Ecoland Hotel

I really don't recommend this accommodation. It's impossible to get service or answers to questions before your trip. I've requested a cancellation ovet 3 weeks in advance and I can't reach anyone. Emails are left unanswered, on phone they requested to send the info on whatsapp and once I did that they haven't answered. I do not recommend to book a room from them.

Unfriendly stuff, unhealthy breakfast, far from citycentre. This is not a spa so not be advertised as a spa. One cold pool doesn`t make it!
Massage oils are gone bad along time ago... Mold in the bathroom (smell), really thin walls. Nice thing was that our room was beside the yard, we could open the window, get fresh air and listen the nesting birds. Would not come another time.

My worst "hotel" if you can call it that, experience ever. I would recommend any hostel or guestouse in the world before booking a room here again. Terrible service, half decent breakfast, and a terrible hotel staff party. He he, I was forced to change room 3 times during the evening. Good luck to you, dear travelleres!

Worst hotel I've ever stay in my whole life.(but it has potential to improve, the hotel alone is pretty). First room was so smelly(smell if drainage in the toilet, headache immediately) So I asked the receptionist we need to change room, ok they gave us a better room but of course I need to move one bed for me and son to sleep, oh my god, the floor was full of thick dust. And when I am about to sit on a chair, the chair was totally broken and displayed in the room?common I have young kids and if I didn't noticed immediately we end up in the hospital.( i can prove all this, I took a picture of everything I said)Ok let talk about breakfast, how much it cost a tomato in Estonia? A cucumber, a bread?more selection of cheeses atleast 3 each(but it's only 1). The service. When I asked for a pillow (which is understandable we are 4 so 4 pillows needed) oh the receptionist was like ,ok? And yes there was a broken chair in our room, he replied?? I dont know? My goodness, be polite, say sorry and be apologetic, it's something important to make a good impression to guest. I cant recommend this hotel.all in all I will give 1 star. Whatever in the picture dont trust., but ok my son like pool.thats all so I give 1.
