Stayed here for about two weeks. I will definitely be back again. We had top Service in every department. Mohammed Nasser from housekeeping served us well, no, just in housekeeping but also in general information about the City and tourist destinations. The restaurant was excellent, breakfast was thoroughly enjoyed daily.

We stayed for almost a week at the hotel. All the staff was so friendly to is. From pool staff to restaurant staff. At breakfast Ahmed was always super friendly with our son. The spa treatments are priced well and I had a good deep tissue massage. Help with our luggage with check in and check out was also spot on. So overall a very good stay.

Our stay was so amazing! I had the best experience with the staff! I had some very good experiences with my housekeeper Asmaa! She came every day with a big smile and great energy! She was amazing with her work and service. 10/10 recommendation!

Tharwat and his coworkers were fabulous. From the moment we entered the restaurant they were very friendly, professional, welcoming and informative. Help was provided from choosing a wine and downloading the app for the menu. The food was delicious. I recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Cairo. You won't be disappointed

The room was spacious, clean, comfy, and restocked twice a day. The property is located a bit farther from the city center, but the appropriateness of a hotel location depends on where you'll be going on most days, and on your transportation method. The hotel-hired taxi service was overpriced, so Uber was definitely the better choice. Some staff can insistently solicit reviews.

Absolutely loved this place!!! The staff is soooo overly kind! I loved the going to the pool early in the morning before the kids woke up!! 🤣. Mr. Abdullah made sure I had everything I needed for my room. I couldn’t figure out how to turn the closet light off! I’m so slow sometimes. Overall very accommodating staff. I do think the prices are a little over priced.

My wife and I had a wonderful time. Excellent service and great facilities. Food was awesome, staff in hotel and restaurants were very pleasant and took great care to make sure we were satisfied with our stay. I had a wonderful experience at the hotel, thanks to the exceptional service from Kerollos and Mahmoud at the reception. They welcomed my family and me with warm smiles and made our stay truly enjoyable. Their helpfulness and kindness made a great first impression, and I’m glad to have made new friends. The hotel has definitely gained a loyal customer because of them.

If you are in favor of peace and quietness then this is the best place. In addition it’s near Mall of Egypt and famous Arkan area which has nice restaurants and cafes for dining.

The property is close to the pyramids and hence we chose it. The rooms were clean and well maintained however they reeked of tobacco. This is despite us being told that they were non-smoking; unsurprisingly we also found ash-trays in the room. They provided us with complimentary fruits but half of these had gone rotten. The staff were generally indifferent.

Reasonable good hotel in Egypt. Would be great if the breakfast had more variety for selection. Have a shortcut to cut through to The Flags mall to purchase from a local super market.

The hotel is certainly a very good structure by Cairo standards, but as regards the service it is not up to European standards... perhaps not even 3 stars. Generally speaking, for being in Cairo and for how much you spend (as a European with the euro) the rating is good

The place is wonderful. The rooms are really good. The service and hospitality are professional. The restaurant is quite nice, and the food options appeal to all tastes. The pools are fantastic. The health club is amazing with really professional staff. Overall, an experience to be repeated. Highly recommend.

The hotel is close to the Grand pyramid. And it offer free juice at the afternoon. The hotel is aged but the pool is nice and breakfast is good. Pretty much 90% of the people staying here is from the tour group. Buses taking traveler in and out everyday. The clerk said the hotel is completely full during the time I stayed. BTW, mango juice at the restaurant is the BEST mango juice I ever had.

the fairy garden wedding venue is stunning. the surrounding golf course gives a beautiful backdrop and all the decor details were so well chosen and beautiful.

In our recent visit for Egypt tour a few days back we stayed here. This hotel is excellent and definitely value for money. Literally all facilities are available here. Besides the hotel is having a sprawling area to simply lose yourself in serenity and tranquility or just have fun with a glass of wine or hibiscus tea to watch the surroundings.

We enjoyed the huge delicious breakfast buffet. They omelet station was a nice bonus, but mostly the pastries are amazing. Also every inch of the grounds are beautiful and lush. Nice Hotel to stay and pass my working time in Egypt. I came usually 10days per month and I like the Hotel & services. The main advantage I see is there is NO mosquitos in the rooms like other Hotels in the area. I can sleep very well at night because is very quiet. Also the rate Hotel is very affordable good price.

Spacious rooms, excellent service with a warm and welcoming smile, a nice location for those who prefer to stay out of the hussle and bussle of busy city Cairo life but not far from the main attractions in the country and the world....I am of course talking about the Giza Pyramids and the Sphinx. Pleasant modern hotel with spacious, clean and well designed rooms. Great breakfast with lots of choice and high quality food. I unfortunately caught food poisoning after eating at the rooftop restaurant on my first night. Hotel were great at looking after me, brought hotel.doctor who they subsequently tried to bill.me 110USD for his consultation, despite never warning me of any charge.

This hotel has offered us the quietest night during our time in Egypt. Others have suffered from external noise! The room whilst not massive offers a very comfortable bed, sofa, writing desk etc. with on suite shower and bath, toilet and hand basin. The breakfast room offers an excellent choice of cooked or continental, room service was also excellent. We can definitely recommend this hotel👍

This place is so far the most European place I have been to in Cairo. Modern design, too many choices for food and drinks. It also has a playground and laser tag i might try one day. The best thing about it is having a Christmas decoration. They will light up the tree on 4th December. 🥰😍 we had a hot chocolate in a shop called Moka 😍

Great hotel and location. The hotel is located in a local shopping plaza with some outstanding retail and food options. The hotel staff is very professional and welcoming. We also felt extremely safe with all of the precautions that the hotel takes. The staff at the main restaurant is very friendly and is lead by Ahmed.

A lovely stay at the Swiss Inn Pyramid Golf Resort. The rooms were comfortable, with beautiful views of the garden, swimming pool and golf course. The staff were always courteous and attentive. Food is also very nice. The resort had a nice balance of relaxation and amenities, making it a perfect base for exploring nearby attractions. A pleasant experience overall.

I stayed at this hotel for 24nights with my toddler daughter mother and sister and honestly We had the best experience! The supervisor Ahmed was very helpful and hands on with all our requests! To be honest all the staffs were hands-on and very helpful and really friendly from the house keeping boy’s down to the chief’s! We've been staying in Villa 14 for 3 nights in May 2024. That was good experience. Extremely friendly, attentive and respectful staff. Our room had a garden that gave us a feeling of the house. Comfortable serviced apartment, good bed. Nice breakfast area on roof terrace. Tea and coffee in room. No plastic shower nor funny hangers (but only two). No gym. About 1 hour from airport by car (if no traffic), but no public transportation.

Very calm place in 6th of October city Alfardous. Staff are great and kind and very cooperative. The rooms are large with very good kitchen and bathroom. Sleeping area is away from the living area. Parking place is available and for free. CCTV cameras are on all the time.
