We needed 2 rooms. In 1 room there was a fridge but it didn't work, in the other room it was lock so no access to the fridge. One of the beds had blood on the duvet cover but this was promptly changed once raised with reception. The windows opened completely with no safety catch this would have been a problem as we were on the 3rd floor.
In the morning there was hot water from the taps, at night it took 10-15 minutes of running the tap to get warm water. There were no drink facilities in the room.

Currently staying, beddings and towels are extremely clean. You could find what ever you need in the room without unnecessary luxurious details. Breakfast has more than enough options.Great value. Friendly service.

The hotel was chosen because we wanted a hotel in Mettmann where were visiting friends. The good thing is 24 hour service and enough parking space free of charge. People were very friendly. The hotel allows dogs in specific rooms and outside there they provide a „dog bar“ with water. If there is no space directly at the hotel, then there are more spaces down the street to the left. The room was s bit small but that its what we chose. What was not so advantageous is the room price includes breakfast, but as we had breakfast with our friends we had no choice to have the price deducted. So, we paid for something we did not make use of. I personally don’t agree on this approach especially as it was 3 nights with 3 breakfasts summing up to approximately 66€. Wyndham should change this approach.

we stays in 10/2023 in this hotel. nice place to stay near Dusseldorf , actually located in Mettman but very close to the surrounding cities. Had a nice 2 nights stay , breakfast also delicious!!

Stayed here in November 2023 for the Leger Christmas market holiday. This isn't a 4 star hotel, but probably was maybe 20 years ago.
Rooms were bizarrely warm, a bit uncomfortably so (I struggle to be warm so if it’s quite a miracle that I was uncomfortably hot!) Others on the holiday said the same. Very basic, smallish rooms that were just fine. Not bad, not great, just basic, which was a relief as we were apprehensive about what they would be like after reading the reviews. The bathroom had stains in places but was overall clean and did the job, although the bathroom door was tricky to close properly.
There was a porterage service when we arrived which was surprising as it was midnight so that was greatly appreciated.
The breakfast buffet was great, we went at around half 8 and again at half 6 in the morning and there was a lot more at half 6- lots of bacon! Definitely recommend getting breakfast early as there were only 3-4 tables of people when we went at half 6. They were kind enough to put the buffet on earlier on our departure day at 3am

Excellent staff , excellent breakfast and evening meal ( the buffet salad is superb ) . Sauna , gym , Good night's sleep.

Basic room with fridge and bathroom, but the bed, the mattress is very firm. I found it uncomfortable. You also get 1 pillow, which is flimsy

Veeeery nice place to stay near Dusseldorf , actually located in Mettman but very close to the surrounding cities. Had a nice 2 nights stay , breakfast also delicious!! And great value :) Hotel staff very kind, thumbs up for Markus, he is the best!! :)

Definitely NOT a 4 star hotel! I have been all over the world and this hotel is very old and exhausted. 2 star hotel category max. There is no air conditioner in the rooms. Rooms are big enough but furniture is worn off, quite old. Not recommended. The only good part was the available parking lot and a decent breakfast..
