Not great
No parking as full on arrival. Air con not working so very hot all night, 3rd bed like sleeping on a rock, kept waiting for 30 mins before being checked in . Great location but not the greatest hotel for the price

Good location in the very centre of Truer so decent for food and shopping etc. best to park in the City Parkhoose just nearby as the hotel parking gets full easy and not so easy to park. My room was ok but lacking a lot of comforts, no drinking glasses, no kettle, no fridge and air con just didn’t work or was switched off so the room was very warm and windows only partially open. It’s a fairly standard hotel.

Located in the quiet part of the city center the hotel is well organized. Breakfast is good with a wide choice of fresh bread, coffee, scrambled eggs and baked beans. The room was almost perfectly clean, only a small stain on the toilet seat and something sticking in the sink ruined the perfect impression.

Diverse breakfast options made it a good deal. Very comfortable bed. Nice, new bathrooms. A bit stuffy and the window doesn't open much for air flow.

Beautiful hotel. Rooms are quite spectacular and a great size. Perfect location, efficient staff and very clean and neat.

There is no traditional AC (there is a cooling system in the rooms and you can request a fan if need be) or mini fridge (this only mattered to us as we had medication that needed a cool environment)

Definitely a well located and well maintained hotel.

From the first day everything went badly. First of all our room wasn't cleaned-we found hairs on the pillows and it was really disgusting. Thanks for amazing employee we could change the room. We asked to clean our room just only one time and this wasn't completed properly. Shower gel and soap bottles were empty. I can't understand why it is so difficult to change it to full bottles? I went to reception to told that, but employee said that it is normal in her opinion, just a mistake.no excuses, nothi g. She was really rude and such persons like she can't work with clients. Finally she gave me skower gel and soap, but she was very rude doing that. In her opinion I asked something whatI shouldn't get. It is insane how workers like she can workin reception. Next day I tried to talk to General manger but I couldn't find her. I told everything to other woman in reception, but I am not sure that she told anybody.. such an "amazing view" to customers! Breakfast was untasty and there were just a small choise of food. You eat like in canteen, not in hotel. By the way employee never greets you, it seems that you owe something when you meet them. One of the worst experience.

This was a nice hotel with updated rooms, in a convenient part of town. The highlight, however, was the staff!
We had nothing but a great experience with the employees from the first moment. Check in was so friendly, and helped us get rooms next to each other. We also had a friendly interaction with a staff member at breakfast! They taught my son how to make a flower out of a napkin, and it was very sweet and fun.
Rooms were clean, and breakfast was a great variety with a nice coffee machine. I would stay again!

Avoid! Hotel is totally overpriced and poorly managed. Even for an IBis hotel, this place is extremely disappointing. The location is the only good things that I can say about this place. The pseudo Roman style is actually a bit annoying given it poor tasteless performance.

This isn't a fancy hotel, but for the price it is clean and comfortable. I stayed here while handling some paperwork in Luxembourg, and it was perfect for me. I had a nice stay, enjoyed the breakfasts, and found myself right in the middle of Trier for some sightseeing.
