The hotel team was friendly and arranged well our wedding day. The cooperation with wedding planner was great. The food taste was yummy. All our wedding guests liked the food and the arrangement. The bridal suite was spacious and the service was so good. Thanks to all Hilton Pyramids Golf team, Ms. Dalia, Mr. Omar, and Mr. Mohamed AbdAllah and all other staff members who helped us have memorable and unforgettable wedding experience.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hilton, and I wanted to take a moment to highlight the exceptional service at the pool area. The cleanliness of the pool was impeccable, making it a delightful place to relax and unwind.

I would also like to commend the lifeguards, Aya and Mahomoud, for their professionalism and attentiveness. They were always on duty, ensuring the safety of all guests while maintaining a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Their dedication to providing a safe and enjoyable experience was truly appreciated.

Overall, my time at the Hilton was fantastic, and I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for great service and a clean, safe environment to enjoy their stay.

Spacious and luxurious rooms with good service for guests. Extra large rooms with glass balcony or lawn opens allowing good lighting. Toiletries and room amenities are sufficient. Variety food with good taste and quality. Includes European, Arabian and Indian foods. Elegant swimming pool. Attached with bazzar for urgent needs, souvenirs and pharmacy. The golf course view is to enjoy during the stay. The location is in the outside of city and takes almost 40 minutes to reach the key tourist spots.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at the Hilton Pyramids Golf in Cairo, and overall, it was a pleasant experience with some minor drawbacks.

Location: The hotel’s location is one of its strong points. Situated near the Pyramids of Giza, it offers stunning views of the iconic landmarks and provides convenient access to major attractions in Cairo. This prime location enhances the overall appeal of the stay, especially for those interested in exploring the historical sites.

Facilities: The Hilton Pyramids Golf features well-maintained facilities, including a well-equipped gym, a refreshing swimming pool, and beautifully landscaped gardens. The room I stayed in was spacious, clean, and comfortable, offering a good blend of modern amenities and traditional charm.

Service: The service at the hotel was generally satisfactory, but there were areas where it could improve. One notable issue was the insistence of some workers at the main gate for tips. Their persistent approach for gratuities was somewhat annoying and detracted from the otherwise positive experience.

Dining: The hotel’s dining options were varied and of good quality. The restaurants offered a range of delicious meals, from local Egyptian dishes to international cuisine. The dining staff were attentive and provided good service.

Overall Experience: Despite the minor inconvenience caused by the tipping issue, the Hilton Pyramids Golf remains a solid choice for accommodation in Cairo. The combination of a great location, comfortable facilities, and good dining options makes it a worthwhile option for travelers. If you can overlook the tipping-related annoyance, the hotel offers a comfortable and convenient base for exploring Cairo and the surrounding areas.

Food was of a very high quality.

Concierge were always helpful in advising where to go and what to do at the best time - Abdul Fattah Helaly was always smiling and helpful.

The reception staff were all fantastic and accommodating - I can’t remember all their names but they were all delightful. Just met Ms Rawan Haitham who was delightful.

the fairy garden wedding venue is stunning. the surrounding golf course gives a beautiful backdrop and all the decor details were so well chosen and beautiful.

I just had my sister's wedding here. We rented a room for an overnight stay.

The staff were very courteous and polite. Any special requests were happily accommodated. The rooms were split between new arabesque style rooms which were very chic and older & classy rooms. Both rooms were kept meticulously clean.
Air conditioning was spot on, and they even had memory foam pillows. Best sleep I have had in a long time.

I ordered In-room dinning and my order was served in about 10 minutes, the taste was beautiful and portions large.

As for the wedding itself, it was beautiful, simple and you could tell it required a lot of effort. Music was great, the food was good.

I would like to thank the hotel management and staff for this lovely experience.
