I have to start by commending Yousef at the front desk – staff like him make this hotel a truly worthwhile stay.
As for the hotel itself, it’s quiet and clean, though not pristine or overly luxurious. It’s a solid, reliable choice that offers good value for the price.
Just keep in mind, it’s not the kind of upscale 4-star property you might find in Dubai or other high-end destinations, so if you’re expecting that level of extravagance, you may be disappointed. However, the hotel doesn’t claim to be that, and the rates are very reasonable for what it offers.
Overall, it’s a great option if you need a comfortable, functional place to stay, but it’s less suited for those looking to relax and enjoy extensive hotel amenities.

Room is comfortable but cheap attitude, very bad food, drinks and lack of management. They give you two waters per day then they tell you it’s a mistake as you only get one. Inconsistency shows lack of management. Also missing to get your water a day is a loss on you, you wont get missed ones. Imagine the discussion on water while you are paying for two weeks room lol. Bad attitude from housekeeping and very cheap discussion over small waters showing what you are dealing with. WiFi does not work well. A whole day it was not working so if you are here for work and need internet, be careful.

Really good hotel with very friendly staff and great ambiance. Everything is clean and neat, but the staff has to be more responsive and act more quickly to the guests’ requests as it take long time and and has to be repeated more than once.

The most special about this place is the familiar feel and extremely friendly personell. The rooms are beautiful and clean.
The restaurant is very good and they have a party on Thursdays, which is a lot of fun.

Room service came very late for help, but personnel generally friendly. Towels stink heavily like cholor.

One of the worst hotel experiences I ever had. Some of the rooms don’t have windows, the bedsheets are not clean, the towels are in a bag of plastic every day with a rotten smell, just like the water, and the beds are the hardest I have ever slept in. The food was tasting bad and was the same every day. The staff was mostly nice but not very helpful and was watching TV Shows most of the time.
I can not recommend to stay at that place, I’m sure there are way better options.

Worst place I’ve ever stayed at. Food was simply inedible. No flavor, cold food, I’ve never eaten anything worse in my life. Rooms are somewhat ok. But it’s super loud. Half the nights couldn’t sleep because of the noise.

I had room 5, there was no sunlight in my room and some rooms didn’t even have a window. The bed was so hard, it felt like a stone so I had to buy a topper from ikea to be able to sleep. From my room you can hear the noise of every people walking by, people playing table tennis and the peep from the security. The breakfast was not enjoyable and could possibly have given me food poisoning, but I‘m not 100% sure on that. My last review was commented by a very emotional owner and was filled with lies.
I think everyone can build his own opinion on this Hotel and what to expect.
I would highly suggest going to the Hilton, which is only 2-3 minutes away.

The hotel is good, but sometimes customer service is late in responding to requests. Also, the bed and mattress are not comfortable at all. The mattress is old and hard, but the rest of the things are good. The decor is good.
