1) There is trash on the beach and outside the property, which is really no fault of theirs, but it's more than just 1-2 pieces of trash. It's not unbearable but it's there
2) The shower head is nice but the flow of water isn't very good and the water temperature was hard to control
3) The security box in my room didn't have clear instructions and didn't seem to work
That's pretty much it. Outside that, this is an amazing vacation spot. I'll probably be going being despite the issues. Customer service was amazing and the atmosphere is absolutely perfect for a private place to settle down at night.
Overall the rooms look recent but in need of maintenance. We were hosted here in April and had to change the room 2 times - the 1st room did not have the shower working and the 2nd one did not have the AC working.
The staff is very atentive and looking for you to have a nice experience.
Overall we found it overpriced.
Room good, but not comfortable as you expected for a hotel in the area. It has a smell of humidity, the bathroom full of oxidation in metal parts. There is no desktop in the room so for a business trip is no easy to work there.
The breakfast starts at 9am... or even at 9:30 am, so is not recommended for persons in a business trip. Additionally, the menu is limited (just eggs with bread, and bacon)
Woman in charge is not helpfull.
