Helnan Dreamland Hotel

Its far from the airport. They gave us a room with suspicious white stain on many places on the bed, pillows, carpet … the room smelled a lot the cigarettes, the bath was plugged … I told them to change us of room for our second part of the stay. I also told them that the room needed a deep cleaning before renting it again. When we came back from ou trip few days later they wanted to give us a room with double beds instead of queen but they dont speak well english and i understood that they wanted to give us one bed but smaller instead of 2 beds … so i said it does not make sens give us the same size of beds. They put us back in the same room we had stayed few days earlier and no cleaning was done and the bath was still plugged… we stayed because we had no other choice and only had few hours left to sleep … the food was ok and they were not fast but they did well and thats why i give 3 stars for service … but this hotel and its level of services is falling apart and it was not a friendly place … a torn in my vacation

The desk manager with glasses is the worst customer service experienced. Did not move a muscle. Telephone broken did not fix. Asked him to.send someone up for luggage he forgot. Did not seem interested in his guest at all
