Extremely slow service in the restaurant. Waitress didn't know about the dishes. Waitress didn't bring water to the table when ordered.
After waiting around an hour, we had to cancel and leave as it would have taken 30 minutes more. Place wasn't even that full.

Very nice view over the bay from the balcony. Big enough rooms, though a bit too basic. Great breakfast on a big terrace with a lot of choises.

Internet so slow that I couldn't even open "internet speed test" website. The walls are very thin - you can hear people having fun, you can hear every step.

OK hotel, not the best in Haapsalu but for one night, good, new part of building has a view straight to sea, so nice view is there. But it's not a hotel you call cozy, rooms are ok, nothing special but ok, couple of thing bothered me, there was no extra pillows and strange smell coming out of bathroom. Breakfast is good, fish, sausage, cheese , if you are a fan of crispy bacon then this you can't find there, there was a bacon but not crispy at all, will I visit this place again, probably not, there are plenty of places to stay in Haapsalu

The room walls are VERY thin and other's "nocturnal" activities are easily heard forcing an early conversation with the little one and the birds and the bees. The floors are just as thin and you can hear everyone walking around. Beds are not comfortable and the room smelled moldy. That all being said, the location is beautiful and the sounds from the birds on the water are amazing.

Amazing view from the rooms. Too bad the breakfast started only at eight o clock.
