Clean rooms that were pretty decently sized. The hotel had a lively bar/restaurant, which was nice. The location is very ideal, right in the thick of it. A pretty standard European hotel.
They had a sign in the room where the mini bar should have been that said “We’re doing minibars differently! Call for our awesome room service or check the vending machines in the lobby” or something along those lines. You’re not doing Minibars differently…. You’re simply not doing them.

It was a huge mistake to stay at this hotel. The staff are arrogant, rude, and incompetent. There were a series of misunderstandings with the hotel, booking, and our family, which took about a week to clarify. We arrived late at night with our toddler and had to fight with the receptionist for about an hour before we could get to our room even though we had reached an agreement regarding the hotel room we would be staying at. Never in my life have I been treated so poorly by hotel staff. Don't stay there

Room was quite nice, clean and well kept. But we had terrible customer service. Booking.com made a mistake in our booking and the receptionist wanted to charge us more and make us feel like we were trying to cheat the hotel, implying we were lying when in reality we hadn't done anything wrong. Customer service needs improvement if you ever want to get a recommendation. Note we had to solve the issue over the phone when w arrived at the reception with a crying baby at 11 pm. Next time try reaching a solution together and acknowledging that the customer is not at fault right away.

Fantastic location on the river. Close to all the attractions. Old Bridge is a 5 mins walk. Staff at reception was very nice. Room was very comfortable. We had a room with a nice view.

Hotel us showing it's age. I remember finishes being a little more refined when I stayed there 4 years ago. The hotel does have easy parking. It also is very close to the river and excellent restaurants.

We stayed here for 3 nights during the Mozart festival.
The good:
Central location
Great Breakfast
Superb shower
Friendly personnel
Nice, well lit room
The disappointing:
Very dark and tight parking garage (which you have to pay for).
Entry to the hotel is scruffy. When we arrived, it was blocked by a delivery truck with running engine.
Wifi does connect but still does not work. Be prepared to use your phone's hotspot instead.
They try to get you opt out of the daily cleaning of the room in exchange for a snack.
Expect to wait several minutes for the elevators and then walk a good bit to your room. Staircases are always faster. Staircase area feels like a ** hotel.
When you arrive with luggage from the parking garage, you have to drag it up a staircase before you can use the lift.
Our rooms were not ready yet when we arrived. We were offered that we could use the showers at the pool. But it turned out that the pool area was getting cleaned and the service personnel there there spoke neither German nor English. So we just had to wait for the rooms to be ready.
Breakfast area can be very busy.
The luggage storage room is neither locked nor supervised.
There is no mini-bar, only a solitary vending machine on the ground floor. When you chose a beer, it simply gives you an error message. Turns out you need a German ID for the machine to dispense alcohol — no other countries' IDs are accepted.

Visit on beginning Jun for "Germany Romantic Road Tour" from Indonesia, good services, strategic position, yummy breakfast & quiet room even though the room is near the road.

Concert Hall. Only short walks to

Nice stay in Würzburg, I recommend the Maritim hotel for its price and location. Cheaper than other hotels in the area and well situated.
The rooms were spacious and recently renovated. Bathroom was ok with a large shower. You can ask bathroom amenities at the reception.
If you don’t need room service you get a little package of muesli 👍🏻

Wonderful hotel, nice and cozy rooms, quiet, but still central location and friendly staff. Parking is very handy, in the next building, but connected to the hotel building, location is a bit away from the old town, but still walkable and the rooms are spacious and nice.
