Everything was so good and shimaa maged from guest relations was so helpful and nice

Everything is fine, and the room is reasonably comfortable, although the furniture is not new. However, the restaurant service is disappointing, especially the staff handling the eggs. They serve people selectively, and the young man cooking the eggs talks excessively while preparing food, which is unhygienic.

Everything was very good. We were upgraded to a superior king room we paid for a king room. The room was immaculate, and the biggest room we ever stayed in. The pool was so clean and tidy. The staff in all areas were helpful and kind. I recommend staying in this hotel it is very peaceful.

The hotel is big the staff very friendly beside this can not expect as a 5 stars hotel, the breakfast medium low nice pool if you gonna use it

The hotel has a beautiful and comfortable environment. The hotel is relatively new, the overall design is relatively high-end, the food is good and the service is in place. When the weather is good, you can indeed see the pyramids (spires) from a distance, but it is in a relatively remote newly developed area and there is nothing to visit nearby

Best hotel ever, sparkling clean, tasty food and extremely helpful staff

If you are in favor of peace and quietness then this is the best place. In addition it’s near Mall of Egypt and famous Arkan area which has nice restaurants and cafes for dining.

The property is close to the pyramids and hence we chose it. The rooms were clean and well maintained however they reeked of tobacco. This is despite us being told that they were non-smoking; unsurprisingly we also found ash-trays in the room. They provided us with complimentary fruits but half of these had gone rotten. The staff were generally indifferent.

This hotel has something special because it's attached to the golf court where you can take a walk like in the park. That's probably one of the only locations that has this possibility. Besides that the room was quiet, outdated design, but very comfortable. We liked the jacuzzi in the room also. Internet was very stable and overall it was a pleasant stay.

I stayed at this hotel for 24nights with my toddler daughter mother and sister and honestly We had the best experience! The supervisor Ahmed was very helpful and hands on with all our requests! We've been staying in Villa 14 for 3 nights in May 2024. That was good experience. Extremely friendly, attentive and respectful staff. Our room had a garden that gave us a feeling of the house. A lovely stay at the Swiss Inn Pyramid Golf Resort. The rooms were comfortable, with beautiful views of the garden, swimming pool and golf course. The staff were always courteous and attentive. In our recent visit for Egypt tour a few days back we stayed here. This hotel is excellent and definitely value for money. Literally all facilities are available here. Nice Hotel to stay and pass my working time in Egypt. I came usually 10days per month and I like the Hotel & services. The main advantage I see is there is NO mosquitos in the rooms like other Hotels in the area. I can sleep very well at night because is very quiet. Also the rate Hotel is very affordable good price.

Very calm place in 6th of October city Alfardous. Staff are great and kind and very cooperative. The rooms are large with very good kitchen and bathroom. Sleeping area is away from the living area. Parking place is available and for free. CCTV cameras are on all the time.
