I would also like to commend the lifeguards, Aya and Mahomoud, for their professionalism and attentiveness. They were always on duty, ensuring the safety of all guests while maintaining a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Their dedication to providing a safe and enjoyable experience was truly appreciated.
Overall, my time at the Hilton was fantastic, and I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for great service and a clean, safe environment to enjoy their stay.
Besides that the room was quiet, outdated design, but very comfortable. We liked the jacuzzi in the room also.
Internet was very stable and overall it was a pleasant stay.
The staff are excellent very friendly & helpful.
The hotel well cleaned & although slightly dated now always clean.
Bedrooms are well equipped, large & comfortable.
Restaurant is great & the breakfast buffet has a huge variety of choice & again the Service fabulous.

First, after a long trip, we arrived at the hotel only to be told that the room we had booked was no longer available. There was no clear explanation, and I was left with the impression that someone else had been given our room. The staff offered us a different room, but only after I had to argue and fight for what we had reserved.
Secondly, the condition of the room was shocking. It hadn’t been vacuumed, and the toilet was in an unacceptable, disgusting state, as shown in the video attached. To make matters worse, the corridors were equally dirty and messy, with no attention to cleanliness.
Thirdly, the breakfast restaurant was a disaster. The area was disorganized, and many of the coffee machines and cutlery were visibly unclean, as shown in the attached photos. It was an unpleasant and unhygienic dining experience.
Overall, this was without a doubt the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. I will never stay here again, and I strongly advise others to avoid this property.
