Rooms are decent, little on the smaller side but comfortabele.
The staff was ok at first glance, but smoking is more important than helping. It doesn't look like the staff knows where the drinks are in the fridge.
Then don't get me started on parking, when you arrive early (day 1), there was a parking spot available, the next day we found out how lucky we we're. Asked for underground parking No the underground payed parking lot is full good luck, so do you have any other idea's, the street was full, reaction you get is pretty much: well go find a spot somewhere and don't bother me. Staff is unfriendly and is not helping their guest. There is not enough parking in the nearby area. You are forced to find a spot in a neighboring street, and those are private.
Public transport is nearby, with a direct connection to the city center.

Decent hotel, unfriendly staff. No parking options (always full). Great price.
So for parking, just park the car before the hotel (side of the road), the fine you get is only 10 euros.

Nice newer hotel close to the train, streetcar access. Plenty of on street parking. All staff friendly and helpful

It was an very pleasant stay
Liked · Everything was perfect. Rooms are neat and clean. Washroom are fresh and clean with new interiors.
Restaurant provided good breakfast.
Disliked · Don't have room service for food in the hotel. Have to order food from outside. Other wise a best place to stay at this hotel.

Experience was okay in general except for cleanliness of the room, not sure if that was because we booked the room thru booking.com but the towels seemed to be washed but with stains and hair on them. Same for the bathroom with a lot of stains, even the curtains had stains. Shower was terrible, the water pressure was very low, I barely had a shower. Hair dryer was all glued with something, looked terrible, not usable. Room was nr.422. Looked very luxurious, TV and great air conditioning.

Hotel looks ok. It’s new looking but wear and tear is visible. Breakfast table was good! Train station is really close!

Very nice hotel for short stays, with a good breakfast.
For long stays, some additional services like laundry are useful and the hotel does not provide.
The only food the hotel provides during the day are frozen pizzas, which could also be improved.
The rooms are very comfortable for sleeping, but for working it's bad, as the table is very very small, and the chair is not comfortable.

It's a good hotel.
Came to know it's a new one.
The rooms and neat and tidy.
It's not spacious but suitable for business visits and travel.
The hotel is well maintained.
There is nearby bus and train and tram services.
There are eateries and supermarket close by.
The hotel is quite friendly.
Overall a good hotel to stay, it's comfortable and well maintained. Moreover the public transport facilities that are easily available is an add on.

You will not find such comfort and cleanliness in any other hotel for this price. Of course there are a few places where you can find it. other nius.
