I had a wonderful experience at the hotel, thanks to the exceptional service from Kerollos and Mahmoud at the reception. They welcomed my family and me with warm smiles and made our stay truly enjoyable. Their helpfulness and kindness made a great first impression, and I’m glad to have made new friends. Great stay! Booked the spa room which was fantastic. All the staff were very friendly and attentive, food delicious and the pool was very nice Update as i forgot to mention it initially: was able to get an early check in and a late check out maximising our stay. We also were celebrating a special occasion and they went all out with came, decorations in the room etc

We stayed in April at Hyatt Cairo West - what a treat! The grounds are extensive, breakfast was wonderful - but what was most wonderful were all of the staff at the hotel, they made our week there from check in to check out and everything in between. In our recent visit for Egypt tour a few days back we stayed here. This hotel is excellent and definitely value for money. Literally all facilities are available here. Besides the hotel is having a sprawling area to simply lose yourself in serenity and tranquility or just have fun with a glass of wine or hibiscus tea to watch the surroundings.

We enjoyed the huge delicious breakfast buffet. They omelet station was a nice bonus, but mostly the pastries are amazing. Also every inch of the grounds are beautiful and lush. The pool area was kept very clean and the seating area offers plenty of umbrellas for shade. It would be nice to have a large water decanter for the pool area at the bar to stay hydrated. Nice Hotel to stay and pass my working time in Egypt. I came usually 10days per month and I like the Hotel & services. The main advantage I see is there is NO mosquitos in the rooms like other Hotels in the area. I can sleep very well at night because is very quiet. Also the rate Hotel is very affordable good price.

Stayed here for about two weeks. I will definitely be back again. We had top Service in every department. Mohammed Nasser from housekeeping served us well, no, just in housekeeping but also in general information about the City and tourist destinations. The restaurant was excellent, breakfast was thoroughly enjoyed daily.

We stayed for almost a week at the hotel. All the staff was so friendly to is. From pool staff to restaurant staff. At breakfast Ahmed was always super friendly with our son. The spa treatments are priced well and I had a good deep tissue massage. Help with our luggage with check in and check out was also spot on. So overall a very good stay.

Tharwat and his coworkers were fabulous. From the moment we entered the restaurant they were very friendly, professional, welcoming and informative. The room was spacious, clean, comfy, and restocked twice a day. The property is located a bit farther from the city center, but the appropriateness of a hotel location depends on where you'll be going on most days, and on your transportation method. The hotel-hired taxi service was overpriced, so Uber was definitely the better choice. Some staff can insistently solicit reviews.

Absolutely loved this place!!! The staff is soooo overly kind! I loved the going to the pool early in the morning before the kids woke up!! 🤣. Mr. Abdullah made sure I had everything I needed for my room. I couldn’t figure out how to turn the closet light off! I’m so slow sometimes. Overall very accommodating staff. I do think the prices are a little over priced.

If you are in favor of peace and quietness then this is the best place. In addition it’s near Mall of Egypt and famous Arkan area which has nice restaurants and cafes for dining.

The property is close to the pyramids and hence we chose it. The rooms were clean and well maintained however they reeked of tobacco. This is despite us being told that they were non-smoking; unsurprisingly we also found ash-trays in the room. They provided us with complimentary fruits but half of these had gone rotten. The staff were generally indifferent.

I just had my sister's wedding here. We rented a room for an overnight stay. The staff were very courteous and polite. Any special requests were happily accommodated. The rooms were split between new arabesque style rooms which were very chic and older & classy rooms. Both rooms were kept meticulously clean. The service was good, most of the room are old (some of them renewed). An unfortunate accedant happened at the last day, housekeeping stole one of my perfumes and one of my cigars (i.e. Keep everything in the electronic safe when you are not around). But if you are into Golf sport, this your palace to stay.

A lovely stay at the Swiss Inn Pyramid Golf Resort. The rooms were comfortable, with beautiful views of the garden, swimming pool and golf course. The staff were always courteous and attentive. I stayed in swizz inn for 3 months stay was very good, nice golf resort, Indian food available , staff here is also helpful but they know Arabic only. Rest I enjoyed the conformable stay at swizz inn

The most special about this place is the familiar feel and extremely friendly personell. The rooms are beautiful and clean. The restaurant is very good and they have a party on Thursdays, which is a lot of fun.

The hotel is good, but sometimes customer service is late in responding to requests. Also, the bed and mattress are not comfortable at all. The mattress is old and hard, but the rest of the things are good. The decor is good.

We've been staying in Villa 14 for 3 nights in May 2024. That was good experience. Extremely friendly, attentive and respectful staff. Our room had a garden that gave us a feeling of the house. Comfortable serviced apartment, good bed. Nice breakfast area on roof terrace. Tea and coffee in room. No plastic shower nor funny hangers (but only two). No gym. About 1 hour from airport by car (if no traffic), but no public transportation.

Clean and good price. But only for sleeping. Their location is in the middle of a neighborhood and there is no decent restaurant or supermarket in walking distance. Also, there is no lobby or any other place to hang out but your room. AC when turned on was so smelly that we chose to sleep without. Also, the windows are black-make sense because of being surrounded by blocks. But still....it feels like...

Very calm place in 6th of October city Alfardous. Staff are great and kind and very cooperative. The rooms are large with very good kitchen and bathroom. Sleeping area is away from the living area. Parking place is available and for free. CCTV cameras are on all the time.
