its a public garage. Plenty of spaces though.

Excellent service! Surprisingly great rooms (with bath and balcony options), the view of the city is brilliant! The breakfast was also very lovely highly recommend the fresh omelet. Also parking was not too expensive definitely would stay here again 🌟

Even higher than on an airport. The room was ok, but it smelled of cold smoke. So you had the choice between open window with 35 degrees or air condition in a smelly room.

Room was immaculate, bed was very comfortable. We had very good rest during our 2 nights stay. Service was top. Front desk was very friendly and went above and beyond to attend to our requests. Location wise, it is walking distance to the metro, very accessible to all the major tourist spots. Quiet neighbourhood.
Another highlight of our stay: the sauna !

Good hotel. A little dark room, located on the 2nd floor, not on the sunny side. There wasn't enough lighting. The room is clean and comfortable. The buffet is standard international. Wifi works great.
