Everything was good, location and breakfast were very good. Except the Sauna is not free of charge and is not mentioned upfront.

Quite old building from the 80s which would need a renovation. Many choices for breakfast, but not always good quality (e.g. the cheese was cheap mass production)

As expected of a luxury hotel, the room was spacious and even had a bathtub, which is rare for a high-end European hotel.
The breakfast had a wide variety and was delicious.
The only downside was that it was a little far from the station and the tourist center, but it was only about 500-600 meters, so it wasn't too much of a problem. I'd like to stay here again.
It's a shame that I was too tired to try out the gym and pool, even though they had one.

Clean rooms that were pretty decently sized. The hotel had a lively bar/restaurant, which was nice. The location is very ideal, right in the thick of it. A pretty standard European hotel.
They had a sign in the room where the mini bar should have been that said “We’re doing minibars differently! Call for our awesome room service or check the vending machines in the lobby” or something along those lines. You’re not doing Minibars differently…. You’re simply not doing them.

It was a huge mistake to stay at this hotel. The staff are arrogant, rude, and incompetent. There were a series of misunderstandings with the hotel, booking, and our family, which took about a week to clarify. We arrived late at night with our toddler and had to fight with the receptionist for about an hour before we could get to our room even though we had reached an agreement regarding the hotel room we would be staying at. Never in my life have I been treated so poorly by hotel staff. Don't stay there

Room was quite nice, clean and well kept. But we had terrible customer service. Booking.com made a mistake in our booking and the receptionist wanted to charge us more and make us feel like we were trying to cheat the hotel, implying we were lying when in reality we hadn't done anything wrong. Customer service needs improvement if you ever want to get a recommendation. Note we had to solve the issue over the phone when w arrived at the reception with a crying baby at 11 pm. Next time try reaching a solution together and acknowledging that the customer is not at fault right away.

Fantastic location on the river. Close to all the attractions. Old Bridge is a 5 mins walk. Staff at reception was very nice. Room was very comfortable. We had a room with a nice view.

The hotel is good, next to the Main River, and you can see the castle from the window of one side of the room. You can walk about 600 to 700 meters to the Old Bridge. The front desk is also very professional. The room is large and the air conditioning is powerful. The only bad thing was that at around nine o'clock in the morning, a waiter came knocking on the door to clean the room. After knocking a few times, the door opened directly. The next day, I specifically turned on Do Not Disturb.

Hotel us showing it's age. I remember finishes being a little more refined when I stayed there 4 years ago. The hotel does have easy parking. It also is very close to the river and excellent restaurants.
