Rooms are cozy with old wooden beams that transport you right back to the middle ages (what feels like).
Not too spacious and with sloping roof, so for taller people maybe an issue.
Beds comfy, everything clean and staff very friendly.

Very good location very well priced place for the location and very nice staff. The rooms were a bit small but that was ok since it was such a good price and it had these old wooden beams and altogether was lovely so that's ok. Breakfast was a bit random combination of things but also ok. The only thing that I had to deduct a pont for was that the room got very very hot during the day with the sun shining and the curtains were not stopping that and no AC or such so it got very stuffy. We went in beginning of June but I think it might be a lot worse in actual summer.

Perfectly located in old town area with quite a few sight seeing places in walkable range.
Friendly staff, excellent service, includes good spread of breakfast.
Rooms are small but very clean & nice.
Definitely a great place to stay, worth every penny spent here.

Not the best experience, I was quite excited for the hotel, but we got a REALLY SMALL ROOM for two people, which looks like a room for ONE PERSON from how small it is, with barely any space to walk, barely any power outlets, none near the bed. It was just bad, my other two friends got A WAY better room with way more space, bigger beds, TV hanging on the wall, it's genuinely just unfair that we pay the same price for the hotel but get a way worse room, this isn't the first time happening to me in a hotel, but I'm seriously tired of it and the door to the rooms required a lot of strength to open, the card didn't work, the bathroom was closed and weird sounds came from it and it scared us a lil bit, but we opened the bathroom door and no one was there thankfully, because sounded like someone might be, also the toilet paper there felt a little wet so I didn't like that.. we had to go ask for help, me and my friend started crying at one point because we were just overstimulated, but the person in the registration helped so I guess it's fine. The breakfast wasn't ,,wow" there were just vegetables, salads, sausages and cereal, oranges, pears, water and jam, wasn't a lot to choose from, but I didn't really mind it. Overall, I don't think I'll be coming back to that hotel again, it wasn't terrible, but also wasn't enjoyable in my opinion, might not be too bad if you're staying for one night.

Great value for money. Located bang in the middle of Old Town, the hotel is surrounded by restaurants and cafes. The Uber pick-up/drop-off point is just 80m away, which makes it a very convenient location. Nicely decorated hotel with neat rooms and delicious breakfast. Be prepared to carry your luggage up the stairs.

The hotel has very tiny rooms and outdated interior. The location is right on the Main Street and the building is historic with a long history and a nice courtyard can could have been utilized better. Currently it’s like a smoking area for the staff

Great location, in the heart of the city.
Good value for money if you’re on a budget.
Breakfast leaves a lot to be desired.
Rooms could be tidier, found a lot of hair in the shower.
All in all a ok place to stay for a night or two.

I realize that everyone’s experience is different and my stay may have been different from yours. That said, I found Three Crowns to be an excellent hotel. The location is unbeatable. Staff were pleasant. My room suited my needs perfectly. The bed was very comfortable. Did I hear people walking around? Of course, it’s a hotel. That happens. But my room was very clean. The bathroom was sparkling and the water pressure in the shower was better than what I have at home.

The location and value of this place are huge perks. On the other hand, I can't remember encountering such lacking service. Upon check in, nobody was at the front desk. No big deal, I waited a few minutes. Eventually, a staff member came into the room and said "Yeah??" as a greeting. In the morning, I greeted a staff member in the basement and was ignored completely. I know that asking for a smile is too much, but I believe "Hello/Good morning" is still an appropriate level of professionalism in the hospitality business.

Cheap and safe. Certainly cosy, but not in the fun way. Be aware that rooms are spread across 5+ floors with no elevator, and are incredibly hot. Ladies on reception graciously helped out by providing a fan upon request. Overall, I’d stay again if I was on a tight budget.
