- Staff is discreet but ready to help.
- Rooms are clean and ours was quite spacious. One important note: cleaning of your room is only made under request. Also the bathroom floor tends to be wet because of how the shower and drains are built.
- atmosphere is fine. We did not get to use the sauna, etc. Still our stay was enjoyable.

The hotel does the job. Would stay there again without any problem.

Rooms are clean, but a bit old could get renovation. Great big windows in the rooms - so on higher floors you can see the old town
Walk to city center old town just over the hill in 5-7 minutes. There is no room service in this hotel, and cleaning of rooms only on demand. But due to price, spa in price and location it’s a very good hotel to go to as it’s also in a quite part of town, while next to the old town.

Nice small and relaxing spa section that suit well for smaller kids too. Good service and clean rooms. Breakfast could have been little better and coffee machines had issues both morning. I can recommed this for family trip easily. There is large gym so hotel also fit for training & spa weekend too. Pizza from Italian style restaurant was good.

My trusted Tallinn hotel for casual long weekends. Have been there over 10 times. Good breakfast and good night's sleep. Spa is quite basic but really nice; especially the salt sauna is my favorite. Cake cafeteria next to the lobby is amazing!

I recently stayed at a hotel. The room was excellent, and there were good amenities. Breakfast was very good, but there were limited vegetarian options. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is located near the old town and port, which is excellent. The spa center was very good. I very much enjoyed the pool and sauna. There is a hot and normal pool, as well as three saunas: Aroma Sauna, Salt Sauna, and Finnish Sauna. I will recommend this hotel.

Clean and big room. The spa and the swimming pool are so good too! The restaurant of the hotel is over prices but everything else is great. Highly recommended! Also the hotel provide parking for little amouny of money which is around 18 euros a day and this is very little compared to other hotels that charge 80 for night! The staff are kind but maybe they can smile a bit and be more hospitable.. anyway 9.5/10! Exceptional.

Fantastic location, large rooms, comfy bed (mattress on a softer side but good). No fridge, which is common these days, but there was a kettle and some tea/coffee. Breakfast area gets busy and more attention should be paid to cleaning the tables as quite a few were dirty.
Glass lifts at the end of the corridor had a severe smell od cigarettes event though it is a non smoking hotel.
