Years ago I stayed in several Mövenpick hotels in Switzerland and they were equally as nice. The grounds and landscaping are beautiful and the rooms are spacious and comfortable.
The staff and personnel at this location are helpful; they do everything to ensure your stay is perfect.
I had a bit of anxiety when using the ATM and one young lady at reception was beyond helpful; patient; professional and courteous. She was a tremendous help to me and I’d like to …again…say THANK YOU VERY MUCH …for taking the time to help me. Her name is Rohan. She deserves recognition and a commendation for her professionalism and courtesy.
It’s an excellent hotel, top class and super friendly service from every staff member I met at this hotel.
My room in the main hotel was spacious, well equipped and properly maintained. Very quiet despite being close to a busy main road. Breakfast had a lot of great options to suit all preferences.
I ate in the Oishi restaurant on one night which was excellent, the food was delicious staff were so attentive and accommodated a preference with my food. The chef even came out to say hello too!
Chocolate hour is an awesome perk, definitely take advantage if staying there.
I didn’t use the pool or spa features but they looked well appointed and very clean.
Overall I really enjoyed my stay!
The pool was so clean and tidy. The staff in all areas were helpful and kind.
I recommend staying in this hotel it is very peaceful.
