We stayed for almost a week at the hotel. All the staff was so friendly to is. From pool staff to restaurant staff. At breakfast Ahmed was always super friendly with our son

The spa treatments are priced well and I had a good deep tissue massage. Help with our luggage with check in and check out was also spot on

The suite was amazing with garden/pool view, dinner is also so nice with a big variety buffet, highly recommended. Weddings are really well organized and nice but DJ sucks

The hotel is close to the Grand pyramid. And it offer free juice at the afternoon. The hotel is aged but the pool is nice and breakfast is good. Pretty much 90% of the people staying here is from the tour group

If you are in favor of peace and quietness then this is the best place. In addition it’s near Mall of Egypt and famous Arkan area which has nice restaurants and cafes for dining.

The room size and the equipment are acceptable. The bed and the pillow are very comfortable, I fall asleep very quickly. However, the shower head is fixed too high and not so freindly to women

Reasonable good hotel in Egypt. Would be great if the breakfast had more variety for selection. Have a shortcut to cut through to The Flags mall to purchase from a local super market.

Spacious and luxurious rooms with good service for guests. Extra large rooms with glass balcony or lawn opens allowing good lighting. Toiletries and room amenities are sufficient. Variety food with good taste and quality

The rooms were split between new arabesque style rooms which were very chic and older & classy rooms. Both rooms were kept meticulously clean. Air conditioning was spot on, and they even had memory foam pillows

The pool area was kept very clean and the seating area offers plenty of umbrellas for shade. It would be nice to have a large water decanter for the pool area at the bar to stay hydrated

We enjoyed the huge delicious breakfast buffet. They omelet station was a nice bonus, but mostly the pastries are amazing. Also every inch of the grounds are beautiful and lush

Besides the hotel is having a sprawling area to simply lose yourself in serenity and tranquility or just have fun with a glass of wine or hibiscus tea to watch the surroundings

Even the simplest ask, no matter what time it is, if you need a battery for the TV remote, or hair conditioner at 12am, they take it seriously and immediately act on it. I don't see this happening in other hotel

One of the best hotels to run business events! the location in 6th October city is easily accessed from every side and road! The people responsible for the service are so friendly and the rooms are suitable for training and team building activities as well as the outside garden! Beautiful!

A lovely stay at the Swiss Inn Pyramid Golf Resort. The rooms were comfortable, with beautiful views of the garden, swimming pool and golf course. The staff were always courteous and attentive

Nice Hotel to stay and pass my working time in Egypt. I came usually 10days per month and I like the Hotel & services. The main advantage I see is there is NO mosquitos in the rooms like other Hotels in the area

I stayed at this hotel for 24nights with my toddler daughter mother and sister and honestly We had the best experience! The supervisor Ahmed was very helpful and hands on with all our requests! To be honest all the staffs were hands-on and very helpful and really friendly from the house keeping boy’s down to the chief’s! Definitely would recommend this hotel to anyone coming from London like myself...

The rooms are very clean, but the food was cold. The place is very far out I almost got lost when I was going back to the hotel. The view from the rooms is not good.

The most special about this place is the familiar feel and extremely friendly personell. The rooms are beautiful and clean. The restaurant is very good and they have a party on Thursdays, which is a lot of fun.
