If there is a tiny room for improvement it would be to put a sign at the buffet at items that are spicy :)
Dinner was delicious and better than we could have expected. Its made a great start to our Egyptian experience. If the rest of the trip is like this, it will be money well spent!
My reservations with hotel are lack of dining options easily reachable outside the hotel, and lack of character- it doesn’t feel like you are in Egypt apart from the staff.
I would also like to commend the lifeguards, Aya and Mahomoud, for their professionalism and attentiveness. They were always on duty, ensuring the safety of all guests while maintaining a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Their dedication to providing a safe and enjoyable experience was truly appreciated.
Overall, my time at the Hilton was fantastic, and I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for great service and a clean, safe environment to enjoy their stay.
