We had a good small room on the second floor. We was lucky, room was equipped with air conditioning which was really needed, because there was a warm summer days in Tartu. There was a liquid soap and shower gel available.We think that location is good, not far from city center, there is a bus stop near the hotel and it takes about 10 minutes to the city center. Free parking place. Free Wi-Fi. On one day morning we got surprise, there was no hot water. Room was not cleaned every day during the stay. Could be great to have a small refrigerator in the room. Breakfast for additional money is hosted by other company and there was no detailed information about what you can get. We didn't order it. We recommend to make a better management for those, who want order breakfast. Starest and Citystop is the same place.

Looks a bit dodgy, but we got a decent night's sleep. Wouldn't stay for a weekend, but stopping for one night was OK.

I have found strange powder and pills in a bathroom. Had to call the police.
Noisy and basic hell on workdays, good place to stay overnight on weekends.

Less than stellar rooms with mouldy, although large bathroom. Excellent rates, good for a random stop but not for your weekend holiday visit.

They offered medium quality rooms, the are clean, but design and interior is poor. The doors was old and key was working badly. as well the staff wasn't so friendly. If you aren't waiting good hospitality level it will be cheap normal option.

Not much to do. Bed was comfortable. Room had 2 beds pushed together covered with matress. Wifi was slow. But breakfast was filling

Good sized, clean rooms, comfy bed, thick curtains. Everything you would expect from a 3 star hotel. Including disobedient shower head.
