Hyatt Regency Cairo West

I had a fantastic stay at Hyatt Regency Cairo West! The service was truly exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The food was absolutely delicious, offering a great variety of options that catered to every taste. The hotel is also a photographer’s dream—every corner is beautifully designed, making it perfect for capturing memorable moments.

As a solo traveler, I felt completely safe throughout my stay, which added to the overall peace of mind. The location is convenient, the ambiance is luxurious, and the attention to detail is evident in every aspect. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Cairo—it’s a perfect blend of comfort, elegance, and hospitality!

I am an Egyptian American who has visited Egypt a few times over the past 20 years, but my most recent trip was truly exceptional. I stayed six nights at the Hyatt Regency Cairo West with my 16-year-old son, David, who was visiting Egypt for the first time.

As someone who works in the hospitality industry in Washington, I came in with high expectations for customer service—and this hotel went above and beyond. From the front desk to the restaurant to the rooms, everything exceeded my expectations.

Special thanks to Kirolos at the front desk, who was incredibly professional from the moment we checked in. He made a point to address both me and my son by name throughout our stay, which added such a personal touch. Sana from guest relations was always warm and welcoming, going out of her way to help me navigate the hotel. Whether I needed directions to the gym, pool, or restaurant, she didn’t just point me in the right direction—she walked me there herself. Lastly, Merna, the front office manager, was exceptionally kind and caring.

The customer service was outstanding, the food was delicious, and our room was spotless and comfortable. I truly can’t thank the team enough for making our stay in Egypt so memorable.

From now on, I will never stay anywhere else in Cairo, and I will enthusiastically recommend this hotel to all my friends and family. Thank you all for your amazing hospitality—you made this trip unforgettable!

Hotel is very clean and luxurious.

All the staff are very friendly and helpful.
Pool area was amazing.
Loved how they took care of every detail.
One comment is that some lights and the kettle were not working in the room, this should be checked continuously.
But overall experience was marvelous, will be back again inshallah.

I had a wonderful experience at the hotel, thanks to the exceptional service from Kerollos and Mahmoud at the reception. They welcomed my family and me with warm smiles and made our stay truly enjoyable. Their helpfulness and kindness made a great first impression, and I’m glad to have made new friends. The hotel has definitely gained a loyal customer because of them.

If you want pure bliss and relaxation while getting impeccable service in Cairo then you stay here.

The breakfast is amazing and the service from all the staff is 10/10 especially Mohamed Rizk and his colleagues, super friendly and all go above and beyond.

The pool team are super attentive, bring canapé, towels, water, all day, its super clean too and they make not inly the drinks on the menu, but anything you want!

Room service is immaculate, again, very attentive and always checking you have everything.

We did not eat anywhere but the hotel, one night in each restaurant in the hotel, barranco was a beautiful venue and experience the staff, manager and food were superb! Really fun experience!
The shisha lounge and Egyptian food was also great! Most importantly, try the Egyptian wine at the beautiful bar!

And finally, taxi service, we were lucky to have, Alai AKA Vin Diesel drive us and look after us, making sure, we had a safe experience everywhere we went and were not miss sold on price. I would highly recommend, a driver from the hotel rather than an uber! It does cost more but is also 100x safer!

Great stay! Booked the spa room which was fantastic. All the staff were very friendly and attentive, food delicious and the pool was very nice

Update as i forgot to mention it initially: was able to get an early check in and a late check out maximising our stay. We also were celebrating a special occasion and they went all out with came, decorations in the room etc

We stayed in April at Hyatt Cairo West - what a treat! The grounds are extensive, breakfast was wonderful - but what was most wonderful were all of the staff at the hotel, they made our week there from check in to check out and everything in between. It’s such a great hotel in the calm outer areas of Cairo. Will plan to return for another trip to Cairo! Would be great for larger group trips, weddings, etc. As an American, I think it was the perfect spot, I wouldn’t stay anywhere else! Thank you to everyone there that was so gracious and lively during our stay!
